核动力厂燃料组件转运系统运行的平稳性和系统结构的可靠性对确保燃料组件安全至关重要。为了解运行过程中系统的振动情况,建立了考虑水影响的梁-小车+刚性杆-质量+弹簧+阻尼的耦合系统动力学模型,推导了系统的非线性运动微分方程。在此基础上,采用数值算法计算了小车在不同行走速度下系统的响应。研究结果表明:运行过程中,小车行走速度越小系统振动越弱,相对越平稳;由于静变形,即使小车行走速度很低,吊篮仍会承受一定的横向力作用,需注意吊篮薄弱部位的强度;导轨支撑附近位置为吊篮的相对危险位置,必要时可以在此设置监测点以保证燃料组件安全。   相似文献

High-speed Brushless DC Motors (BLDCMs) usually adopt a sensorless control strategy and operate in three-phase six-state drive mode. However, the sampling errors of the rotor position and the driving method increase the Internal Power Angle (IPA), resulting in a decrease in the efficiency of the system. Conventional IPA reduction strategies are either sensitive to motor parameters, or ignore diode freewheeling during the commutation process, or require additional current sensors. In this paper, a new strategy to reduce the IPA is proposed. Firstly, a Zero-Crossing Point (ZCP) detection method for the back-EMF without filter is proposed to reduce the sampling errors of the rotor position. Secondly, the relationship between the non-energized terminal voltage and the ZCP of the corresponding back-EMF is analyzed. The non-energized terminal voltage that has completed the diode freewheeling is divided into two triangles by half of the bus voltage. When the IPA is suppressed, the areas of the two triangles are equal. Thirdly, an advanced angle for reducing the IPA is obtained through a PI regulator which can eliminate the deviation between the two areas. Finally, both a simulation model and an experimental circuit are built to verify the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

随着传感器网络技术的发展,多传感器融合状态估计凭借其鲁棒性、灵活性、可扩展性以及便于故障检测等优点,长期受到国内外学者的广泛关注,并取得了大量研究成果。数据融合的方法为融合状态估计奠定了理论基础,也是早期研究的主要方向,从20世纪70年代到20世纪末,相继发展出了集中式和分散式滤波架构及相应算法。无线通信技术的成熟以及一致性算法的出现使得分布式状态估计的研究进入了快车道,自2005年以来,大量基于一致性的分布式滤波算法被提出,其中不乏实用的经典方法和优秀的开创性方法。旨在梳理多传感器融合状态估计的发展,探究从数据融合到分布式滤波的内在联系,并对一些经典方法进行了总结。  相似文献

The advancement of autonomous technology makes electric-powered drones an excellent choice for flexible logistics services at the last mile delivery stage. To reach a balance between green transportation and competitive edge, the collaborative routing of drones in the air and trucks on the ground is increasingly invested in the next generation of delivery, where it is particularly reasonable to consider customer time windows and time-dependent travel times as two typical time-related factors in daily services. In this paper, we propose the Vehicle Routing Problem with Drones under Time constraints (VRPD-T) and focus on the time constraints involved in realistic scenarios during the delivery. A mixed-integer linear programming model has been developed to minimize the total delivery completion time. Furthermore, to overcome the limitations of standard solvers in handling large-scale complex issues, a space-time hybrid heuristic-based algorithm has been developed to effectively identify a high-quality solution. The numerical results produced from randomly generated instances demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

In satellite anomaly detection, there are some problems such as unbalanced sample distribution, fewer fault samples, and unobvious anomaly characteristics. These problems cause the extisted anomaly detection methods are difficult to train accurate classification model, and the accuracy of anomaly detection is hard to improve. At the same time, the monitoring data of satellite has high dimension and is difficult to extract effective features. Based on the DTW over-sampling method, this paper realizes the over-sampling of fault samples in satellite time series, and constructs a distributed and balanced time series data set. The Fast-DTW method is applied to calculate the distance between different time series, which can improve the speed of similarity calculation. KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) method is applied for classification and the best classification result is obtained by search the optimal hyper-parameters k. The results show that the proposed method has high anomaly detection accuracy and consumes short calculation time.  相似文献

Load sensing pumps have been widely used in diverse hydraulic systems. Studies show that structural parameters have undeniable impacts on the characteristics and efficiency of the load sensing pump. The main purpose of this article is to study the influence of load sensing pump structure parameters on flow characteristics. In the present study, a nonlinear multi-parameter model is proposed for this type of pump. In this model, different parameters, including spool clearance, spool covering amount, internal leakage are considered to reflect the displacement adjustment process of the load sensing pump. Moreover, a frequency sweep method is proposed to analyze the frequency domain of the nonlinear mathematical model. An experiment rig was built to study the influence of key structural parameters on the dynamic follow-up characteristics of the pump flow. The obtained results show that the diameter of the orifice d can significantly affect the working characteristics of the pump. It is found that a large diameter of the orifice d can improve the phase following ability of the system, while a small diameter of the orifice d can reduce the bypass flow rate and increase the amplitude following ability. This paper provides a new consideration to study the dynamic follow-up characteristics of the load sensing pump.  相似文献

In recent times, multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are being widely utilized in several areas of applications such as agriculture, surveillance, disaster management, search and rescue operations. Degree of robustness of applied control schemes determines how accurate a swarm of UAVs accomplish group tasks. Formation and trajectory tracking controllers are required for the swarm of multiple UAVs. Factors like external environmental effects, parametric uncertainties and wind gusts make the controller design process as a challenging task. This article proposes fractional order formation and trajectory tacking controllers for multiple quad-rotors using Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control (STSMC) technique. To compensate the effects of the disturbances due to parametric uncertainties and wind gusts, Lyapunov function based adaptive controllers are formulated. Moreover, Lyapunov theorem is used to guarantee the stability of the proposed controllers. Three types of controllers, namely fixed gain STSMC and fractional order Adaptive Super Twisting Sliding Mode Control (ASTSMC) methods are tested for the swarm of UAVs by performing the numerical simulations in MATLAB/Simulink environment. From the presented results, it is verified that in presence of wind disturbances and parametric uncertainties, the proposed fractional order ASTSMC technique showed improved robustness as compared to the fixed gain STSMC and integer order ASTSMC.  相似文献
