基于C167CS和MAS3507＋DAC3550解码器的音频播放器设计

多媒体播放器市场的快速发展为低成本的DSP/MCU混合器件的应用提供了发展的良机.本文分析了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS的结构,提出了Infineon(SIEMENS)C167CS单片机和MAS3507 DAC3550解码器开发的MP3播放器的方案,采用了自顶向下的设计方法对总体设计方案、硬件各个组成部分(播放器的硬件解码技术、数模转换的控制技术)和软件进行了分析和设计.全部程序用Keil公司的C编译器和链接器编译通过并运行良好,该系统具有实现简单,成本低,运行效率高,功能强大等优点,有很好的发展前途.     

Digital Aircraft Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing System and Its Key Technology

The architecture of digital sheet metal manufacturing system is proposed based on the classification of sheet metal manufacturing information.The essence of digital manufacturing is the definition,management and transfer of information,and the key technologies are brought forward and described.It is pointed out that knowledge-based manufacturing elements design is necessary to make digital technology efficient.The management of all kinds of sheet metal manufacturing element information is to build single source of manufacturing data.Multi-state model-based digital transfer and coordination method is designed to provide a foundation for digital manufacturing of aircraft sheet metal part.The application of digital sheet metal manufacturing is exemplified with an aircraft sheet metal part.The application result is compared to that of the traditional analog transfer technology.It is shown that the developed technology can improve part quality,shorten manufacturing time and lower manufacturing cost.

新型单级式DC/AC逆变器

提出了两种新型的单级式隔离 DC/AC逆变电源的结构拓扑——半桥式单级逆变电路拓扑和推挽式单级逆变拓扑 ,分析了它们的工作原理及特点。电路拓扑结构简洁 ,可靠性高。仿真和实验样机测试结果证明 ,该电路拓扑在不同性质负载下能够可靠工作 ,电气性能优 ,效率较高 ,适用于小功率高压和低压直流输入电源。     

干式变压器数据采集与控制系统的设计

介绍了一种基于V/F变换的高精度干式变压器数据采集与控制系统 ,采用LM2 3 1A/F变换芯片和89C5 2单片机实现工业现场测量对象的A/D转换。V/F变换器具有高精度 ,高线形度 ,且外围电路简单的特点。采用单片机直接与V/F变换器连接进行A/D转换 ,不需要额外的硬件电路 ,充分利用硬件资源 ,精心设计软件 ,系统分辨率可达 12位 ,转换精度可达 0 .0 2 %。当传感器与上位机距离较远时 ,可以采用RS -4 85接口或无线数据发送 /接收模块实现远距离的数据通信     

柠檬酸钙酸解过程的建模与计算机控制

通过研究柠檬酸钙酸解过程中溶液电导率的变化规律，建立了酸解体系的数学模型，提出了改革酸解工艺路线中的物料添加顺序，并用计算机自动控制物料添加量和添加速率，自动判定酸解终点的方法。

表面再结晶对定向凝固高温合金高周疲劳行为的影响

采用悬臂旋转弯曲试验,研究定向凝固DZ4合金在喷丸预变形及热处理后产生的再结晶层对高周疲劳寿命的影响.结果表明,DZ4合金经过一定程度的预变形,在随后的高温热处理后表面会产生一定厚度的再结晶;再结晶层对DZ4合金高周疲劳寿命有一定影响;在一定喷丸强度范围内,随喷丸强度增加,疲劳寿命先减小后增大.     

Thermal Fatigue Behavior of Ni_3Al Based Superalloy IC6E

The thermal fatigue behavior of Ni3Al based superalloy IC6E during the cycles between 900 ℃/1 000 ℃ and the room tempera-ture was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the primary and secondary thermal fatigue cracks initiate inside or round the borides and then spread away along grain boundaries and/or in interdendritic areas. The fracture of borides and their separation from the matrix at interfaces are mainly responsible for the crack initiation and its spreading. At temperatures higher than 1 000 ℃, the grain boundary oxidation combined with cyclic stresses accelerates the crack growth.
