错位与缺失

性权利是人类自然权利和社会权利的集合体,大学生拥有性权利是无可辩驳的事实。分析部分大学生漠视性隐私权、性教育权,只关注性自由权、性快乐权和自主选择权的原因,会发现其性价值观的错位和义务观的缺失是主要根源,加之媒体的不当报道也起到了推波助澜的作用。这样的现实要求我们必须加强大学生性权利的伦理教育以及性权利与性义务的对等教育。     

炉渣滤床技术处理亚麻生产废水

为了确定处理包头亚麻厂亚麻生产废水的设计方案，设计之前在现场进行了生产试验。在包头亚麻厂污水处理站，模拟炉渣滤床制造了3米高的炉渣滤层，滤渣从工厂锅炉房取用，将实际排放的亚麻煮漂车间、细纱车间、粗纱车间的生产废水混合后，通过炉渣滤层过滤处理，处理后出水由厂化验室和包头环保局化验。试验结果表明，处理后的排水各项指标完全达到国家排放标准。该工艺处理费用低，运行效果稳定，管理简便，具有明显的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。     

Digital Aircraft Sheet Metal Part Manufacturing System and Its Key Technology

The architecture of digital sheet metal manufacturing system is proposed based on the classification of sheet metal manufacturing information.The essence of digital manufacturing is the definition,management and transfer of information,and the key technologies are brought forward and described.It is pointed out that knowledge-based manufacturing elements design is necessary to make digital technology efficient.The management of all kinds of sheet metal manufacturing element information is to build single source of manufacturing data.Multi-state model-based digital transfer and coordination method is designed to provide a foundation for digital manufacturing of aircraft sheet metal part.The application of digital sheet metal manufacturing is exemplified with an aircraft sheet metal part.The application result is compared to that of the traditional analog transfer technology.It is shown that the developed technology can improve part quality,shorten manufacturing time and lower manufacturing cost.     

工业远程监控系统实施新方案

近期远程监控系统在工业中逐步推广,针对工业系统的特点和工业网络的实际情况,在原有工业系统的基础上,增加现场设备区域的图像监控和数据传输功能,提出了一种工业远程监控系统实施方案。本文论述了该系统的结构、原理及实现方法,经具体实施证明,本文提出的方案已基本能够满足一个通用的基于公用网络的远程视频监控系统的要求,体现了较重要的理论价值和很强的工程实用价值。     

光纤应变传感器在大型可展开天线中的应用研究

随着外界应力的变化,光纤应变传感器中干涉光发生相应移动。利用此特性,通过对干涉光光程移动量(Δs)的解调,就可以测出应变的大小。实验结果与理论分析证明,该测试系统具有结构简单、测量范围大、稳定性好、灵敏度和信噪比高等特点,其测试精度达0.1με。可满足大型可展开天线在轨应变实时监测的要求,为大型可展开天线的应变监测提供了新方法。     

Implementation of a novel matrix converter PMSM drive

This paper proposes a neural-network current-regulated switching strategy and an intelligent controller for a matrix converter permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system. By using this new switching strategy, the current harmonics of the system are effectively reduced. In addition, by using the intelligent controller, position control of the drive system can be achieved and an adjustable speed range from 1 r/min to 1500 r/min can be obtained. All the current-loop, speed-loop, and position-loop control algorithms are implemented by a 32-bit TMS320C40 digital signal processor. Several experimental results are shown to validate the theoretical analysis     

Power anomaly effects and costs in low-voltage mobile power systems

Electric power anomalies or disturbances can disrupt the normal operation of equipment, accelerate aging, or even cause outright failures thus resulting in increased costs of maintenance and reduced system reliability. Past research on the effects caused by power anomalies has been mostly focused on industrial, commercial, or residential systems, or on power distribution equipment. A literature survey reveals that there is no comprehensive review related to low-voltage (LV) power systems and utilization equipment applicable to military combat vehicles, such as aircraft and ships. This paper summarizes the results of a new literature survey that focused on the causes, effects, and mitigation methods for power anomalies typical of LV mobile power systems. Electric power anomaly cost data collected from the literature are also presented, from which the costs of anomalies to the national defense are estimated using some simple rationales.     

航天任务飞行控制分析系统的设计和应用

介绍了一个基于windows环境下的多任务航天任务飞行控制分析系统的设计以及实际应用,该系统为任务分析人员、指挥决策人员在任务准备、实施中快速灵活地进行各种复杂条件下的航天任务分析提供了可视化的操作平台以及全面的图表和文字报告。系统采用数据库技术,为用户提供了各种航天器参数和测站参数等信息。文中介绍了该系统的软件结构、数学模型和功能设计,并给出了具体的仿真应用。     

高温超导X波段带通滤波器研制

本文选用 10× 15× 0 .4 4 m m3双抛 L a Al O3衬底上外延生长的优质双面钇系高温超导 (HTSC)薄膜的Yba2 Cu3O7(YBCO) ,设计并制作了结构紧凑的高温超导发夹线微波窄带滤波器。该滤波器工作温度在 90 K以下 ,77K时指标为 :中心频率 9.4 8GHz,3d B相对带宽 1.1% ,带内最小插损 0 .36 d B,带外抑制大于 4 5 d B。另外 ,本文还介绍了高温超导滤波器的精确设计方法 ,并对高温超导滤波器的功率容载、制作等问题进行了讨论 ,同时还研制了具有实用意义的全密封高温超导滤波器外壳 ,仅需液氮制冷即可进入工作状态 ,输入、输出采用 SMA密封接头。
