含裂纹金属薄板的断裂韧度与剩余强度研究

为了探究影响含裂纹铝合金薄板材料断裂韧度、剩余强度的几何因素以及韧性材料的断裂机理,对典型航空铝合金2524-T3薄板,采用不同宽度、不同初始裂纹长度的中心裂纹板试样进行试验,测定材料的K-R阻力曲线,确定平面应力断裂韧度Kc和表观断裂韧度Kapp.试验结果表明:对于薄板结构,K-R阻力曲线与板宽相关;试件宽度、初始裂纹长度对断裂韧度和表观断裂韧度的确定都有影响,且板宽度的影响较大.基于上述结论,推荐两种可同时反映韧性材料断裂中的净截面屈服效应和韧性撕裂过程的剩余强度预测方法.     

Semi-analytic Solution of Steady Temperature Fields During Thin Plate Welding

Usually, it is very difficult to find out an analytical solution to thermal conduction problems during high temperature welding. Therefore, as an important numerical approach, the method of lines （MOLs） is introduced to solve the temperature field characterized by high gradients. The basic idea of the method is to semi-discretize the governing equation of the problem into a system of ordinary differential equations （ODEs） defined on discrete lines by means of the finite difference method, by which the thermal boundary condition with high gradients are directly embodied in formulation. Thus the temperature field can be obtained by solving the ODEs. As a numerical example, the variation of an axisymmetrical temperature field along the plate thickness can be obtained.     

NH－93型有机氟涂料的研究

采用国产含氟乳液为基料，研究了辅料的种类和用量，涂料的组成及工艺参数对涂膜性能的影响，提出了能获得良好涂膜的ＮＨ－９３型氟涂料的配方和成膜条件。     

1种热敏电阻温度传感器数字接口电路的研究

在一些用单片机组成的测试仪表或控制器中，常常需要一两路温度输入信号，如环境温度、水温的测量，而若仅为一两个温度信号的测量而增加1个硬件A／D转换器，则势必增加仪表的成本。这里所要介绍的热敏电阻温度传感器的数字接口电路，每路温度测量包括传感器在内仅10元左右的成本，在－20℃～＋70℃的测温范围内测温精度可达±0.2℃。并且性能稳定，抗干扰能力较强。已成功地应用在工业测控仪表中。     

高精密小电阻测量方法及测量结果的不确定度评定

在高精密小电阻的测量过程中，由于接触电阻、测量线电阻及测量条件等都会对其测量结果产生不可忽视的影响，因此，选择合适的测量方法对提高测量结果的置信度尤为重要。本文着重介绍了用恒流源和数字电压表间接测量高精密小电阻的具体方法，对其测量结果的不确定度进行了分析与评定。     

热膜技术在水流测速中的应用研究

研究了在我国现有条件下，利用普通自来水，在室内和试验水槽中不设调温装置的情况下，热膜技术在水流测速中应用的有关技术问题。并利用从美国TSI公司进口的1050A恒温型热线／热膜流速仪测量了紊动射流和三峡溢流坝模型冲坑中掺气水流的脉动流速及紊动结构问题，获得了成功。     

圆锥形薄壁壳体的弹性稳定性

基于Donnell型扁壳理论,利用法分析了在均布外压作用下圆锥形薄壁壳体的弹性稳定性问题。根据外压实验观察结果和通过选取适当的位移分量表达式,文中给出了临界外压的近似表达式。数值结果表明,本文理论分析预示值与临界载荷的实验值很吻合。文中还对有关参数对临界载荷的影响进行了讨论。本文所得结果可供工程应用参考。     

高值电阻国际比对的方法研究

介绍了参加亚太实验室认可合作组织(APLAC)开展的高阻1 MΩ;10 MΩ实验间比对的方法,对一种用参考电压测量高阻的方法进行了描述,解决了其中的技术问题,对测量不确定度进行了分析,其结果为测量1MΩ的合成标准不确定度为3.10-6,测量10 MΩ的合成标准不确定度为5.10-6,APLAC公布的比对中期报告证明了该方法的可靠性。

Effect of wall suction on leading edge contamination

This paper is devoted to an experimental study of swept wing leading edge contamination by the turbulence emanating from the wing-wall junction. The main objective is to delay the contamination onset by applying surface suction along the attachment line. Two series of experiments are described; the first one was performed in a small wind tunnel at CERT ONERA, the second one was carried out in the F2 wind tunnel at Le Fauga Mauzac centre. Hot film measurements showed that leading edge contamination could be delayed up to very large Reynolds numbers. We also studied the behaviour of the relaminarized boundary layer downstream of the sucked region, along the span as well as in the chordwise direction.
