利用GPU加速的三维N-S方程求解器研究

将三维可压缩Navier-Stokes方程求解器LMNS3D移植至GPU平台,研究了显式和隐式两种时间推进方法下利用GPU加速的策略与效果。其中显式方法采用五步Runge-Kutta法;隐式方法中由于LU-SGS算法数据依赖性强,不适于并行计算,因而采用了DP-LUR方法。测试表明,程序在双精度下可取得与原CPU代码一致的运算结果,并可获得约20x(RK)与15x(DP-LUR)的加速效果。     

Characteristics of Disorder and Defect in Hydrogenated Amorphous Silicon Nitride Thin Films Containing Silicon Nanograins

The hydrogenated amorphous silicon nitride (SiNx) thin films embedded with nano-structural silicon were prepared and the micro-structures at the interface of silicon nano-grains/SiNx were identified by the optical absorption and Raman scattering measurements. Characterized by the exponential tail of optical absorption and the band-width of the Raman scattering TO mode, the disorder in the interface region increases with the gas flow ratio increasing. Besides, as reflected by the sub-gap absorption coefficients, the density of interface defect states decreases, which can be attributed to the structural mismatch in the interface region and also the changes of hy-drogen content in the deposited films. Additional annealing treatment results in a significant increase of defects and degree of disorder, for which the hydrogen out-diffusion in the annealing process would be responsible.     

Porous Alumina Ceramics Fabricated by Spark Plasma Sintering

Porous alumina of regular spherical particles was fabricated with the spark plasma sintering (SPS) and then compared to those ob-tained through conventional hot pressing (HP). The effects of the parameters of the heating process on porosity were also investigated. Microstructural studies suggest that porous ingots including regular pores be made out of regular spherical alumina particles due to the close sphere packages. A comparative study on the relative necks of the specimens produced by SPS and HP indicates an enhancement of neck growth with SPS. Contrasting the theoretical values to the experimental results over the relative necks indicates that a proper relationship between the relative necks and the porosity can be established by a sintering model.

给出了SnO2/10?O2(0.4mm×0.6mm×0.4mm)元件的温耗特性曲线,研究了老化的温度和时间,研究了气敏电流Ig与气体浓度C的关系,并给出了一个普遍适用的规律.     

毕托管法烟气流速连续监测系统研究

设计了一个试验装置来模拟固定污染源烟道;在此基础上,对S型毕托管监测烟气流速进行了试验。结果表明,S型毕托管进行正确的标定后,完全可以满足烟气流速连续在线监测。

计算机辅助实现航空器基线转弯程序设计的方法

随着航空事业的迅速发展,空中交通日趋繁忙,科学合理地利用空中资源是发展航空事业的基础.飞行程序设计是航行工程的重要组成部分.目前,国内大部分飞行程序设计主要还是手工设计,设计周期长,设计信息管理不规范.本文介绍了计算机辅助航空器基线转弯程序设计的方法、主要数据结构和实现算法.文章所描述的系统采用了数据库技术、地理信息系统技术和空间几何算法,实现了对航空器基线转弯程序设计过程和设计结果评价的可视化.解决了航空器基线转弯程序设计多年来的手工操作问题.     

基于变结构控制方法的自主飞艇定点控制

自主飞艇高空定点期间存在模型参数摄动及平流层风扰动变化等诸多不确定性因素。针对这种特点,采取变结构模型参考自适应控制方法设计了飞艇的定点控制器。非线性仿真结果表明,设计的控制器能够适应对象结构参数及外部扰动的大范围变化,满足定点控制精度要求,具有良好的鲁棒性和动态性能。     

流化床干燥过程数学模拟的研究

本文通过对流化床干燥过程的机理分析，将干燥过程分为预热阶段、恒速干燥阶段、降速干燥阶段，提出模型的简化条件，建立3个阶段的数学模型，用解析或数值方法求解，并应用于聚氯乙烯的干燥，模拟出干燥特性曲线，其结果表明该模型与实际基本相符。     

改进的万有引力公式

根据广义相对论给出的行星运动方程，导出如下改进的万有引力公式F＝－GMm/r^2-3G^2M^2mp/c^2r^4应用该公式可给出光线近日偏折问题的准确解。
