电解加工发动机叶片阴极进给方向的优化

 超薄扭曲叶片由于叶型超薄、型面复杂、精度要求高, 目前主要以电解加工作为首选加工工艺。以某新型发动机叶片为研究对象, 对电解加工阴极的进给方向、毛坯装夹位置做了优化选择并对叶片型面采样点的法线方向与阴极斜向进给方向的夹角分布做了详细的阐述, 为阴极型面的设计打下了坚实的基础。     

Realization Methodology of a 5-axis Spline Interpolator in an Open CNC System

By making use of the advantages of non-uniform rational B-spline （NURBS） curves to represent spatial curves, an instruction format with double NURBS curves suitable for 5-axis coordinated real-time interpolation is presented to replace the current 5-axis coordinated linear interpolation method defective in low-speed, low-accuracy and enormous numerical control （NC） files in sculptured surface machining. A generation procedure of the NC files with the presented format is introduced and the method to realize the interpolation in an open computer numerical control （CNC） system is developed by ourselves. These illustrated the feasibility of the proposed method and its capability of avoiding all the shortages of 5-axis linear interpolation method.     

自由曲面叶轮的四坐标数控加工研究

 针对自由曲面叶轮的四坐标加工，提出了一种刀轴矢量的确定方法。给定工作台倾斜角度和刀具后跟角，四坐标加工的刀轴矢量必然位于这两个角度确定的两个圆锥面上。通过对两个圆锥面求交并结合叶轮加工的实际特点，给出了自由曲面叶轮四坐标加工刀轴矢量的计算方法。根据得到的刀轴矢量，计算相应的侧偏角，从而可将五坐标加工的理论和方法直接应用于四坐标加工中。算例表明，该方法合理可行，能够有效提高四坐标加工效率、降低叶轮加工成本，并可推广至一般曲面的四坐标加工以及五轴四联动加工。     

一种评定电磁发射测量不确定度的简化方法

针对评定电磁发射测量不确定度,提出并讨论了以下几个观点:(1)传导发射评定结果仅与测量接收机的总误差有关;(2)应该确立一个国家标准辐射发射检测实验室。对同一个样品,由该实验室获得的测量结果应与其它检测实验室的测试结果进行严格比对;(3)只有在比对测试基础上,其它检测实验室进行辐射发射测量不确定度的评定才具有实际意义,且评定结果仅与天线系数和测量接收机的总误差有关。     

集中力作用下悬臂梁几何中轴的弹性大挠度分析

以平截面假定为基础,并以几何中轴作为梁变形的参考轴,推导了大挠度情况下,弹性梁在轴力和弯矩联合作用下几何中轴的曲率——弯矩和轴力方程,并建立了求解几何中轴变形曲线的方程组,这样的方程组考虑了梁轴向变形的影响,克服了以中性轴作为梁变形参考轴时不能考虑轴向变形的不足。利用所建立的方程组,分析了受集中力作用的弹性悬臂梁大挠度问题,并同以中性轴作为梁变形参考轴的部分结果进行了对比。结果表明,当载荷较小时,2种理论计算出的弹性大挠度悬臂梁的变形曲线差别很小;而当载荷较大时,2种理论计算出的弹性大挠度悬臂梁的变形曲线存在比较明显的差异。     

叶轮四坐标数控加工中刀轴矢量的计算

对于任意曲面叶轮的四坐标加工，提出了一种计算刀轴矢量的方法。由于四坐标铣床自由度的限制，根据曲面上接触点的几何量计算出的刀轴矢量，不一定能在四坐标系床上实现。以四坐标铣床的主轴位置为初始刀轴矢量，以倾斜工作台的法矢量为旋转轴，形成一组刀位矢量，这些矢量组成一个锥形面；在这组矢量中，求出与由曲面几何量计算出的刀轴矢量最相近的矢量，并且使刀具处于该刀轴矢量时与叶片不发生干涉，将这个矢量作为最终的刀轴矢量。     

组合弹性支承结构的设计与试验研究

组合弹性支承是鼠笼式弹性支承加弹性环（内部充油）的一种支承结构形式，鼠笼起调整支承刚度和定心弹簧的作用；而滑油在压力的作用下，通过弹性环上的阻尼孔，产生节流损失，以提供支承的阻尼。本项研究从影响支承动力特性的各种因素着手，开展设计及试验验证。试验表明，该弹性支承既能起到良好的调频和减振效果，又能起到良好的定心作用。     

HTPB复合固体推进剂的声发射特性及损伤模型的试验和理论研究

通过声发射（Ａｃｏｕｓｔｉｃ Ｅｍｉｓｓｉｏｎ简称ＡＥ）试验监测单轴定速拉伸试验试样的动态损伤破坏过程，阐述了ＨＴＰＢ复合固体推进剂材料的声发射特性，提出了具有明确物理意义的损伤变量定义，并给出了描述复合固体推进剂材料损伤发展的数学模型。     

Pulsar radio emission

25 years after their discovery, pulsars still pose fundamental problems, in particular when the whole range of their periodsP is considered: 1.56 ms P0.09 s. This communication reviews my understanding of the pulsar magnetosphere, windzone, and (coherent) radio emission. New are details of the preferred magnetic structure, wind generation, and amplification of the emitted (pseudo) curvature radiation, the inferred brightness of which exceeds that of all other terrestrial and astrophysical sources by many orders of magnitude.     

The local bubble

Recently, observations with the rosat PSPC instrument and the spectrometers onboard the euve satellite have given new detailed information on the structure and physical conditions of the Local Bubble. From the early rocket experiments, and in particular from the WISCONSIN Survey, the existence of a diffuse hot gas in the vicinity of the solar system, extending out to about 100 pc, has been inferred in order to explain the emission below 0.3 keV. The higher angular resolution and sensitivity of rosat made it possible to use diffuse neutral clouds as targets for shadowing the soft X-ray background. Thus, in some directions, more than half of the flux in the 0.25 keV band appears to come from outside the Local Bubble. Further, measurements of the diffuse EUV in the LISM, show surprisingly few emission lines. These findings are in conflict with the standard LHB model, which assumes a local hot (T 10⁶ K) plasma in CIE. Model calculations, based on the non-equilibrium cooling of an expanding plasma, show a promising way of reconciling all available observations.
