深入分析电商行业的用户个性化数据并提供推荐服务近年来已成为业界的热点。推荐服务的基础是对用户的潜在兴趣进行挖掘,并对商品的感兴趣程度进行预测。因此,以此为背景,研究用户对商品的评分预测。对电商业的关系型数据在推荐系统中的应用进行了研究,提出了通过使用网络表示学习进行评分预测的方法。首先,将关系型数据构建成异构网络,用户和商品为网络中的节点。然后,设计了兼顾网络结构信息和节点之间相似性的个性化异构网络采样方法,并对节点进行表示学习。最后,将学习到的用户、商品表示向量输入到神经网络中进行训练,利用优化后的神经网络模型进行评分预测。实验结果表明:所提方法在YELP 13、Movielens 100k、Movielens 1m数据集上都有较高的准确率,对比常用方法,准确率提升6.5%以上。 相似文献

多调制指数连续相位调制(Multi-h Continuous Phase Modulation,Multi-h CPM)是一种恒包络调制,具有多个周期出现的调制指数,因此其频谱效率和功率效率比单调制指数CPM更高,但其接收机的复杂度也随之增加。本文在倾斜相位(Tilted Phase,TP)的基础上采用频率脉冲截断(Frequency Pulse Truncation,FPT)和状态空间分割(State Space Partition,SSP)相结合的方法来降低多调制指数连续相位调制的复杂度,使相位状态由512降低到16,理论损耗约为0.8 dB。同时,对降低复杂度的解调算法在现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Arrays, FPGA)上进行了验证。仿真和在线测试的误码率曲线接近理论分析曲线,和常用的128状态解调算法相比,资源消耗降低了约59%。 相似文献

为了提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)伺服系统的可靠性,提出了一种基于多并联支路的双余度PMSM伺服系统。阐述了其基本的冗余设计原理和控制驱动原理。依据电机的具体结构和控制驱动方式,建立了基于多并联支路的双余度PMSM的数学模型及其控制系统模型,包括磁链平衡方程、电压平衡方程、转矩方程、机械运动方程和电流控制系统框图及其稳定性分析。并依据建立的模型,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真其发生故障时的工作状态,得到整个伺服系统的响应数据,从理论上验证了该伺服系统的容错性能。 相似文献

Here we discuss impacts of distance determinations on the Galactic disk traced by relatively young objects. The Galactic disk, \(\sim40~\mbox{kpc}\) in diameter, is a cross-road of studies on the methods of measuring distances, interstellar extinction, evolution of galaxies, and other subjects of interest in astronomy. A proper treatment of interstellar extinction is, for example, crucial for estimating distances to stars in the disk outside the small range of the solar neighborhood. We’ll review the current status of relevant studies and discuss some new approaches to the extinction law. When the extinction law is reasonably constrained, distance indicators found in today and future surveys are telling us stellar distribution and more throughout the Galactic disk. Among several useful distance indicators, the focus of this review is Cepheids and open clusters (especially contact binaries in clusters). These tracers are particularly useful for addressing the metallicity gradient of the Galactic disk, an important feature for which comparison between observations and theoretical models can reveal the evolution of the disk. 相似文献

针对双馈风力发电机高电压穿越问题,利用Laplace变换对电网电压骤升时电磁暂态过渡过程进行分析,得出定子电流不仅含有直流分量,还包含有工频交流成分,并通过仿真频谱验证了理论分析的正确性。不同于常规研究中只在转子电压方程考虑定子磁链的动态变化,而忽略了其对功率外环的影响,分析了定子磁链动态变化对有功、无功解耦的影响,在此基础上对功率外环进行传统矢量控制策略的改进。此外,考虑并网规范对机组无功电流支撑的要求,控制换流器输出与电网电压骤升幅度相匹配的无功电流,帮助故障电网快速恢复。仿真结果表明,该方案不仅能够保证电网电压骤升时双馈机组不脱网运行,而且也满足并网规范对机组无功电流输出的要求,实现高电压穿越。 相似文献

For accurate Finite Element (FE) modeling for the structural dynamics of aeroengine casings, Parametric Modeling-based Model Updating Strategy (PM-MUS) is proposed based on efficient FE parametric modeling and model updating techniques regarding uncorrelated/correlated mode shapes. Casings structure is parametrically modeled by simplifying initial structural FE model and equivalently simulating mechanical characteristics. Uncorrelated modes between FE model and experiment are reasonably handled by adopting an objective function to recognize correct correlated modes pairs. The parametrized FE model is updated to effectively describe structural dynamic characteristics in respect of testing data. The model updating technology is firstly validated by the detailed FE model updating of one fixed–fixed beam structure in light of correlated/uncorrelated mode shapes and measured mode data. The PM-MUS is applied to the FE parametrized model updating of an aeroengine stator system (casings) which is constructed by the proposed parametric modeling approach. As revealed in this study, (A) the updated models by the proposed updating strategy and dynamic test data is accurate, and (B) the uncorrelated modes like close modes can be effectively handled and precisely identify the FE model mode associated the corresponding experimental mode, and (C) parametric modeling can enhance the dynamic modeling updating of complex structure in the accuracy of mode matching. Recently, the development of modern vehicles has brought about aggressive integration and miniaturization of on-board electrical and electronic devices. It will lead to exponential growth in both the overall waste heat and heat flux to be dissipated to maintain the devices within a safe temperature range. However, both the total heat sinks aboard and the cooling capacity of currently utilized thermal control strategy are severely limited, which threatens the lifetime of the on-board equipment and even the entire flight system and shrink the vehicle’s flight time and range. Facing these thermal challenges, the USA proposed the program of “INVENT” to maximize utilities of the available heat sinks and enhance the cooling ability of thermal control strategies. Following the efforts done by the USA researchers, scientists in China fought their ways to develop thermal management technologies for Chinese advanced energy-optimized airplanes and spacecraft. This paper elaborates the available on-board heat sinks and aerospace thermal management systems using both active and passive technologies not confined to the technology in China. Subsequently, active thermal management technologies in China including fuel thermal management system, environment control system, non-fuel liquid cooling strategy are reviewed. At last, space thermal control technologies used in Chinese Space Station and Chang’e-3 and to be used in Chang’e-5 are introduced. Key issues to be solved are also identified, which could facilitate the development of aerospace thermal control techniques across the world. 相似文献
