航空发动机燃烧室进行间断喷油的试验研究

摘    要: 在各种飞行条件下,航空发动机工况的改变是靠供油量的改变来实现的。而供油量的改变则是由于改变了供油压力。当喷嘴面积和流量系数不变的条件下,向燃烧室的喷油量与喷油压差成平方关系。由于飞机的飞行条件变化很大,喷油压力必将发生很大的变化。喷油压力是燃油在燃烧室里雾化的决定因素之一。当喷射压力低时,燃油的雾化质量不好,会导致燃烧效率的下降。

Abstract:The importance of the research experiment of discrete fuel injection in aeroengine combustion chamber is briefly discussed. The experiment shows that it is able to maintain good atomizing quality at different flight conditions and increase combustion efficiency by changing fuel supply frequency. At the sametime, the problems about the discrete fuel injection test on the combustion chamber test bed, for example; the choice of nozzles, the discrete injection quality test and the test installations are discussed. Some significant conclusions are obtained.
