基于模糊Petri网的维修保障活动可视化建模与仿真研究

摘    要:介绍了模糊Petri网矩阵推理算法,并对模糊Petri网中的元素进行了抽象定义,同时,为了仿真实现矩阵推理算法,定义了用于存储模型数据和中间计算结果的动态数组,并给出具体代码建模流程图。最后,作为验证实例,应用飞机前轮更换轮胎对该维修保障活动仿真软件进行验证。结果表明,该软件可对该维修保障活动进行建模,即直观清晰地体现出飞机某环节维修保障活动的进程,同时也可以根据相关参数进行分析,将能为在航空系统产品保障效能评估中找出可靠性、维修性、测试性和保障性设计存在的薄弱环节提供技术支持。

Abstract:Matrix reasoning algorithm of fuzzy Petri nets is introduced and all elements of fuzzy Petri nets also defined in data structure in this paper. And at the same time, to simulate a matrix reasoning algorithm, the dynamic arrays used to store model data and intermediate calculation results are both defined at the same time. The flow chart for specific code modeling is also given in the paper. Finally, as the authentication instance, the application of changing aircraft front tire is adopted to verify the simulation software of maintenance and support activities(MSA). The results show that model can be built by software of maintenance and support activities, which is not only intuitive and clearly reflects the process of aircraft maintenance and support of certain aspects, but also can be analyzed in accordance with relecant parameters. Which will be able to provide technical support to find out the design weak link existing among reliability, ma'mtainability, testability, and the protection in the security perfornance evaluation of avaition system products.
