利用激光熔化沉积技术制备15-5PH沉淀硬化不锈钢板,利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、电子探针(EPMA)技术,对沉积态组织进行分析,测试沉积态组织的室温拉伸性能。结果表明:激光熔化沉积15-5PH不锈钢沉积态组织由沿沉积增高方向贯穿多层外延生长的柱状晶组成,柱状晶内包含多个细长整齐排列的胞状树枝晶,枝晶内为马氏体组织,枝晶间为铁素体;沉积态组织中弥散分布大量细小的NbC析出相,尺寸12~20 nm;15-5PH不锈钢沉积态组织具有良好的力学性能,纵向抗拉强度和延伸率分别为1 128.5 MPa和14.0%,横向抗拉强度和延伸率分别为1 101 MPa和12.25%。  相似文献

A better understanding of the ionosphere through accurate mathematical models is no doubt a crucial element. This study focuses on the challenging problem of building a model representing the complex structure of the midlatitude ionosphere. Previous studies have shown that a regional planar model is suitable in representing the total electron content (TEC) trend in the midlatitude ionosphere in both hemispheres. In this study, the planar trend model for 12 non-overlapping northern hemisphere regions in three groups of geographically near 4 regions is further investigated under different levels of solar activity; low, moderate and high. To that end, the coefficients of the model are estimated in the least squares sense using total electron content values from global ionospheric maps (GIMs) for the years 2009, 2012 and 2014. Subsequently, these coefficients are used to reconstruct estimated TEC maps which are then compared with actual GIM-TEC by investigating their difference in normalized L2 norm squared sense. The regional planar trend model provides a particularly successful representation in the years 2012 and 2014 for which the solar activity level is the dominant factor determining the TEC trend. Under low solar activity conditions of 2009, other factors such as ocean currents, temperature variations and meteorological phenomena are suspected to have a considerable effect in some regions depending on their geographic location and on seasonal trends in those regions. As an example, studies show that under the influence of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation (PDO) and Siberian High (SH), a significant cooling trend between 2004 and 2018 in autumn is observed in Eurasia, which, in conjunction with the low solar activity levels, may be related to the deviations from the actual GIM-TEC in 2009 in these regions. As solar radiation increases, however, such bottom-side forcings are masked in 2012 and 2014 and these deviations are no longer observed.  相似文献

为了寻求有效的流动控制方法来降低隔离段总压损失,本文基于非定常雷诺平均的Navier-Stokes方程,探究激光脉冲能量沉积对二维及三维隔离段流场马赫反射的控制效果。在来流马赫数分别为1.61和2.51的隔离段流场马赫反射上游,加入脉冲能量沉积,对比激励流场与基础流场,结果表明:能量沉积主要通过高温热核和其诱导的压力波两种方式对马赫反射结构施加作用,显著地影响了马赫反射结构,促使Ma∞ =1.61来流工况下马赫杆的高度减小,马赫反射强度减弱;Ma∞ =2.51来流工况下的马赫反射结构转变为稳定的正规反射,减小了总压损失。控制过程包括:(1)能量沉积产生的局部高温降低当地马赫数,减小马赫反射强度;(2)高温热核诱导的弓形波与马赫反射相互作用,马赫反射结构变形;(3)以反压形式影响马赫反射。  相似文献

为了探索激光熔化沉积快速成形技术制备TC4钛合金的焊接性能,分别采用电子束焊、激光焊两种方法制备接头试样,并借助金相、硬度试验等方法获得接头力学性能、显微组织及硬度。结果表明:两种焊接方法得到的接头抗拉强度最高达953 MPa,焊接系数均0.9;激光和电子束焊接焊缝为网篮状α'相马氏体组织,热影响区为α相和针状马氏体组织组成。激光熔化沉积快速成形TC4钛合金和传统工艺制造的TC4钛合金在焊接特性方面表现相当。  相似文献

采用原始的焊接方式焊接筛网式推进剂管理装置的收集器合格率低、可靠性差。为此,采用纯钛箔作为过渡层进行了不锈钢筛网与钛合金支压板的电阻缝焊试验以及随后这两者与钛合金骨架的电子束焊试验,然后进行了地面力学环境下的振动试验,以验证焊接方式改进后收集器的可靠性。焊接试验结果表明,纯钛箔过渡层一方面可以大幅降低筛网在电阻缝焊时的焊接热量,有效地减小筛网的热变形;另一方面可以在电阻缝焊后形成牢固、封闭的纯钛/不锈钢筛网焊缝过渡区,有效地增加电子束焊时筛网的变形抗力,从而使得焊接后试样的合格率和性能大幅提高。振动试验结果表明,焊接方式改进后收集器的可靠度置信下限从0.90增加到了0.96。  相似文献

This paper investigates the ionospheric storm of December 19–21, 2015, which was initiated by two successive CME eruptions that caused a G3 space weather event. We used the in situ electron density (Ne) and electron temperature (Te) and the Total Electron Content (TEC) measurements from SWARM-A satellite, as well as the O/N2 observations from TIMED/GUVI to study the ionospheric impact. The observations reveal the longitudinal and hemispherical differences in the ionospheric response to the storm event. A positive ionospheric storm was observed over the American, African and Asian regions on 20 December, and the next day showed a negative storm. Both these exhibited hemispheric differences. A positive storm was observed over the East Pacific region on 21 December. It is seen that the net effect of both the disturbance dynamo electric field and composition differences become important in explaining the observed variability in topside ionospheric densities. In addition, we also discuss the Te variations that occurred as a consequence of the space weather event.  相似文献

Due to the pneumatic heating and combustion effect, the scramjet engine of hypersonic vehicle faces high temperature challenge. It is necessary to comprehensively consider its thermal management and power generation together. A new Power and Thermal Management System (PTMS) combined with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide (SCO2) closed Brayton cycle and fuel vapor turbine is proposed and discussed in this paper. The new PTMS can meet the cooling requirement of hypersonic vehicle at Mach number 6–7, and avoid the coking and scrapping in the scramjet cooling channels. Compared with the PTMS only based on fuel vapor turbine, the new PTMS utilizes the waste heat of scramjet to generate more electricity. In addition, it can reduce the use of fuel sink for cooling, and the additional weight penalty can be compensated for long endurance hypersonic flight.  相似文献

基于贮箱用2219 T852整体过渡环与T87箱筒段的电子束环焊缝,开展了部段级电子束焊接接头常、低温力学性能测试,同时对焊接接头错缝量、断裂类型及金相组织进行了分析。研究结果表明:部段级常、低温2219 T852与T87电子束焊接接头的强度影响系数为0.63,低温状态下焊接接头的力学性能比室温状态下有所提高;错缝量与焊接接头力学性能成反比,其中对延伸率影响最为显著,低温有助于缓解错缝对焊接接头力学性能的弱化影响;电子束焊接接头组织不均匀性和结构形貌上的不连续性,特别是T852侧热影响区晶粒粗大,导致T852侧热影响区和焊缝接头根部为电子束焊缝的薄弱区域,焊接接头极易在该区域发生断裂。  相似文献
