Advances in the Studies of the Middle and Upper Atmosphere in 2004 - 2006

This paper summarizes the research results obtained by Chinese scientists and/or through international collaborations during 2004 to 2006. Within the context of COSPAR, the progresses in the studies of the middle and upper atmosphere in China in the past two years are introduced with focusing the developments in facilities and instruments, and the advancements in scientific issues, e.g., dynamics related processes, atmospheric constituents, and the coupling with the lower atmosphere.     

空间光学遥感器主镜背部形状的选择

本文阐述了空间光学遥感器中主镜轻量化的必要性．对双凹、平背、单拱和双拱4种形状主镜在重力载荷下的变形进行了分析计算，得出了背部3点支撑方式下双凹主镜最优的结论，并进一步研究了3点支撑的双凹主镜面形变化RMS值随规一化支撑半径r／R的变化规律．     

考虑二次流影响的压缩系统稳定性模型

利用Ａｄｋｉｎｓ－Ｓｍｉｔｈ二次流模型计算得到转子出口截面落后角沿叶高的变化。在压缩系统稳定性模型中考虑叶尖流面落后的角影响，并提出一个新的时滞参数计算公式，计算结果表明，落后角的大小对压缩系统的稳定性影响很大，同时揭示了叶尖间隙对压缩系统稳定性的影响。     

INS／GPS组合导航系统的容错研究

本文研究了INS/GPS组合导航系统的容错问题,并提出了一个两级故障检测及分离方案。通过采用该方案,INS/GPS组合导航系统将具有较高的容错能力,并能为用户提供连续、精确的导航信息。     

NIM4#铯冷原子喷泉钟新一代时间频率基准

回顾了NIM4 #钟实现 5 μK冷原子云 ,74cm原子喷泉和 0 95Hz线宽Ramsey跃迁实验 ,报道了 9 19GHz微波锁定到铯原子秒定义跃迁 ,频率稳定性达到 (5 - 7)× 10 -15(15 0 0 0s)。目前我们正在进行不确定度评估 ,可望不确定度进入 10 -15量级 ,建立我国新一代时间频率基准装置。     

Energetic particles at high latitudes

We review work on diffusion coefficients of energetic particles with an attempt to extract implications on their behaviour at high latitudes. In the ecliptic plane results from solar energetic particle propagation between the Sun and about 5 AU can be described by an effective radial mean free path _r which is approximately constant as a function of distancer. When particle propagation in three dimensions in the heliosphere is considered it is not sufficient to consider _r only. Jovian electrons can be used as probes to determine the parameters of three-dimensional diffusion. In the polar regions diffusion is dominated by its parallel component. Some predictions how should vary with latitude are discussed. For different choices of this variation we present expectations for intensity-time profiles of solar particle events during the Ulysses polar passages.     

制导火箭弹制导控制系统精益设计方法

制导火箭弹在陆军未来战争中正发挥越来越重要的作用，制导控制系统设计是制导火箭弹研制的核心和难题。提出了一种适用于制导火箭弹制导控制系统的精益设计方法，将设计过程分为数据处理环节、自动驾驶仪设计环节、制导律设计环节和六自由度仿真分析环节4个部分，并将标准化和基于模型的思想体现在精益化设计软件中，从而给出了一条可以又快又好地完成系统设计的技术途径。     

不确定参数结构特征值问题的概率统计方法和区间分析方法的比较

 基于区间数学理论、灵敏度分析理论、Kronecker代数理论，应用Taylor级数展开、概率摄动技术，提出了具有不确定参数结构的特征值问题的区间分析方法。结合工程实例与传统的概率分析方法进行比较，给出了两种方法的数值解法及各自解法的Kronecker代数形式。数值算例的结果显示了区间分析方法在具有不确定参数结构特征值问题分析中的价值和有效性。
