In this work, the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the extruded 7136 aluminum alloy treated by single-stage aging treatment (T6), retrogression and re-aging treatment (RRA), and multiple retrogression and re-aging treatment have been investigated by means of hardness measurements, electrical conductivity tests and tensile tests. The results have shown that the properties of the 7136 alloy such as hardness, tensile strength and electrical conductivity were sensitive to retrogression time (within 90 min). With prolonging the retrogression time, the tensile strength was enhanced first and then decreased, yet the electrical conductivity was continuously increased. The 60 min-treated alloy performed the highest tensile strength (716 MPa), whereas the 90 min-treated alloy possessed the highest electrical conductivity (33.95%IACS). Compared with the T6-treated alloy, the tensile strength and electrical conductivity were improved by 3.3% and 18.9%, respectively. The electrical conductivity showed an obvious increase with repetitious times of the RRA treatment. After 3RRA60 treatment, a good combination of tensile strength (705 MPa) and electrical conductivity (33.20%IACS) can be obtained. Compared with the T6 condition, the tensile strength and electrical conductivity were improved by 1.7% and 16.3%, respectively. The mechanism of microstructure evolution under different aging treatments has been discussed in detail.  相似文献

换能器的辐射声场分布能够直接反映出换能器声学性能的好坏,若不能精确测量出换能器的辐射声场,则会对换能器的诊断和评估造成严重影响。从理论仿真的角度出发,推导了运用激光反射层析法重建换能器辐射声场的理论公式,着重利用推导出的理论公式对激光反射层析法进行了仿真计算。结果表明激光反射层析法能够精确地重建出换能器的辐射声场分布及声场中的声压量值,这为换能器的声场重建及声压测量提供了一种可行的方法。  相似文献

基于CH自由基发光的旋流火焰放热率时空特性研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
对不同工况下CH4/air旋流火焰的放热率在时间上的热声振荡现象和空间的三维形态转变两方面进行了研究。在燃烧形态转变方面,由于旋流火焰的复杂流场分布特性,采用基于化学自发光的三维计算层析技术(3D-CTC),测量了雷诺数从5 000到20 000的三个工况下旋流燃烧的CH*发光三维火焰结构。以此表征放热率的三维分布,实现对旋流火焰放热空间形态的测量。该诊断方法通过对旋流火焰发光在8个视角下的二维成像,结合层析重建算法得到其三维CH*分布信息。为验证重建保真度,将重建后结果二维可视化与高速摄影下的二维时均结果进行对比,结果表明重建误差在5%以内。研究中,分析了不同雷诺数下放热率的空间变化规律,结果显示所有实验工况下放热率的垂直于喷嘴方向的变化程度比沿喷嘴轴向的要剧烈;而随着雷诺数增加,最大的放热区表现出了明显的向后推进趋势。在旋流燃烧的热声振荡方面,利用CH*的二维高速摄影,对旋流燃烧的放热率不稳定性进行研究,发现放热率的振荡频率随着雷诺数的增大逐渐增加。   相似文献

Algebraic reconstruction techniques (ART) have been successfully used to reconstruct the total electron content (TEC) of the ionosphere and in recent years be tentatively used in tropospheric wet refractivity and water vapor tomography in the ground-based GNSS technology. The previous research on ART used in tropospheric water vapor tomography focused on the convergence and relaxation parameters for various algebraic reconstruction techniques and rarely discussed the impact of Gaussian constraints and initial field on the iteration results. The existing accuracy evaluation parameters calculated from slant wet delay can only evaluate the resultant precision of the voxels penetrated by slant paths and cannot evaluate that of the voxels not penetrated by any slant path. The paper proposes two new statistical parameters Bias and RMS, calculated from wet refractivity of the total voxels, to improve the deficiencies of existing evaluation parameters and then discusses the effect of the Gaussian constraints and initial field on the convergence and tomography results in multiplicative algebraic reconstruction technique (MART) to reconstruct the 4D tropospheric wet refractivity field using simulation method.  相似文献

