吸力面附面层抽吸在三维高负荷扩压叶栅中的作用机制 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
对某矩形高负荷扩压叶栅在不同弦向位置开设全叶高抽吸槽的5组方案进行了数值研究,分析了抽吸槽弦向位置等参数对抽吸量分布规律的影响;通过叶栅实验探究了局部展向抽吸方案的效果.数值仿真的计算域包含吸附叶片内部的真空腔,边界条件按照实验条件设置.研究发现:全叶高抽吸方案的抽吸量沿展向大致呈C型分布;叶高中部和端部的主要抽吸效果都体现在叶高中部流场,端部的抽吸量对叶栅角区的回流有一定的抑制效果.抽吸量沿展向的分布规律受叶栅流道和叶片内腔流场的共同作用,因此应根据三维高负荷扩压叶栅流场的具体特性对吸力面抽吸槽/孔进行细化设计. 相似文献

针对叶型转折角为108.1°的涡轮直叶栅,利用低速风洞,实验研究了带围带和无围带情况下叶栅出口截面的流场结构和叶栅气动性能.研究了不同围带上腔间隙、不同来流冲角情况下叶栅出口截面二次流结构、气流角分布及总压损失系数变化情况.结果表明:相对无围带叶栅,围带能够有效控制叶顶间隙泄漏,降低叶栅气动损失;随着围带与上端壁之间高度的增大,泄漏流体增多,导致泄漏流体与主流掺混的气动损失增大.对于所研究的叶栅,围带与端壁间的间隙高度不应大于1%叶展.冲角变化影响叶栅中的三维涡系结构及其强度,对叶片吸力面静压分布影响较为明显.适当的正冲角能够改善流动状况,进而提高大转折角叶栅的气动性能. 相似文献

静压气体轴承气膜力及其与转子耦合动力学特性研究 总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0
针对静压气体轴承,进行三维实体建模,采用供气孔区域非结构化网格和非供气孔区域结构化网格相结合的网格划分方法;采用基于有限体积法的计算流体动力学(CFD)商业软件对三维稳态可压缩气体Navier-Stokes(N-S)方程进行求解;根据计算结果,通过数据拟合获得了考虑转子偏心和转速的静压气体轴承气膜支承力模型.基于有限元法建立了气体轴承-转子系统动力学模型,采用Newmark逐步积分法求解了系统的临界转速和不平衡响应.在此基础上进行实验测试,验证了数值仿真结果.研究结果表明:低速、小偏心下,气膜主支承力随偏心呈近似线性变化;高速、大偏心下,气膜主支承力急剧增大,气体轴承的动压效应显著增强;气膜x,y向耦合支承力随转速和偏心呈非线性变化;转子系统一、二阶临界转速对当前结构刚度变化比较敏感,而三阶临界转速对此不敏感.因此,气体轴承气膜支承力的非线性特性及其与转子耦合动力学特性较为复杂,在对气体轴承进行结构设计时,应充分考虑其与转子的耦合,合理设计工作转速范围. 相似文献

A kind of three-dimensional flow-path of the ram-rotor was designed in this paper according to the design method of the typical supersonic intake of aircraft and missiles,especially the design method of the compression ramp,the throat and the subsonic diffuser.The design Mach number of the flow-path was based on the averaged relative Mach number,regardless of the change of incoming Mach number along radial direction of the flow-path.Then,the flowfield of the designed flow-path was simulated numerically with computational fluid dynamics software at design point.The purpose of simulation was to obtain the details of the flowfield,including the structure of the shock wave system,position of flow separation zone,and so on.The performance of the ram-rotor was also evaluated.The numerical results show the structure of the shock wave system in the flow-path is similar to that in the supersonic intake.To improve the overall performance of the ram-rotor,the reasonable compromise between the total pressure ratio and the isentropic adiabatic efficiency should be reached.The structure optimization of the flow-path and the configuration of the shock wave system have great influence on the performance of the ram-rotor. 相似文献

随着计算机技术和计算方法的迅速发展,三维非定常方法已经被直接用来求解非均匀进口条件下的压气机流场.但是考虑到网格数量和计算周期等因素,计算往往以压气机前作为进口,对进口畸变形式进行简化.然而这种简化与实际压气机进口非均匀特性存在一定出入,降低了数值模拟的准确性.为了尽可能真实地反映进口畸变形式,同时又不增加计算域的网格数,针对插板式畸变发生器制造的非均匀流场结构开展数值研究,分析了插板后不同位置的流场结构和畸变度,并研究了压气机前总压分布随插板深度和来流总压的变化规律,进而给出了压气机前总压分布形式的规律性描述. 相似文献

为进一步研究霍尔推力器壁面二次电子发射对发动机性能的影响,建立流体模型数值模拟了霍尔推力器磁化二次电子等离子体的鞘层特性,采用Sagdeev势的方法得到了鞘层的玻姆判据,以这个判据为鞘层边界条件数值讨论了磁场、二次电子发射以及不同等离子体对推力器等离子体鞘层结构的影响。结果表明,磁场和二次电子发射系数的增加都将使鞘层中粒子密度增加,鞘层电势升高,鞘层厚度减小;对于氩和氙二种等离子体,氙等离子体产生的鞘层势垒高,粒子密度大,鞘层厚度增加。这些结果直接影响推力器的电子传导机制及性能。 相似文献

Cauliflower and sprout broccoli are widely planted vegetables particularly in Fujian Province, China. To study the mutation in these two types of vegetables induced from spaceflight, we flew the seeds on the 20th Chinese recoverable satellite which orbited the Earth for 18 days. After returning to the Earth, the cauliflower seeds were planted for two generations and the sprout broccoli seeds for one generation at the Xiamen Agriculture Research Institute. Of the 12 cauliflowers planted for the first generation, two showed significant phenotypical changes in both the size of the plant and the weight of the flower head. In addition, most of the space flown plants were found to be resistant to the black rot attack in the field. Cauliflowers planted for the second generation from the seeds in one of the two plants that displayed phenotypical changes in the first generation showed similar mutations. For the first generation of sprout broccoli, the rate of emergence from the flown seeds was lower than that of the control by 30%. No significant changes in the phenotype between the sprout broccolis planted from the flown seeds and the control were observed except one of the mutated sprout broccolis showed a change in the appearance in the lesser bud of the chief flower head. Results of the study demonstrated that DNA damages in some of the genes may have occurred in the seeds flown in space, and some of the changes in the genes may have inherited from the first to the second generation. The improved resistance to the black rot attack and increased size of the flower head are apparently beneficial. 相似文献
