Plasma transport process in the equatorial/low-latitude ionosphere

The behaviour of the equatorial/low-latitude ionosphere and the transport processes during magnetic disturbed and quiet periods of a high solar activity year, 2014, in the American sector are investigated. Parameters used include vertical drift (Vz), transport term (W), NmF2, hmF2 and scale-height (H). The F2 plasma variations followed the diurnal local solar pattern, being higher at daytime. The sunset maximum and sunrise minimum peaks of hmF2 were directly opposite to the scale height (H) pattern. The plasma distribution was basically controlled by combined actions of the electrodynamic convection/thermospheric composition, which is geomagnetic activity dependent. The annual, semi-annual and winter-anomalies of the F2 parameters were higher at the dip equator in comparison with the low-latitude. The Vz pre-reversal peak magnitude coincided with hmF2 peak and the effects are more pronounced during geomagnetic disturbed conditions. The transport term pattern was similar to that of the scale height and it is suggested as a proxy parameter for quantifying low-latitude plasma irregularities and distribution of thermospheric composition.     

Radio fine structures in dm–cm wavelength range associated with magnetic reconnection processes

Radio bursts with fine structures in decimetric–centimetric wave range are generally believed to manifest the primary energy release process during flare/CME events. By spectropolarimeters in 1–2 GHz, 2.6–3.8 GHz, and 5.2–7.6 GHz at NAOC/Huairou with very high temporal (1.25–8 ms) and spectral (4–20 MHz) resolutions, the zebra patterns, spikes, and new types of radio fine structures with mixed frequency drift features are observed during several significant flare/CME events. In this paper we will discuss the occurrence of radio fine structures during the impulsive phase of flares and/or CME initiations, which may be connected to the magnetic reconnection processes.     

基于ANP的直升机单机森林灭火训练效能评估

现有的直升机单机森林灭火训练效能评估方法仅针对取水灭火过程,忽视了其他任务环节对训练效能的贡献,并假设指标间相互独立,因此导致评估指标体系不全面、指标权重分配不合理,评估结果的可靠性低。利用离散事件系统建模理论建立的事件活动流将直升机单机森林灭火训练任务分解成若干相关活动,活动映射法对各活动效能要素进行分析并转化为效能评估指标,最终构建出全面的两维度效能评估指标体系;网络分析法(ANP)的使用考虑了评估指标间具有的依赖和相关关系,对指标权重进行重新合理分配,评估方法更符合问题的实际情况,评估结果更加可信。基于超级决策(SD)软件的案例分析表明,所提出的效能评估方法具有工程应用的可行性和参考价值。     

民用飞机型号合格审定计划的制定方法

在民用飞机型号合格适航取证过程中，申请方需要开展符合性验证试验、试飞、分析等符合性验证活动来证明飞机型号设计符合相应的型号合格审定基础，以获得适航当局颁发的型号合格证。在此过程中，需要将符合性验证活动分解为便于管理的任务，使这些任务得以合理、有序地完成，这类分解后的符合性验证活动的载体就是一份份型号合格审定计划。审定计划是民用飞机型号合格取证的关键工具，它提供了详细的产品描述和成功完成取证的工作要求。分析了审定计划的适航规章要求和行业标准要求以及两者之间的异同，结合国内民用飞机型号的适航取证经验，提出了审定计划的规划原则、内容要求和协调性检查要求，为国内民用飞机型号合格审定计划的规划和制定提供参考。     

太阳黑子与疾病的统计关系

本文采用太阳黑子相对数作为太阳活动指标,根据最近20多年的太阳活动观测数据和江苏省防疫站的疾病统计资料,对9种常见疾病的人数的相对比率与太阳黑子相对数对应作图比较,分析二者之间的关系,并求出其相关系数.研究发现,猩红热、肝炎和脊髓灰质炎的发病率与太阳活动有一定的相关性,特别是猩红热,相关系数达到0.72,相关性很好.      

Space Weather Research in China

Recent progress in space weather research are briefly presented here from three aspects: establishment or improvement in observation systems, such as extra-soft X-ray detector and γ-ray detector onboard the spacecraft ‘Shen Zhou 2’, new solar radio broad-band spectrometer, magnetometer-chain, ionosonde and digisonde–chain, laser-lidar system and VHF radar; partial topic progresses included in CMEs, multi-streamer structures, evolution of interplanetary magnetic field B _z component, regional properties of traveling ionospheric disturbances, a fully-nonlinear global dynamical model for the middle and upper atmosphere, and a combined prediction method for geomagnetic disturbances; and space weather activity, such as ‘Meridian Project’ — a national major scientific project, ‘International Space Weather Meridian Circle Program’ — a suggestion of internationalization of ‘Meridian Project’, ‘Space Weather Research Plan’ — a major research plan from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) and other space weather activities. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

学生社团活动是大学生成才的重要途径

我国高等教育如何能在竞争激烈的新世纪里培养出适合社会发展需求的高素质、复合型、创造型人才 ,这是摆在教育工作者面前的重大课题。笔者认为 ,应全方位地开展工作 ,充分发挥各方面的教育功能和优势 ,在提高课堂教学质量的同时 ,充分利用各种教育资源 ,积极引导和开展学生社团活动 ,在社团活动中发挥素质教育、创造教育的导向作用这对于不断提升大学生的综合素质 ,培养符合社会发展的人才无疑具有重要的现实意义     

武汉上空中层顶大气重力波活动的钠层荧光激光雷达观测研究

从中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所钠荧光激光雷达自1999年至今的观测数据中选取了分布于全年26天的数据进行重力波活动的分析研究.统计结果表明,武汉中层顶区的重力波活动非常频繁:26天总观测时间累计约为185.5 h,总共观测到124个重力波活动,平均发生频度为每小时0.7个波,且波的出现频度与地方时有一定关系.这些波的垂直波长主要分布在3-7km,垂直相速主要位于0.1-0.5 m/s.与国外报道的结果相比较,波长数值与分布较为一致,但相速明显较低.武汉中层顶区重力波活动的另一特点是多波过程很频繁,多、单波过程的出现比例约为3:2.利用钠层相对密度扰动时空图方法,给出了武汉中层顶区重力波传播和破碎现象的典型结果.还利用单色波模型对部分钠层数据进行了单色波相关参数的提取.

新《大学英语教学大纲》对学生运用语言的能力，特别是写作能力提出了更高要求。这不仅是对学生的要求，同时也是对英语教师的要求：只有采用灵活多样的教学方法，组织丰富多彩的课堂活动，才会有助于学生写作能力的提高。作者结合自己的教学实践对写作课的课堂教学模式进行了探讨。
