管理型机场视角下的机场非航业务发展路径探究

目前我国机场旅客吞吐量迅速增长,吞吐量超过千万的机场已经达21个,民航运输业的快速发展使得机场管理变得更加复杂.为了提高机场运营管理效率及充分利用旅客带来的非航效益,一些大型机场开始进行管理方式的转变与探索.而机场非航业务发展方式的转变是机场转型的关键.文章在回顾了管理型机场的发展与总结国内外典型机场非航业务特点的基础上,探索了机场非航业务发展的可行路径,以期为我国机场转型中非航业务的发展提供借鉴.

Exploration on Airport Non-Aviation Business Development Path From the Management-Oriented Airport＇s Perspective

At present, the passenger throughput in China is increasing rapidly, there are 21 airports that over 10 million, the rapid development of the civil aviation industry make the airport management has became more complex. In order to improve the efficiency of airport operations management and take full advantage of the e- conomic benefits of the travelers, some of the major airports explored the transition on managed airport. The transformation of airport non - aviation business development pattern is the key to the transformation of the air- port. This paper first reviews the development of the management - oriented airport, then at the basis of sum- ming up the characteristics of domestic and foreign airport non - aviation business, explored the feasible path of the airport non - aviation business development, to provide a reference for the development of non - aviation business.
