薄壁扁平不锈钢管的涡流检测工艺

针对航天专用不锈钢薄壁扁平管涡流检测过程中存在的工艺难题,通过分析管材扁平成型工艺特点,采用涡流检测线圈的等效填充系数计算方法,结合涡流分布特性制作异型外穿过式涡流检测线圈,根据型面检测灵敏度差异制定合理的检测工艺,有效实现了不锈钢薄壁扁平管的涡流检测。通过破坏性试验及飞行试验,对检测工艺的可靠性进行了验证。该检测工艺已成功应用于各型号不锈钢薄壁扁平管的涡流检测中。
