| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校,特别是独立学院的隐性德育教育工作效果并不尽人意,探讨了隐性德育课程的本质特征,制约独立学院隐性德育课程发展的主要原因,并提出建设性对策,以期引发高校和教师对隐性德育课程的关注,增强高校德育工作效果。

| Abstract: | At present,the hidden moral education in colleges and universities,especially in independent colleges,is unsatisfactory.This paper discusses the essential characteristics of hidden moral educational courses and the main restraints on the development of hidden moral education in independent colleges.The paper also puts forward constructive measures to arouse the awareness of universities and teachers in this aspect so as to enhance the efficiency of moral education in colleges and universities. |
