| 摘 要： | 伴随着航空用复合材料零件的大型化、复杂化、高精度化及批量化的发展趋势,航空制造工业对复合材料零件成型所用模具提出了更高要求。从模具材料角度分析了纤维增强复合材料应用于模具的优势;介绍了模具用纤维增强复合材料的概念和模具的制造过程;综述了纤维增强复合材料模具在国内外的应用情况及发展趋势;提出了发展复合材料模具的必要性和迫切性。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the advantage of fiber reinforced composites when applied in mould, compared to traditional metal and invar; fiber reinforced composites used for mould and the mould fabrication process were introduced; the domestic and foreign application and development trend of fiber reinforced composites mould were introduced ; then the necessity and urgency of developing composites mould were emphasized. |
