高准确度直流标准电流源的校准与不确定度评定

摘    要:利用Fluke8508A参考级数字多用表和Guildline9334A直流标准电阻作标准,采用电流电压转换法,实现对高准确度直流标准电流源准确、可靠的校准。通过对其测量不确定度进行准确、详细的评定,证明可圆满地实现误差为±0.003%的高准确度直流标准电流源的校准,从而大大增强了对高准确度直流标准电流源的校准能力。

Abstract:Through using the Fluke 8508A digital reference multimeter and the Guildline 9334A DC standard resistor as measurement standard, using the method of current-volt transfer, the accurate and reliable calibration to the accurate DC standard current source can be realized. The accurate evaluation of uncertainty proofs that the calibration of the accurate DC standard current source which the error to be ±0.003% can be successfully achieved. This increases the ability of calibration to the accurate DC studard current source greatly .
