为了实现复合材料表面涂层划痕的多点自修复,研究多级管径的修复剂输送系统。在涂层中分别布置了主管道、次级管道以及末端微纳/多孔结构,构成多级微脉管修复剂输送系统。研究发现三级微脉管输送系统输送修复剂的效果最好,修复剂扩散更为均匀,扩散速度更快;主级管道水平布置更为合理,管道不易堵塞,修复剂输送更流畅,而且将主级管道嵌入基体中,可以减少其对涂层性能的影响。对末级管道结构的进一步研究表明,导流网结构比多孔泡沫镍的输送效果更好。因此,使用将主管道水平嵌入基体,末端微纳结构使用导流网的三级微脉管系统有望应用于复合材料表面涂层划痕的自修复。  相似文献

Robustness of complex networks has been studied for decades,with a particular focus on network attack.Research on network repair,on the other hand,has been conducted only very lately,given the even higher complexity and absence of an effective evaluation metric.A recently proposed network repair strategy is self-healing,which aims to repair networks for larger compo nents at a low cost only with local information.In this paper,we discuss the effectiveness and effi ciency of self-healing,which limits network repair to be a multi-objective optimization problem and makes it difficult to measure its optimality.This leads us to a new network repair evaluation metric.Since the time complexity of the computation is very high,we devise a greedy ranking strategy.Evaluations on both real-world and random networks show the effectiveness of our new metric and repair strategy.Our study contributes to optimal network repair algorithms and provides a gold standard for future studies on network repair.  相似文献

The self-healing strategy is a key component in designing the bio-inspired embryonics circuit with the structure of cell arrays. However, the existing self-healing strategies of embryonics circuits mainly focus on permanent faults inside the modules of cells such as the function module and the configuration register, while little attention is paid to transient faults. From the point of view of obtaining high efficiency of hardware utilization, it would be a huge waste of hardware resources by permanent elimination when a cell only suffers a transient fault which can be repaired by a configuration mechanism. A new self-healing strategy, the Fault-Cell Reutilization Self-healing Strategy(FCRSS) which presents a method for reusing transient fault cells, is proposed in this paper. The circuit structures of all the modules in the cells are described in detail. In the new strategy, two processes of elimination and reconfiguration are combined. Within the process of fault-cell elimination, cells with transient faults in the embryonics circuit array could be reused simultaneously to replace the functions of the cells on their left side in the same row. Therefore, transient fault-cells in a transparent state can be reconfigured to realize the fault-cell reutilization. Finally,a circuit simulation, resource consumption, a reliability analysis and a detailed normalization analysis are presented. The FCRSS can improve the hardware utilization rate and system reliability at the expense of a small amount of hardware resources and reconfiguration time. Following the conclusion, the method of determining the optimal self-healing strategy is presented according to the environmental conditions.  相似文献

为了改善导弹控制系统的性能,设计PC/104接口板模拟工业控制现场控制器。通过CAN总线与CPLD合并为PC/104总线接口,用总线接口卡从ISA总线上得到数据;通过光收发一体模块发送数据帧到另一端的总线接口板卡上,同时读取另一段总线接口板卡的发送数据;重点给出了基于CPLD的光纤自愈接口电路的实现方法。该设计提高了控制系统的可靠性,增强了抗震和抗电子干扰的能力。  相似文献

综述了中空纤维释放黏结剂的裂纹愈合及近期开发的机敏裂纹自愈合复合材料的研究进展。对后者微胶囊促使的机敏裂纹自愈合进行了详尽的阐述。其中包括愈合剂和催化剂的结构、微胶囊的形成和外表连接催化剂、愈合剂系统原位聚合反应、纯环氧树脂基体和复合材料中的裂纹自愈合、愈合效率及愈合复合材料微观表征等方面。一个典型的双相自愈合系统是包含于微胶囊中的二聚环戊二烯(DCPD),通过埋于环氧基体中的钌络合物催化剂进行开环转位聚合反应(ROMP),形成新的聚合物来愈合裂纹。在纯环氧树脂基体中,上述自愈合系统在室温下的愈合效率可高达90%,而在碳纤维复合材料中室温下的愈合效率大致是45%,在80℃可提高到80%。降冰片烯(Norbomene)及其衍生物具有同以上系统相似的自愈合功能。三聚呋喃和四聚马来酰亚胺可在无催化剂作用下,进行热可逆的、无终止的交联聚合反应,自动愈合裂纹。同时,对以上三种自愈合剂系统及复合材料的特点进行了比较。  相似文献

制备了MoSi2-YSZ复合硅橡胶基辐射型热防护涂层,并对其耐烧蚀性能和抗热振性能进行了表征。结果表明:与传统烧蚀型涂层相比,辐射型涂层在0.3~2.5μm波段发射率达到0.93以上,且静态热流测试背板温升降低60%,热振测试背板温升降低30%。辐射型涂层在热振测试中由于辐射散热机制表现出对温度响应的迟滞性,使得背板温度变化率的峰值降低40%。MoSi2氧化形成的致密氧化层具有良好的保护性和自愈合性,从而提高了涂层的耐烧蚀和抗热振性能。  相似文献
