环境规制对技术创新的影响研究

本文选取了我国2005—2017年30个省份的面板数据,运用Sys-GMM估计法测度了环境规制强度及其异质性对技术创新的影响效应。结果表明:环境规制强度对技术创新有着先促进后抑制的作用;异质性方面,命令控制型、市场激励型、公众参与型环境规制对技术创新的影响也都具有先促进后抑制的作用,公众参与型规制对技术创新的促进作用最明显,市场激励型次之,命令控制型最弱。此外,本文通过构建门槛模型,研究发现环境规制对技术创新的影响具有门槛效应。     

Vision-based bio-inspired guidance law for small aerial vehicle

During predation, a flying insect can form a stealth flight path. This behavior is called motion camouflage. Based on the study results of this behavior, the perception and neurology of flying insects, a novel bio-inspired guidance law is proposed for the terminal guidance for small aerial vehicle with charge-coupled device imaging seekers. The kinematics relationship between a small aerial vehicle and target is analyzed, and a two-dimensional guidance law model is established by using artificial neural networks. To compare with the proportional guidance law, the numerical simulations are carried out in the vertical plane and in the horizontal plane respectively. The simulation results show that the ballistic of the small aerial vehicle is straighter and the normal acceleration is smaller by using the bio-inspired guidance law than by using the proportional guidance law. That is to say, the bio-inspired guidance law just uses the information of the target from the imaging seeker,but the performance of it can be better than that of the proportional guidance law.     

卫星控制系统测试数据自动判读系统设计

针对卫星控制系统测试数据类型多和数据量大的特点,人工判读方式存在判读时间长和判读精度不够高等不足,分析了卫星控制系统测试数据的变化规律,建立了测试数据的判读规则,在此基础上完成自动判读方法设计和自动判读系统设计,该系统能够按照设置的判读规则进行自动判读,对判读结果进行实时显示和存储,提高了测试效率和判读的准确性.     

工艺参数对砂布轮柔性抛光力影响规律的分析

为了掌握砂布轮抛光工艺参数对抛光力的影响规律，提高抛光质量，设计了四因素三水平正交试验，利用试验结果建立了抛光力预测模型，验证了模型的显著性；分析了工艺参数对抛光力耦合影响规律，结果表明：抛光力随砂布轮初始半径和粒度的减小而增大，随转速和压缩量的增大而增大；对叶片进气边的抛光实验效果表明：通过控制压缩量可以获得稳定的抛光力，进而获得理想的抛光效果。     

Decision-making of Aircraft Optimum Configuration Utilizing Multidimensional Game Theory

As multi-discipline coupling and components interference often affect the aircraft configuration decision-making and analysis during conceptual design process, this article presents an approach of multidimensional game theory based on aircraft components to deal with this problem. The idea is that the configuration decision-making process is regarded as the game for different disciplines and technologies, and the aircraft components are players. The payoff function with highest total gain means that according to the game protocols and multidimensional theory, the optimal aircraft configuration within the strategy set will be chosen. The decision-making model is applied to conceptual design process of the high altitude long endurance (HALE) unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based on the assessment of technological risk. The obtained optimum configuration is quite consistent with the current HALE UAV development trends. Thus, taking into account the coupling and interference factors, the multidimensional gaming model based on aircraft components will be an effective analysis method in the decision-making process of aircraft optimum configuration.

长矩形盒零件超塑性胀形工艺加载规律的优化

本文通过对长矩形盒零件的力学解析，得到了优化加载规律的数学表达形式。按此规律进行气压胀形，与恒压胀形实验结果相比，能有效地提高成形极限，并使厚度分布情况有明显的改善。     

D-S证据理论在多传感器数据融合中的应用

近年来，许多领域都在进行多传感器数据融合技术的研究。多传感器数据的属性融合有很多算法，最常用的算法是贝叶斯决策检验法，国际上已提出将证据理论用于数据融合，但在这方面的理论基础还不完善。本文研究了证据理论在多传感器数据融合中的应用。Ｄｅｍｐｓｔｅｒ－Ｓｈａｆｅｒ方法是对Ｂａｙｅｓ决策检验法的推广，证据理论比概率论满足更弱的公理系统，并且在区分不确定与不知及精确反映证据收集过程等方面显示了很大的灵活性。文中阐述了Ｄ－Ｓ证据理论的数学性质，给出了可信度公理及Ｄ－Ｓ综合规则，并进行了计算机仿真实验，实验结果说明这种判决方法非常实用，用于数据融合算法非常有效

提高花键加工精度的工艺研究

发动机中力及扭矩的传递全部通过渐开线花键副来实现,由于发动机工作转速高,因而要求渐开线花键副传动非常平稳。通过本工艺方法的探索,采用新的工艺加工方法,提高了涡轮泵叶轮、轴的花键加工精度,保证了涡轮泵装配性能的要求。