层析合成孔径雷达成像(TomoSAR)是通过同一观测区域不同入射角的多幅二维合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像在高程向进行孔径合成,从而实现三维成像。近年来,压缩感知(CS)被用于高程向稀疏场景的重建,高程向重建质量取决于观测矩阵的性质,而航迹分布是影响观测矩阵重构性能的重要因素。相比于度量观测矩阵重构性能的其他约束条件,RIPless理论具有有效、直观和计算简单等优点。提出了一种基于RIPless理论的压缩感知层析SAR成像航迹分布优化准则,从而在航迹数目一定的情况下,获取最优分布以实现高程向优化重建。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提优化准则的有效性。  相似文献

Nickel-based superalloys are widely employed in modern aircraft engines because of their excellent material characteristics, particularly in the fabrication of film cooling holes. How-ever, the high machining requirement of a large number of film cooling holes can be extremely chal-lenging. The hybrid machining technique of tube electrode high-speed electrochemical discharge drilling (TEHECDD) has been considered as a promising method for the production of film cooling holes. Compared with any single machining process, this hybrid technique requires the removal of more complex machining by-products, including debris produced in the electrical discharge machin-ing process and hydroxide and bubbles generated in the electrochemical machining process. These by-products significantly affect the machining efficiency and surface quality of the machined prod-ucts. In this study, tube electrodes in different inner diameters are designed and fabricated, and the effects of inner diameter on the machining efficiency and surface quality of TEHECDD are inves-tigated. The results show that larger inner diameters could effectively improve the flushing condi-tion and facilitate the removal of machining by-products. Therefore, higher material removal efficiency, surface quality, and electrode wear rate could be achieved by increasing the inner diam-eter of the tube electrode.  相似文献

Single-crystal superalloys are typical advanced materials used for manufacturing aeroengine turbine blades. Their unique characteristics of high hardness and strength make them exceedingly difficult to machine. However, a key structure of a turbine blade, the film-cooling hole,needs to be machined in a single-crystal superalloy; such machining is challenging, especially considering the increasing levels of machining efficiency and quality demanded by the aeroengine industry. Tube electrode high-speed electrochemical discharge drilling(TSECDD), a hybrid technique of high-speed electrical discharge drilling and electrochemical machining, provides high machining efficiency and accuracy, as well as eliminating the recast layer. In this study, TSECDD is used to machine a film-cooling hole in a nickel-based single-crystal superalloy(DD6). The Taguchi methods of experiment are used to optimise the machining parameters. Experimental results show that TSECDD can effectively drill the film-cooling hole; the optimum parameters that give the best performance are as follows: pulse duration: 12 ls, pulse interval: 30 ls, peak current:6 A, and salt solution conductivity: 3 m S/cm. Finally, a hole is machined by TSECDD, and the results are compared with those obtained by electrical discharge machining. TSECDD is found to be promising for improving the surface quality and eliminating the recast layer.  相似文献

对三维(3D)全五向编织复合材料的细观结构进行了实验研究,三维全五向编织复合材料是一种新型的编织复合材料,其细观结构对预测材料的性能有重要作用。采用显微计算机断层成像(micro-CT)技术得到了三维全五向编织复合材料的截面图片,通过在碳纤维试件中混编入少量玻璃纤维作为示踪纱,提高了示踪纤维束在截面图片中的的对比度。并通过三维重建得到纤维束实体模型,结合CAD技术对纤维束的横截面形状与空间走向进行了研究。结果表明:编织纱与轴纱纤维束的截面形状在材料不同区域与不同的花节高度内是变化的;在不同区域,编织纱的空间走向也是不同的;而轴纱在空间上基本保持伸直。由于编织纱对轴纱的挤压使轴纱表面产生螺旋状的压痕。  相似文献

舰船电工仪表是舰船航行及舰载各动力系统、武器系统、测控系统运行状态的主要判断依据。针对传统的计量校准方法存在的效率低、可靠性难以保证等方面的问题,设计了一种轻便、可靠的手持式校准控制器,控制标准设备输出,同时具备信息录入、数据存储等功能,实现了对舰船电工仪表现场原位快速计量校准,并通过测试数据比对,验证了此方法可行。  相似文献
