为了提高机身大部件在装配过程中钻孔铆接的效率,并满足高精度制孔要求,设计了由五轴机床和末端执行器组成的自动化协同钻铆控制方案。机床本体及高精度转台采用华中数控系统控制,末端执行器采用倍福PLC程序控制。在明确钻铆需求后设计了基于工业网络的硬件组态和基于多软件平台的软件组态,并利用Microsoft Visual Studio开发平台编写了上位机集成控制软件。控制系统分别采用Ethernet和Ether CAT工业以太网实现上位机控制系统和华中数控系统、倍福PLC控制程序的通信连接。在集成控制软件中通过套接字进行以太网通信接口开发,并在复合加工机床上进行试验验证。该控制系统具有稳定性好、集成度高、响应快、效率高的特点,能够满足钻铆需求。 相似文献

格子Boltzmann方法(Lattice Boltzmann Method,LBM)是计算流体力学中的一种常用方法.由于LBM中的格点仅与相邻的格点间存在数据传递,因此具有良好的并行性.LBM并行算法中的数值通信部分通常采用的是格点上的微观量——分布函数.每次传递的分布函数具有多个不同的速度方向,为了进一步减少LBM并行算法的通信开销,从格子 Boltzmann方法的物理特性以及相应的串行程序为切入点,深层次地挖掘可并行的因子,设计了专门用于通信面的类,使用数量较少的宏观量进行通信,降低了通信所占的比重,缩短了通信时间,提高了加速比和效率.实验表明,在4 096个计算核上依然有良好的加速比和效率. 相似文献

In order to implement 3D scanning of those complicated parts such as blades in the aviation field,a non-contact optical measuring system is established in the paper,which integrates a laser displacement sensor,a probe head,the frame of a coordinate measuring machine (CMM),etc.As the output of the laser sensor directly obtained possesses the 1D length of the laser beam,it needs to determine the unit direction vector of the laser beam denoted as (l,m,n) by calibration so as to convert the 1D values into 3D coordinates of target points.Therefore,an extrinsic calibration method based on a standard sphere is proposed to accomplish this task in the paper.During the calibration procedure,the laser sensor moves along with the motion of the CMM and gathers the required data on the spherical surface.Then,both the output of the laser sensor and the grating readings of the CMM are substituted into the constraint equation of the spherical surface,in which an over-determined nonlinear equation group containing unknown parameters is established.For the purpose of solving the equation group,a method based on non-linear least squares optimization is put forward.Finally,the system after calibration is utilized to measure the diameter of a metallic sphere 10 times from different orientations to verify the calibration accuracy.In the experiment,the errors between the measured results and the true values are all smaller than 0.03 mm,which manifests the validity and practicality of the extrinsic calibration method presented in the paper. 相似文献

白天激光漫反射测距因存在强背景噪声,导致微弱回波信号的检测十分困难,严重限制了激光漫反射测距的广泛应用。因此,提出了采用单开门多触发方法解决白天激光漫反射测距的微弱信号检测难题。首先,介绍了一种GM-APD (Geiger-ModeAvalanchePhotoDiode,盖革模式雪崩光电二极管)多触发概率分布函数的快速求解方法。接着,取激光漫反射测距系统典型参数,理论分析了多触发情况下的回波信号检测概率,分析结果表明单开门多触发方法可提高激光漫反射测距在白天情况下的回波信号检测概率。同时,通过对触发次数限制的优选,可以增加有效检测比,减少白天观测条件下回波信号的提取代价。最终,通过系统仿真验证了理论分析结果的正确性。因此,单开门多触发方法是解决白天激光漫反射测距微弱信号检测的可行途径之一。 相似文献

The laser weapons will play a special role in the future high-tech war. To study the impact of airborne laser weapon on the System-of-System (SoS) effectiveness in cooperative combat, this paper proposes an indicator construction method based on the combination of the weapon capability indicator system and the combat simulation. The indicator system of capability is divided into 4 layers by the bottom-to-up generation mechanism of indicators. It can describe the logical relationship between the indicator layers from a qualitative perspective. Together with the 4 layers capability indicator system, a hierarchical framework of airborne laser weapon is established by the agent-based modeling and simulation. Impact analyses show that the SoS effectiveness improves with the increase of the laser weapon output power, the laser launcher diameter, and the photoelectric sensor pixel. But the SoS effectiveness promotion brought by the photoelectric sensor pixel is limited. The results can be used for the development of tactical airborne laser weapon. 相似文献

An airborne vehicle such as a rotorcraft must avoid obstacles like antennas, towers, poles, fences, tree branches, and wires strung across the flight path. Automatic detection of the obstacles and generation of appropriate guidance and control actions for the vehicle to avoid these obstacles would facilitate autonomous navigation. The requirements of an obstacle detection system for rotorcraft in low-altitude Nap-of-the-Earth (NOE) flight based on various rotorcraft motion constraints is analyzed here in detail. It is argued that an automated obstacle detection system for the rotorcraft scenario should include both passive and active sensors to be effective. Consequently, it introduces a maximally passive system which involves the use of passive sensors (TV, FLIR) as well as the selective use of an active (laser) sensor. The passive component is concerned with estimating range using optical flow-based motion analysis and binocular stereo. The optical flow-based motion analysis that is combined with on-board inertial navigation system (INS) to compute ranges to visible scene points is described. Industrial robots are widely used in aircraft assembly systems such as robotic drilling systems. It is necessary to expand a robot's working range with a moving rail. A method for improving the position accuracy of an automated assembly system with an industrial robot mounted on a moving rail is proposed. A multi-station method is used to control the robot in this study. The robot only works at stations which are certain positions defined on the moving rail. The calibration of the robot system is composed by the calibration of the robot and the calibration of the stations.The calibration of the robot is based on error similarity and inverse distance weighted interpolation.The calibration of the stations is based on a magnetic strip and a magnetic sensor. Validation tests were performed in this study, which showed that the accuracy of the robot system gained significant improvement using the proposed method. The absolute position errors were reduced by about 85%to less than 0.3 mm compared with the maximum nearly 2 mm before calibration. 相似文献

采煤机是井下综采工作面的重要设备,采煤机精确定位技术是煤矿生产装备自动化的关键技术之一。为了实现高精度定位满足井下综采自动化作业需求,提出了基于惯性导航/无线传感器网络组合的采煤机定位方法。采用锚节点安置于液压支架上,移动节点与惯导固定安装于采煤机上的配置方案,利用位置已知的锚节点测距信息估计和修正惯导误差,同时实施对安置于推进过程中的液压支架上锚节点(未知节点)位置信息的实时校准,从而达到采煤机高精度定位、无线传感器网络节点动态自动调节的目的。通过试验对所提方法的有效性进行了验证,结果表明,所釆用方法对釆煤机轨迹具有良好跟踪性能,水平定位误差不超过1.57 cm/h。 相似文献
