New Cutting Force Modeling Approach for Flat End Mill

A new mechanistic cutting force model for flat end milling using the instantaneous cutting force coefficients is proposed. An in-depth analysis shows that the total cutting forces can be separated into two terms: a nominal component independent of the runout and a perturbation component induced by the runout. The instantaneous value of the nominal component is used to calibrate the cutting force coefficients. With the help of the perturbation component and the cutting force coefficients obtained above, the cutter runout is identified. Based on simulation and experimental results, the validity of the identification approach is demonstrated. The advantage of the proposed method lies in that the calibration performed with data of one cutting test under a specific regime can be applied for a great range of cutting conditions.     

Investigation on the Thermal Conductivity of 3-Dimensional and 4-Directional Braided Composites

It is vital to choose a factual and reasonable micro-structural model of braided composites for improving the calculating precision of thermal property of 3-D braided composites by finite element method (FEM). On the basis of new microstructure model of braided composites proposed recently, the model of FEM calculation for thermal conductivity of 3-dimennsional and 4-directional braided composites is set up in this paper. The curves of coefficient of effective thermal conductivity versus fiber volume ratio and interior braiding angle are obtained. Furthermore, comparing the results of FEM with the available experimental data,the reasonability and veracity of calculation are confirmed at the same time.

角速度波动率测量的数据处理和不确定度分析

本文在对角速度波动率测量技术研究的基础上，提出了一些自己的看法，并对一些相关术语进行了定义，同时，对角速度波动率测量方法的不确定度评定进行了分析。最后，通过数据处理软件对实验数据进行了分析和验证。     

FPGA在高性能数据采集系统中的应用

设计了以FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)为核心逻辑控制模块的高性能数据采集系统，该系统除了可完成24路最大采样频率为100kHz(精度16位)的模拟信号采集和8路宽范围频率信号采集，还具有较强的数字信号处理能力和一定的容错、自检功能。FPGA模块采用VHDL语言设计，在MAX PLUSII集成环境中进行软件设计和系统仿真，本文给出了FPGA主要功能模块的仿真图形。     

DO 28飞行试验数据一致性检验

 本文研究DO28试验机飞行试验数据一致性检验及其误差校正。建立了由非线性运动学方程及内容广泛的校正环节构成的一致性检验模型,解决了大地风场重构、测量信号时间延迟估计、ψ转换及测量控制信号的校正。为DO28参数估计提供了可靠、准确的飞行试验数据。     

基于多维模型的独立型数据集市数据转换技术研究

数据集市可为用户提供部门级的决策分析依据,而数据转换是用户能否从数据集市中得到高质量信息的前提和保证。为此,在对数据转换技术进行分析研究的基础上,针对独立型数据集市的特点提出了基于维度的数据转换模型,详细讨论了基于维度模型的独立型数据集市数据转换的内容及数据转换的技术支持。     

面向对象的航空工程试验数据资源管理

针对目前工程试验数据管理中存在的问题，提出了基于面向对象数据模型的航空工程试验数据资源管理系统的设计思想和实现方法，说明了测试数据模型的对象模式，详细描述数据库表的设计，并给出应用实例。     

网络计费数据采集方法与应用实现

计费功能是网络管理中一个重要的基本功能,如何快速准确的采集到用户的相关计费数据,是实现高效计费功能的关键。本文通过对IP用户和拨号用户接入方式和适用计费协议分析,提出用SNMP协议命令读写路由器计费相关的MIB值和在网络底层中"侦听-转发"IP数据包的设计思想,进行用户计费数据地采集。在Windows平台上用VC++工具实现了网络计费数据采集功能模块,此模块具有一定的应用价值。     

基于客户／服务器体系的工程数据库管理系统

提出了一种基于客户／服务器结构的工程数据库管理系统。客户／服务器结构的总体思想是将所有共享数据放在共享的服务器数据库上，所有客户的临时数据放在客户方由客户独占，客户通过局域网（ＬＡＮ）向服务器申请所要的数据，服务器通过ＣｈｅｃｋＩｎ和ＣｈｅｃｋＯｕｔ机制向客户提供数据服务，并确保数据的一致性和完整性。文章讨论了如何在客户和服务器之间合理分配负荷，描述了客户／服务器体系的多级存贮结构和客户与服务器之间的数据通信．重点探讨了客户／服务器结构下的缓冲管理问题。系统的开发环境是ＳｕｎＯＳ，ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ协议，系统用Ｃ语言开发。
