 针对工程应用中存在阵列模型误差的任意形状天线阵列的宽带波达方向(DOA)估计问题,提出一种基于信号分离的相关域宽带松弛(RELAX)算法。此算法利用具有记忆与遗忘特征的矩阵算子的投影机理对入射信号进行有效的分离,因此对一定范围内的阵列模型误差较之基于子空间理论的传统宽带测向算法具有较好的鲁棒性与良好的工程应用前景。分析并证明了此算法的信号分离机理及此算法对阵列模型误差稳健的原理。理论分析与仿真结果均表明存在阵列模型误差时此算法宽带DOA估计的有效性和稳健性。  相似文献

宽带数字阵列雷达接收通道中存在随频率变化的幅相误差和互耦误差,会严重影响雷达性能。针对这一问题,提出了一种宽带数字阵列幅相与互耦误差联合校正算法。首先选取通带内多个离散频点,对于每个频点,将幅相误差和互耦误差作为一个整体,采用基于子空间原理的窄带校正算法估计其阵列失真参数,并计算校正矩阵;然后将其组合起来,构成频域离散校正矩阵;最后基于最小二乘准则,设计了宽带有限长脉冲响应(FIR)校正滤波器矩阵。利用该矩阵,可实现通带范围内任意带宽入射信号的校正。计算机仿真实验验证了该算法的有效性。对实测数据的处理结果表明该算法在宽带数字阵列雷达系统中具有实用价值。  相似文献

对于宽带信号接收波束形成,为了降低阵列中各传感器接收通道时延和相位不一致性对性能的影响,提出了一种稳健的宽带信号接收波束形成方法。首先根据接收波束指向对阵列中各传感器信号的空间时延差进行补偿,然后利用短时傅立叶变换对阵列中各传感器信号进行子频带划分,并对各子频带所有传感器信号的时延和相位进行调整并相干合成,最后将相干合成后的子频带信号综合为宽带时域波束。针对宽带线性调频信号的计算机仿真实验表明,相比于传统的波束形成方法,所提方法能够显著提高宽带信号的合成效率。  相似文献

This presents a unique wideband array concept that includes a wideband array aperture incorporating radiating elements of different sizes and inter-element spacings. The array is a fully-filled aperture consisting of a core region surrounded by several layers of radiating elements which increase in size. By proper selection of the core region and the number of layers, one can form a beam with specified beamwidth over a five to one frequency range. The proposed concept considerably reduces the cost and complexity by decreasing the effective number of radiating elements and the corresponding receive or transmit modules. Numerical simulation results, ignoring the mutual coupling effects, are presented for array patterns at several frequencies to prove the concept. A possible beamforming concept is also included. Additional work is planned to prove the viability of the concept by taking the mutual coupling into account.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of finding the directions of narrowband signals using a time-varying array whose elements move during the observation interval in an arbitrary but known way. We derive two eigenstructure-based algorithms for this problem, which are modifications of techniques developed originally for time-invariant arrays. The first uses array interpolation, and the second uses focusing matrices. Like other eigenstructure-based methods, these algorithms require a modest amount of computations in comparison with the maximum likelihood (ML) estimator. The performance of the algorithms is evaluated by Monte-Carlo simulations, and is compared with the Cramer Rao Bound (CRB). Although both techniques were successful for wideband array processing with time-invariant arrays, we found that only the interpolated array algorithm is useful for direction finding (DF) with time-varying arrays  相似文献

A modification to the adaptive array under the directional constraint [1] is proposed to improve its performance of rejecting wideband interference. By analogy to the pattern synthesis of an antenna array which produces a flat null in its radiation pattern, an additional quantity that corresponds to the derivative of the pattern is generated and combined with the standard feedback quantity to control the weights of the array. This composite system is tested by computer simulation experiments and the following points are demonstrated in contrast to the conventional, simple system: 1) faster adaptation against wideband interference, 2) remarkable improvement of the signal-to-noise ratio of the output, i. e., very small fluctuation.  相似文献

Classical adaptive array schemes which use only complex spatial weights are inherently narrowband and consequently perform poorly when attempting to suppress wideband interference. The common solution to this problem is the use of tapped delay line filters in each spatial channel to facilitate space-time adaptive processing (STAP). The higher performance provided by the STAP architecture comes at the cost of a considerable increase in complexity. This paper presents a simpler technique based on programmable time adjustable sampling (TAS) that provides a limited number of wideband degrees of freedom. Two TAS methods are introduced: TAS-sidelobe canceler (TAS-SLC) is based on the sidelobe canceler, while TAS-minimum variance beamformer (TAS-MVB) is derived from the minimum variance beamformer. TAS is implemented by adjusting the sampling instant at selected array channels. TAS-SLC consists of controlling the sampling in the main channel of the sidelobe canceler With TAS-MVB array complex weights are substituted with TAS time delays. The performance of TAS methods with wideband interference is compared to the conventional sidelobe canceler and minimum variance beamformers. It is shown that TAS-SLC provides better performance than the sidelobe canceler, while TAS-MVB outperforms the minimum variance beamformer  相似文献

为了简化雷达系统硬件设计和降低成本,可以使用多个窄带成分来合成宽带信号,从而获得满足实际需要的合成距离像。针对合成宽带信号和雷达阵列的特点,详细分析了结合合成宽带信号及传统空域滤波器组情况下所合成距离像的失真原因,指出合成距离像的失真由形状变形和位置平移两部分组成,且这两种失真分别由各个空域滤波器输出幅度和相位的波动所引起。同时,推导出计算对应相位和幅度失真度的理论公式,并由此给出了当合成距离像存在可接受失真时阵列的临界条件。计算机数值仿真结果验证了以上结论。  相似文献

