基频降低对火箭点火起飞动响应的影响分析

为了分析有效载荷基频降低对火箭发射时箭体的动响应的影响规律,将不同的有效载荷基频引入到运载火箭纵向有限元模型中,通过改变有效载荷基频,计算箭体在发射阶段受到冲击载荷时的瞬态动力学响应,并找出有效载荷以及星箭界面处随发动机推力变化的加速度、单元力等响应时程的变化规律.结果表明：有效载荷基频降低对发射时箭体的动响应有一定影响,有效载荷位置的加速度响应受到的影响较为明显,有一定程度地增加,其对星箭界面处载荷的影响则较小.

2003年7月开始实施的《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》具有一些新特点，使建设工程造价的编制方法发生了变化，这些变化必然会对审计工作产生影响。     

关于高校图书馆《信息简报》工作的思考

高校图书馆是学校的文献情报中心,其中一项重要职能就是为学校的教学科研、领导决策等提供服务,同时开拓学生的知识视野,图书馆创办《信息简报》(以下简称《简报》)就是实现这一职能的有效途径之一。通过多种技术手段对馆藏资源及相关信息进行合理整合,可以为学校教学和科研工作提供服务,同时也使广大师生深入的了解图书馆,更好的利用图书馆。图书馆信息技术部近年开始创办《简报》,由于它所提供的信息及时有效,能够为广大读者提供所需帮助,逐步得到了广大师生的认同。     

复合材料层合结构频率约束的可靠性优化设计(英文)

The reliability based optimization （RBO） issue of composite laminates trader fundamental frequency constraint is studied. Considering the tmcertainties of material properties, the frequency constraint reliability of the structure is evaluated by the combination of response surface method （RSM） and finite element method. An optimization algorithm is developed based on the mechanism of laminate frequency characteristics, to optimize the laminate in terms of the ply amount and orientation angles. Numerical examples of composite laminates and cylindrical shell illustrate the advantages of the present optimization algorithm on the efficiency and applicability respects. The optimal solutions of RBO are obviously different from the deterministic optimization results, and the necessity of considering material property uncertainties in the composite structural frequency constraint optimization is revealed.     

Measurement of neutron star parameters: A review of methods for low-mass X-ray binaries

Measurement of at least three independent parameters, for example, mass, radius and spin frequency, of a neutron star is probably the only way to understand the nature of its supranuclear core matter. Such a measurement is extremely difficult because of various systematic uncertainties. The lack of knowledge of several system parameter values gives rise to such systematics. Low mass X-ray binaries, which contain neutron stars, provide a number of methods to constrain the stellar parameters. Joint application of these methods has a great potential to significantly reduce the systematic uncertainties, and hence to measure three independent neutron star parameters accurately. Here, we review the methods based on: (1) thermonuclear X-ray bursts; (2) accretion-powered millisecond-period pulsations; (3) kilohertz quasi-periodic oscillations; (4) broad relativistic iron lines; (5) quiescent emissions; and (6) binary orbital motions.

二维可压粘流N—S方程的边界元解法

本文给出了一种求解二维可压Navier-Stokes(简称N-S)方程的边界元法。使用线化技术把控制方程变成变系数的线性偏微分方程,其基本解由组合代数的方法构造,从而给出了N-S方程的积分表达式。本文计算了几例低R_e数的跨声速翼型绕流,结果表明边界元法可以应用到可压粘流中。     

模拟退火算法在连续变量全局优化问题中应用

研究了基于模拟退火算法应用于连续变量全局优化问题,并给出了实现步骤.介绍了控制参数实用选择方法.针对连续变量的特殊性,给出了新解产生的实用方法.最后以计算机视觉领域中的基本矩阵的求解作为一个实例,来说明它在连续变量中的应用.大量数字仿真结果表明该算法能有效地解决连续变量全局优化问题.
