基于公司战略的LBDQ公司人力资源规划设计

摘    要:以LBDQ公司的人力资源需求为研究对象,通过借鉴和研究LBDQ公司的内外部环境、企业自身发展战略以及对标企业,分析出LBDQ公司未来对关键人才的需求,最后从三个维度即企业发展战略、行业发展趋势和对标企业、业务发展规模得出LBDQ人力资源数量和结构的总体需求,进而通过总体需求得出基于战略的LBDQ公司人力资源规划设计,使人力资源工作更具有全局观和战略性,并配合公司的战略发展提供强有力的支持和人才保障。

Abstract:This essay aims to conclude future demand of key personnel in LBDQ,with regards to three main factors,i.e.the company's internal and external environment,its development strategies and its benchmarking competitors.The essay,then,obtains the overall demand of human resource in LBDQ through three-dimensional analysis of the company's development strategies,the industry's developing trends and its benchmarking scale,to give a final answer to human resources planning and designing in LBDQ.It is hoped that the study will contribute to a more comprehensive and more strategic mechanism of human resource,and provide strong support of talents for the company's strategic development.