阵列信号处理中的空间谱估计可以对信号源进行辨别和定位,于是通过采集在结构上布置的阵列传感器Lamb波信号用来检测损伤发生的位置。通常,大多数空间谱估计方法均以窄带信号为假定,在很多基于Lamb波的结构损伤检测中,为了减小频散特性的影响,大多数研究以Lamb波为窄带信号进行分析,但无限窄的激励信号是物理不可实现的。因此,其在多数情况下Lamb波信号并不符合窄带信号假定,更应被认为是一种宽带信号来进行处理。进而利用空间谱估计中宽带信号非相干子空间处理方法(Incoherent Signal Subspace Method,ISM)中阵列接收的宽带Lamb波信号进行处理,检测出结构发生单一损伤时的损伤位置。随后,当结构损伤与边界反射波有叠加时会引起损伤信号相干,采用宽带信号相干子空间方法(Coherent Signal Subspace Method,CSM)对损伤位置进行检测,得到了较好的结果。  相似文献

The case of linear, uniformly weighted phased arrays is examined via time and frequency domain analyses. Bounds that must be placed on array length, modulation frequency, modulation index ?, and scan angle relationships if excessive distortion is to be avoided in wideband angle-modulated communication systems are established. Distortion is shown to consist of odd harmonic terms. It is also shown that, for one class of equivalent RF signals, phased arrays produce approximately three times as much distortion in frequency-modulation (FM) systems as in phase-modulation (PM) systems. Graphs of distortion plotted as functions of signal and array parameters show that, for practical array sizes, distortion is a monotonically increasing function of the product of L and sin ? where L is the length of the array expressed in modulation wavelengths ?m and ? is the scan angle. In PM systems, distortion also increases monotonically with the modulation index ?. Plots of distortion versus L sin ? show that even relatively small arrays can produce intolerable distortion levels in wideband systems; e.g., an FM system having ? = 3,L = 0.35?m, and ? = 60 degrees exhibits approximately 20 percent distortion.  相似文献

利用宽带阵列接收信号的空域稀疏性,将宽带信号的波达方向(DOA)估计转化为一个稀疏信号重构的问题,提出了一种新的宽带信号DOA估计算法。该算法将宽带信号分解为多个子带信号,联合利用多个子带信号的空域稀疏性进行重构。它是对用于稀疏重构的标准的稀疏贝叶斯学习算法的推广,可适用于多冗余字典的信号模型。另外,通过对多快拍的阵列接收信号进行奇异值分解(SVD),提取信号子空间作为算法的输入数据,可以在有效减少运算复杂度的同时,提高对噪声的稳健性。与传统的宽带阵列DOA估计方法相比,该算法能够用于低信噪比、快拍有限和信源相关性较高的场合,同时算法的性能对信源个数的估计值不太敏感。仿真实验表明,该算法相对现有的基于子空间类的方法,具有更好的DOA估计性能。  相似文献

The dispersion effects that are produced when wideband linear frequency modulation (FM) signals are transmitted through a circular phased array are considered for both one-way and two-way transmissions through the array. The distortions resulting at the output of a matched fi'lter which is matched to the undistorted linear FM signal are studied. A technique for target location estimation in through-the-wall radar imaging applications is presented. The algorithm corrects for the shifts in target positions due to ambiguities in the wall thickness and dielectric constant. We consider uniform walls and perform imaging using wideband beamforming, with the antennas placed against the wall. Behind-the-wall images are obtained using different structures of transmit and receive arrays. For each array structure, a trajectory of the shifts in the target locations is generated assuming different wall parameters. The target position is estimated as the intersection of the corresponding trajectories. The paper shows that for unknown wall thickness or dielectric constant, the point of intersection is the true target position. In the case when both parameters are unknown, the estimated target location is in close proximity to the target true position. It is demonstrated that the performance of the proposed technique is rather insensitive to the target location behind the wall and to various array structures.  相似文献

To fully utilize the theoretical processing gain achievable when an adaptive array and frequency hopping are combined, frequency compensation is required. Improved versions of an anticipative adaptive array are examined that provide efficient compensation by adapting the complex weights at each antenna element to the appropriate values for a carrier frequency before that frequency is received. The underlying adaptive algorithm used is the maximum algorithm. Computer simulation results are used to compare the different versions of anticipative processing. These results show that an appropriate version ensures the rapid convergence of weights to values that provide wideband nulling of the interference and noise  相似文献

为了消除散布效应对宽带信号的不利影响,可以利用多个窄带信号合成宽带信号;同时,通过在子带内处理相干脉冲串,可进行杂波抑制、目标速度估计和区分不同速度的目标。然而,在子带内分别使用常规多普勒滤波器组,会引进多普勒散布效应所造成的输出失配误差,从而造成合成距离像的失真。分析了多普勒散布效应与子带常规多普勒滤波器组输出失配之间的关系,推导了运动目标通过滤波器组后所成高分辨距离像的距离走动公式,给出了适合子带常规多普勒滤波器组的目标速度临界值。仿真实验验证了以上结论。  相似文献

Airborne radar has evolved from early systems where almost all radar characteristics were fixed to today's highly flexible, software-driven systems. The most recent advance has been the widespread adoption of active electronically scanned array (AESA) antennas, which has given the system designer unprecendented control of antenna characteristics. However, in common with most conventional radars, even these systems only operate within a limited frequency band. This argues that the next major advance will be the advent of wideband and multi-band systems, thus addressing the major remaining constraint facing the system designer and offering the capability for a step change in the functionality and performance of future systems.  相似文献
