半球谐振子的寿命和损伤是直接影响高精度半球谐振陀螺使用时长和安全性的重要因素。目前国内加工的半球谐振子所用的熔融石英玻璃材料主要依靠进口,采用传统的疲劳寿命实验确定方法成本过于昂贵,因此需要利用疲劳分析软件对半球谐振子的疲劳寿命进行分析。文章通过半球谐振陀螺应力分析,采用ANSYS软件对熔融石英半球谐振子进行应力分析仿真,确定因残余应力所引起的疲劳危险部位,并在疲劳部位进行裂纹扩展分析,得到 、 和 型应力强度因子,以使在半球谐振子结构设计和使用过程中对易疲劳的部位进行有效监控和预防。  相似文献

Creep feed profile grinding of the fir-tree blade root forms of single crystal nickel-based superalloy was conducted using microcrystalline alumina abrasive wheels in the present study. The grinding force and the surface quality in terms of surface topography, subsurface microstructure, microhardness and residual stress obtained under different grinding conditions were evaluated comparatively. Experimental results indicated that the grinding force was influenced significantly by the competing predominance between the grinding parameters and the cross-sectional root workpiece profile. In addition, the root workpiece surface, including the root peak and valley regions, was produced with the large difference in surface quality due to the nonuniform grinding loads along the root workpiece profile in normal section. Detailed results showed that the surface roughness, subsurface plastic deformation and work hardening level of the root valley region were higher by up to 25%, 20% and 7% in average than those obtained in the root peak region, respectively, in the current investigation. Finally, the superior parameters were recommended in the creep feed profile grinding of the fir-tree blade root forms. This study is helpful to provide industry guidance to optimize the machining process for the high-valued parts with complicated profiles.  相似文献

当前航空工业的发展对于超高强铝合金材料的需求十分迫切,实现该材料的国产化并达到良好的质量效果至关重要。为了对中国航空工业中常用的7XXX新型铝合金材料的原始疲劳质量(IFQ)进行评估,选取裂纹萌生时间(TTCI)和当量初始缺陷尺寸(EIFS)作为对比参量,分别对中国飞机机翼用7XXX紧固孔试件和俄系BXXX紧固孔试件开展了低、中、高3种应力水平下的疲劳试验,通过对比分析得到了两种试件在不同应力水平下的TTCI趋于一致,最大仅相差3.71%;得到了每个试件的EIFS,应用疲劳统计学方法验证了两种试件材料各自的EIFS值无显著性差异;提出了一种不同超越概率下的结构细节当量初始缺陷模型,直接有效地对飞机结构细节的质量风险进行了评估;建立并对比分析了两种试件结构细节的通用EIFS分布,结果均小于中国军用手册规定的0.125 mm,且在超越概率为5%时,7XXX材料的通用EIFS值要小于BXXX材料的通用EIFS值。  相似文献

One of the challenges of combustion chamber and nozzle design in a Liquid Propellant Engine (LPE) is to predict the behavior and performance of the cooling system. Therefore, while designing, the optimization of the cooling system is always of great importance. This paper presents the multi-objective optimization of the LPE’s cooling system. To this end, a novel framework has been developed, resulting from the application of the Response Surface Method (RSM) and the correlation coefficients matrix, sensitivity analysis and the The Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). based on this method, the input variables, constraints, objective functions, and their surfaces were identified. In terms of multi-optimization algorithms, RSM and PSO are utilized to get global optimum. In conclusion, the methodology capability is to optimize the LPE’s cooling system, 6 percentage increase in total heat transfer and 7 bar decrease cooling system pressure loss, which resulted in a 1.2-seconds increase in the specific impulse of the engine.  相似文献

微粒子喷丸因其采用的弹丸介质尺寸小,具有强化基体表面并降低表面粗糙度的优点,已成为航空、能源动力等领域中一项重要的表面强化技术。目前对于该技术的研究仍处于对其强化机理的试验论证阶段,还未有完整的理论体系。对微粒子喷丸技术的原理和特点进行了综述,讨论了微粒子喷丸的强化机制,阐述了目前微粒子喷丸技术的研究现状及在各类材料中的应用,并指出了该技术的应用前景。研究各类参数对喷丸效果的影响将是微粒子喷丸发展的主要方向。  相似文献

