建国60年来我国高职教育的回顾与展望

建国60年来，我国高职教育从无到有，从弱到强，经历了孕育产生、地位确立和类型确立三个发展阶段，实现了跨越式发展，取得了举世瞩目的成就。回顾我国高职教育60来年产生和发展的历程，展望未来发展的趋势，对于当前的高职教育教学改革具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。     

Detection of regolith buried water stream channels on Mars with the help of synthetic aperture radar

A major theme in the study of Mars is the search for evidence that water was present in the past or is present today, either at or below the surface. Biological life is connected to water. Hence much research is focused on the detection of water stream channels, which in the past flowed on Mars. In these areas, the petrified remains of the former life on Mars may be found. These channels may be under the regolith layer; however, the radio wave penetrating ability allows for the detection of these channels under the regolith.     

Analysis of the variability of temperature gradient in the ocean frontal zones based on satellite data

AVHRR MCSST data for the periods 1982–2000 (mean weekly data) were used to calculate mean gradient fields in the ocean for different periods of time. Three-month averaged sea surface temperature gradients (SSTG) and their mean seasonal variations have been studied for 25 points in the large-scale oceanic fronts zones. Major oceanic fronts in the Atlantic and Pacific have been identified and compared in literature. In the North Atlantic and Pacific, the areas under study were the North Polar Front and Subpolar Fronts. In the South Atlantic and Pacific we studied the region of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current (ACC) and the fronts formed by this current, known as the South Polar Front, and the Subantarctic Front. SSTG were also calculated for El Niño (Southeast Pacific) and Benguela Current (Southeast Atlantic).     

民生视域下的河南省城区经济竞争力研究

基于民生视域构建出城区经济竞争力评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重,计算河南省17个地级市50个城区经济竞争力指数,并对评价结果进行分析.研究表明,大部分城区经济的竞争力指数偏低；城区之间的竞争力水平差距巨大；城区经济总量与综合竞争力之间存在偏差；城区经济竞争力强的城市,其综合竞争力也强.最后,为提高城区竞争力水平进而实现城市可持续发展提出对策建议.     

遥测校准数据特性方程的构建与求解方法

紧密结合靶场数据处理的实际,基于传感器的动态变化特性,建立遥测校准数据的特性方程,提供相应的求解方法,对其理论特性精度进行评估,并给出具体的应用实例。     

我国人力资源法制化建设的政策分析——基于《劳动合同法》和《就业促进法》视角

我国新制定的《劳动合同法》和《就业促进法》是事关人民群众切身利益、企业规范管理和经济又好又快发展的法律保障。现实生活中经常存在的企业不签劳动合同、滥设试用期、无故拖欠工资、经常加班加点的侵权行为就会得以制止，我国经济与社会法制化、规范化的发展从此进入了新阶段。为此，文章在认真学习和深入研究的基础上，从我国人力资源新法规实施的背景以及新法规的主要内容和实施重点等方面进行了分析和阐述，供有关部门和劳资双方进行参考。     

金融危机视角下的大学生就业问题

金融危机可能引发大规模的就业冲击。美国次贷危机引发的国际社会金融海啸对整个经济增长带来巨大的负面影响。就中国而言,行业性的冲击不可避免,这对就业增长将是非常不利的。大学生就业难已是不争的事实,为此必须落实好高校就业工作,实现大学生充分就业,发挥好这部分人的作用,这也是落实科教兴国战略,全面建设小康社会的客观要求。     

基于光分配网络ODN的数据中心设计

城市光纤化将大力推进城市系统物联化和互联化的发展,民用航空机场一般采用光纤入户(FTTH)作为光网覆盖的解决方案.要建设高效率低成本的FTTH光缆网络,其组网理念、产品选择以及施工方式需综合考虑.以杭州萧山国际机场国际航站楼综合布线系统为背景,给出了光分配网络ODN(optical distribution network)的设计规划、选材和施工等关注的重点,对光分配网络建设进行了研究.     

Correlation between the cosmic noise absorption calculated from the SARINET data and the energetic particles measured by MEPED: Simultaneous observations over SAMA region

The cosmic noise absorption is presented in terms of two-dimensional images obtained from the imaging riometers operated at the Southern Space Observatory (geographic coordinate: 29.4° S, 53.1° W), in São Martinho da Serra, Brazil, Concepcion (geographic coordinate: 36.5° S, 73.0° W) and Punta Arenas (geographic coordinate: 53.0° S, 70.5° W) in Chile, which belong to the South American Riometer Network and are located at the central and periphery regions of the South American Magnetic Anomaly. Correlations are performed between the maximum cosmic noise absorption observed at these stations and the energetic electron flux in two energy channels (>30 and >300 keV) and the proton flux in three energy channels (80–240, 800–2500 and >6900 keV) as measured by the Medium Energy Proton and Electron Detector, during a moderate geomagnetic storm that occurred on September 3, 2008. The results show high correlations between the cosmic noise absorption detected at São Martinho da Serra and the flux of protons with energy between 80 and 240 keV, and the flux of electrons with energies higher than 300 keV, while an additional ionization at Concepcion was correlated with electrons of energies higher than 30 keV. The cosmic noise absorption detected at Punta Arenas was probably caused by the increase of the protons flux with energy between 80 and 240 keV.
