Nowadays, free-form surfaces have been widely used in various industrial fields. They are usually machined by CNC machine tools, but recently have also begun to be manufactured by industrial robotic arm manipulators, thanks to low cost, large operation reaching space and high machining flexibility of robot. So far, various methodologies have been proposed to improve efficiency and quality of free-form surface machining, thus this paper aims at providing a state-of-the-art review on research advances in free-form surface machining. In this review, tool path generation, feedrate scheduling in Cartesian space and trajectory planning in joint space are focused for both CNC machining and robot machining, and their research statues, existing difficulties and key issues are discussed in detail. Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is a well-developed and contactless technique in experimental fluid mechanics, but the strong velocity gradient and streamline curvature near the wall substantially limits its accuracy improvement. This paper presents a data processing procedure combining conventional PIV and newly developed Mirror Interchange (MI) based Interface-PIV for the measurement of the boundary layer parameter development in the blade leading edge region. The synthetic particle images are used to analyze the measurement errors in the entire procedure. Overall, three types of errors, namely the errors caused by the Window Deformation Iterative Multigrid (WIDIM) algorithm, the discrete data interpolation and integration, and the wall offset uncertainty, comprise the main measurement error. Specifically, the errors due to the discrete data interpolation and integration and the WIDIM algorithm comprise the mean bias, which can be corrected through the error analysis method proposed in the present work. Meanwhile, the errors due to the WIDIM algorithm and the wall offset uncertainty contribute to the measurement uncertainty. Computational fluid dynamics-based synthetic particle flows were generated to verify the newly developed PIV data processing procedure and the corresponding error analysis method. Results showed that the data processing method could improve the accuracy of PIV measurements for boundary layer flows with high curvature and acceleration and even with significant flow separation bubbles. Finally, the data processing method is also applied in a PIV experiment to investigate the boundary layer flows around a compressor blade leading edge, and several credible boundary flow parameters were obtained. 相似文献

After deployment from a rocket, a CubeSat is detumbled using magnetorquer rods bringing the norm to the point where the reaction wheels take over to reduce the angular velocity to null. Therefore, utilizing reaction wheels for satellite detumbling at higher initial velocities is vital but they are heavy and occupy significant space on a spacecraft having challenging control. To address this challenge, this paper features a disruptive approach that conducts the control only by the PCB-integrated magnetorquers with various geometries using a diverse non-unity track width ratio. The trace widths are parametrized such that the optimal torque to power dissipation ratio is investigated. The optimizations are then simulated for various geometric distributions and validated through comprehensive measurement setups that establish a framework for selecting the best-case coil configuration according to mission requirements. The detumbling rates of multiple asymmetric coil configurations are compared with the embedded designs in published literature and state of the art. It is found that the proposed asymmetric embedded magnetorquers can detumble the vehicle at high initial angular velocities. Lastly, the simulation results of thermal analysis are validated for selecting the application-specific optimal coils configuration. At the end, the proposed system is compared with the embedded magnetorquers available in the literature and commercial attitude control systems. 相似文献

针对飞机壁板类零件采用修配法装配过程中需要精确获取修配加工路径的问题,提出一种基于实测点云数据的壁板类零件修配加工路径计算方法。首先设计一种基于法线差的特征点检测算法提取参考壁板的初始特征点。然后建立迭代收缩优化模型对初始特征点进行收缩优化,得到参考壁板的准确特征点。最后根据工装定位孔特征进行配准,将参考壁板的特征点映射到待修配壁板上,并将映射后的特征点按照一定顺序进行连接,得到待修配壁板的修配加工路径,按照修配路径进行加工,获得壁板装配配合边界。实验表明,该方法能够精确提取待修配壁板修配加工路径,并且经过加工验证,壁板试验件对缝间隙获得小于1.2 mm的实际效果。 相似文献

A better understanding of the ionosphere through accurate mathematical models is no doubt a crucial element. This study focuses on the challenging problem of building a model representing the complex structure of the midlatitude ionosphere. Previous studies have shown that a regional planar model is suitable in representing the total electron content (TEC) trend in the midlatitude ionosphere in both hemispheres. In this study, the planar trend model for 12 non-overlapping northern hemisphere regions in three groups of geographically near 4 regions is further investigated under different levels of solar activity; low, moderate and high. To that end, the coefficients of the model are estimated in the least squares sense using total electron content values from global ionospheric maps (GIMs) for the years 2009, 2012 and 2014. Subsequently, these coefficients are used to reconstruct estimated TEC maps which are then compared with actual GIM-TEC by investigating their difference in normalized norm squared sense. The regional planar trend model provides a particularly successful representation in the years 2012 and 2014 for which the solar activity level is the dominant factor determining the TEC trend. Under low solar activity conditions of 2009, other factors such as ocean currents, temperature variations and meteorological phenomena are suspected to have a considerable effect in some regions depending on their geographic location and on seasonal trends in those regions. As an example, studies show that under the influence of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) and Siberian High (SH), a significant cooling trend between 2004 and 2018 in autumn is observed in Eurasia, which, in conjunction with the low solar activity levels, may be related to the deviations from the actual GIM-TEC in 2009 in these regions. As solar radiation increases, however, such bottom-side forcings are masked in 2012 and 2014 and these deviations are no longer observed. 相似文献

为深入了解行星架裂纹故障振动频谱结构,提出一种考虑时变传递路径和行星轮系载荷非均匀分配的振动仿真模型。根据裂纹导致的行星轮角位移函数,分析了行星轮角位移对行星轮系载荷分配特性的影响,仿真分析了行星架裂纹导致的行星轮角位移和行星轮系载荷非均匀分配下的频谱边带结构。仿真结果表明:行星轮个数为3时,边频带仅受行星轮角位移影响,随行星轮个数增加到4、5时,频谱边带受行星轮角位移和载荷分配共同影响,阶比谱出现以行星架旋转阶次为间隔的调制边带成分。通过对比行星轮个数为3的齿轮箱仿真与实测信号的阶比谱边带结构,验证了模型的有效性。 相似文献

星载激光雷达是高精度测量全球大气CO2柱浓度和气溶胶垂直廓线的重要手段,大气环境监测卫星大气探测激光雷达(ACDL)在一套激光雷达中集成了2种探测体制,采用1 572 nm积分路径激光差分吸收方法测量全球CO2柱浓度,采用532 nm高光谱探测(HSRL)方法测量气溶胶和云的垂直廓线,均为国际首次在星载平台成功验证,是国际首个星载CO2探测激光雷达和国际首个高光谱气溶胶探测激光雷达。在国际已发射的星载激光雷达中,ACDL激光雷达是探测体制最全、波长最多、能量最高、频率最稳和精度最准的激光雷达,实现了创新跨越。大气探测激光雷达在轨连续工作,首次获得了全天时精度优于1 ppm的全球CO2柱浓度、精度优于20%的气溶胶廓线等遥感数据。本文介绍了ACDL激光雷达的工作原理、系统参数以及相关的定标测试结果。 相似文献
