座舱透明件光学性能分析与外形优化

摘    要:针对某型座舱透明件,提出一种合理的数学建模方式,并以此为基础,对透明件的角偏差计算进行推导。设定合理的评价标准,利用角偏差及其增量对某型座舱透明件的光学性能进行分析评价。通过对光学性能数据进行处理分析,设计目标函数,不断优化透明件的脊线外形,以提高光学性能。结果表明:修整透明件的脊线外形,能够有效提高座舱透明件的光学性能;适当放大设计域,则优化效果愈加明显。

Abstract:This paper prompted a reasonable way of building a certain aircraft canopy's numerical modal for analysis of optical performance.The optical performance of each point in canopy was calculated and classified according to the criterion.Then a statistical parameter was designed to evaluate the overall performance.In order to improve the optical performance,the shape of canopy's spline was modified to minimize the parameter by using optimization theory of SQP.
