用光探测器测量激光陀螺反射镜的前后向散射——研究表面粗糙及波度对散射的影响

研究了激光陀螺反射镜基片表面粗糙度和波度前、后向散射的测量计算及其对散射的影响。研究结果表明:在同样的精度下,表面粗糙度比波度对散射的影响更大.因此.提高表面粗糙度的精度是降低激光陀螺反射镜或其它超高反射率镜面散射损耗的主要途径。

台湾海军陆战队66旅北调林口负责台北卫戌任务后。8月17日清晨首度在林口宝斗厝沿海实施“联兴”94-1号海空联合两栖登陆操演。“联兴”操演过去一向选在屏东加禄堂海边举行，这次是在海陆66旅移防后首次移至北部海岸实施，藉以测验北部台湾若遭到攻击时，南部的海军陆战队能否北上驰援。另外就守备军的角色而言，登陆部队则模拟攻方。验证守备军的反登陆能力。     

AMS-02航天探测器热控制系统静力分析与实验研究

基于阿尔法磁谱仪(AMS-02)发射、着陆和在轨运行三种工况,用有限元方法对AMS-02热控制系统进行了静力学分析.考虑了发射和着陆极限工况下运载工具与AMS-02的载荷耦合,AMS-02热控制系统的设计载荷系数用沿AMS-02坐标系三个坐标轴方向的重力加速度和角加速度等效表示.计算得到了AMS-02热控制系统各组件的位移和应力.数值分析结果与实际测试结果进行了比对,吻合较好,验证了该静力分析方法的有效性,为最终优化设计提供了依据.

Enhanced variable dimension filter for maneuvering target tracking

An enhancement of the variable dimension (VD) filter for maneuvering-target tracking is presented. The use of measurement concatenation, a procedure whereby fast sampled measurements are stacked while maintaining their proper relationships with the states, leads to significant reduction in estimation error by low processing rate algorithms. The use of double decision logic (DDL) for the maneuver onset and ending detection as well as appropriate procedures for reinitialization of the estimation filters results in improved maneuver detection and filter adaptation. Simulation results show the performance of the proposed enhanced variable dimension (EVD) filter     

“宙斯盾”战斗机器人——驻伊拉克韩军营区的高效率“门神”

韩国派驻军队到伊拉克参与美国规划的维安任务，由于在伊拉克各种爆炸袭击事件频传，不仅街头执勤的联军常遭武装团体放冷枪，就连营区也不安全，最惨的袭击事件是摩苏尔的美军军营在2004年12月惨遭袭击，造成美军在当地最严重死伤。有鉴于此，韩国国防部在2004年底宣布，当地韩军营区将部署“宙斯盾”机器人（AEGIS ROBOT），以保护韩国驻军安全。     

High LET-induced H2AX phosphorylation around the Bragg curve.

We investigated the spatial distribution of the induction of the phosphorylated form of the histone protein H2AX (gamma-H2AX), known to be activated by DSBs. Following irradiation of human fibroblast cells with 600 MeV/nucleon silicon and 600 MeV/nucleon iron ions we observed the formation of gamma-H2AX aggregates in the shape of streaks stretching over several micrometers in an x/y plane. Polyethylene shielding was used to achieve a Bragg curve distribution with beam geometry parallel to the monolayer of cells. We present data that highlights the formation of immunofluorescent gamma-H2AX tracks showing the ion trajectories across the Bragg peak of irradiated human fibroblast cells. Qualitative analyses of these distributions indicated potentially increased clustering of DNA damage before the Bragg peak, enhanced gamma-H2AX distribution at the peak, and provided visual evidence of high-linear energy transfer particle traversal of cells beyond the Bragg peak in agreement with one-dimensional transport approximations. Spatial assessment of gamma-H2AX fluorescence may provide direct insights into DNA damage across the Bragg curve for high charge and energy ions including the biological consequences of shielding and possible contributors to bystander effects.     

常规推进剂贮存远程测控系统设计

某推进剂库房为常规液体火箭发动机地面试验提供燃料和氧化剂,燃料和氧化剂均为有毒有害物质,燃料具有易燃易爆特性.为了提高推进剂贮存安全性和工艺系统操作过程安全性,便于集中控制和管理,提出了推进剂贮存库房远程测控系统设计方案.该系统符合RMS设计要求,已成功应用于推进剂库房,提高了系统安全性和自动化程度.     

Magnetospheric electric field variations caused by storm-time shock fronts

On January 20, 2005 there was an X 7.1 solar flare at 0636 UT with an accompanied halo coronal mass ejection (CME). The resultant interplanetary shock impacted earth ∼36 h later. Near earth, the Advanced Composition Explorer (ACE) spacecraft observed two impulses with a staircase structure in density and pressure. The estimated earth-arrival times of these impulses were 1713 UT and 1845 UT on January 21, 2005. Three MINIature Spectrometer (MINIS) balloons were aloft on January 21st; one in the northern polar stratosphere and two in the southern polar stratosphere. MeV relativistic electron precipitation (REP) observed by all three balloons is coincident (<3 min) with the impulse arrivals and magnetospheric compression observed by both GOES 10 and 12. Balloon electric field data from the southern hemisphere show no signs of the impulse electric field directly reaching the ionosphere. Enhancement of the balloon-observed convection electric field by as much as 40 mV/m in less than 20 min during this time period is consistent with typical substorm growth. Precipitation-induced ionospheric conductivity enhancements are suggested to be (a) the result of both shock arrival and substorm activity and (b) the cause of rapid (<6 min) decreases in the observed electric field (by as much as 40 mV/m). There is poor agreement between peak cross polar cap potential in the northern hemisphere calculated from Super Dual Auroral Radar Network (SuperDARN) echoes and horizontal electric field at the MINIS balloon locations in the southern hemisphere. Possible reasons for this poor agreement include (a) a true lack of north–south conjugacy between measurement sites, (b) an invalid comparison between global (SuperDARN radar) and local (MINIS balloon) measurements and/or (c) radar absorption resulting from precipitation-induced D-region ionosphere density enhancements.