The unsatisfied surface quality seriously impedes the wide application of incremental sheet forming (ISF) in industrial field. As a novel approach, the interpolator method is a promising strategy to enhance the surface quality in ISF. However, the mechanism for the improvement of surface quality and the influence of interpolator properties on surface roughness are not well understood. In this paper, the influences of process variables (i.e. tool diameter, step size and thickness of interpolators) on the forming process (e.g. surface roughness, forming force and geometric error) are investigated through a systematic experimental approach of central composite design (CCD) in two-point incremental sheet forming (TPIF). It is obtained that the increase in thickness of interpolators decreases the surface roughness in direction vertical to the tool path while increases the surface roughness in direction horizontal to the tool path. Nevertheless, the combined influence between thickness of interpolators and process parameters (tool diameter and step size) is limited. Meanwhile, the placement of interpolator has little influence on the effective forming force of blank. In addition, the geometric error enlarges with the increase of step size and thickness of interpolator while decreases firstly and then increase with an increase in tool diameter. Finally, the influencing mechanism of the interpolator method on surface quality can be attributed to the decrease of the contact pressure due to the increase of contact area with the unchanged contact force. Meanwhile, the interpolator method eliminates the sliding friction on the surface of blank due to the stable relative position between the blank and the interpolator.  相似文献

比例与非比例加载下30CrMnSiA钢多轴高周疲劳失效分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了分析比例与非比例加载下,30CrMnSiA钢的多轴高周疲劳的失效规律。通过对30CrMnSiA钢材料开展比例与非比例(δ=90°)加载下的多轴高周疲劳试验,研究了应力幅比和相位差对疲劳寿命、断口特征及裂纹起裂角度的影响。试验结果表明,对于比例与非比例加载,随着应力幅比的增大,多轴疲劳寿命逐渐增加。对疲劳断口分析发现,裂纹萌生于试件表面,断口有明显的疲劳源区、扩展区和瞬断区,不同加载路径下的试件断口形式有明显差异。通过对起裂角度的分析发现,应力幅比大于0.25时表面裂纹有明显的第Ⅰ阶段向第Ⅱ阶段的转变,且第Ⅰ阶段沿着接近最大剪应力幅值平面方向扩展,第Ⅱ阶段沿着接近最大正应力平面方向扩展。此外,对典型试件的疲劳断口及表面扩展路径进行了分析,研究表明多轴疲劳试验试件裂纹的特征比值在0.3~0.5之间,且裂纹沿深度方向扩展至300 μm时占总寿命的85%以上。   相似文献

根据波音737NG飞机的维护数据,该文分析波音737NG飞机水平安定面主要结构的受力特性;同时,定性分析了水平安定面肋下缘条及连接的蒙皮等部位的典型疲劳裂纹。分析波音公司针对该问题对现有机队的预防性改进措施,借鉴大修厂的实际维护经验以及一系列数据和现场照片,最终给出针对该疲劳裂纹的建议措施,以供民机设计制造单位及波音737NG营运人参考借鉴。  相似文献

Micro-forging (MF) is a novel surface modification technology which is capable of smoothening and strengthening the workpiece surface simultaneously. Based on analysis of the mechanism and energy conversion of micro-forging process, an electromagnetically driven micro-forging system is developed. To further grasp the kinetic characteristic of the equipment, a simulation model is established and its accuracy is verified. With the help of simulation and experimental results, we propose an input voltage optimization method, which drives the micro-forging head moving in a uniform and stable way. In this study, the influence of MF on surface integrity of Ti-6Al-4V (TC4) is firstly reported. Experimental results show that MF treatment reduces surface roughness (Ra) and increases micro-hardness by 48% and 11.8% at most, respectively. Besides, a compressive stress layer with an amplitude of −1000 MPa and a depth of 0.8 mm is observed. This study analyzes the performance and reveals the potential of micro-forging technology, which lays a solid foundation for expanding its application in TC4 surface modification.  相似文献

Influence of lunar topography on simulated surface temperature   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The surface temperature of the Moon is one of the essential parameters for the lunar exploration, especially to evaluate the Moon thermophysical features. The distribution of the temperature is heavily influenced by the Moon topography, which, however, is rarely studied in the state-of-art surface temperature models. Therefore, this paper takes the Moon topography into account to improve the surface temperature model, Racca model. The main parameters, such as slopes along the longitude and latitude directions, are estimated with the topography data from Chang’E-1 satellite and the Horn algorithm. Then the effective solar illumination model is then constructed with the slopes and the relative position to the subsolar point. Finally, the temperature distribution over the Moon surface is obtained with the effective illumination model and the improved Racca model. The results indicate that the distribution of the temperature is very sensitive to the fluctuation of the Moon surface. The change of the surface temperature is up to 150 K in some places compared to the result without considering the topography. In addition, the variation of the surface temperature increases with the distance from the subsolar point and the elevation, along both latitude and longitude directions. Furthermore, the simulated surface temperature coincides well with the brightness temperature in 37 GHz observed by the microwave sounder onboard Chang’E-2 satellite. The corresponded emissivity map not only eliminates the influence of the topography, but also hints the inherent properties of the lunar regolith just below the surface. Last but not the least, the distribution of the permanently shadowed regions (PSRs) in the lunar pole area is also evaluated with the simulated surface temperature result.  相似文献
