本文说明了利用 MCS-51系列单片机控制的 SPWM 型恒压恒频单相逆变器的设计思想,线路及其实现方法。为了改善在电感性负载下的输出波形,采用了方波及 SPWM 波混合控制的桥式功放电路。并采用了独特的调压方法,使输出波形及转换效率在不同负载下保持不变。该逆变器还具有电瓶亏电指示、过载保护、软起动等多种功能。最后给出实验结果。 相似文献

研究了静止变流器电路的系统设计问题,对航空静止变流器的SPWM直接升压设计方案和间接升压设计方案进行了比较研究,研究的重点是电路的变换效率。根据电路特性,进行了理论分析,指出了两者的基本区别在于阻抗匹配和波形变换。通过实验研究和理论分析发现,SPWM直接升压电路系统虽然系统设计简单,但是变换效率较低;间接升压系统电路的设计比较复杂,变换效率较高,而且中间高压直流环节不能省略。 相似文献

重载航空负载模拟器是用来模拟"C919"、"运-20"等重载飞机舵面工作载荷的地面仿真平台。设计了一种重载航空负载模拟器,采用非对称缸作为执行机构以在小体积下完成大载荷加载。为了消除多余力对重载航空负载模拟器加载精度的影响,分析了非对称缸正反向运动和大载荷变化下伺服阀流量增益的非线性变化对前馈补偿函数的影响,并设计了非线性参数估计控制器。同时分析了加速度等动态参数变化和静态参数的误差对多余力消除的影响,设计了参数最优控制器。仿真和试验结果均表明,相比于传统前馈补偿控制器,所设计的非线性最优前馈补偿控制器下的加载精度和多余力抑制能力提高了50%以上。 相似文献

航空有源滤波器(AAPF)是解决飞机供电系统中电能质量问题的一种先进方案,而模块化设计对航空有源滤波器灵活性、可维护性和可靠性的提升作用巨大。首先提出并研究了一种新型模块化航空有源滤波器,分析了主电路数学模型及其混合载波PWM(CH-PWM)调制方式;其次基于损耗对比分析进行了主电路拓扑优化,推导了模块均压控制律并给出了系统控制策略;最后进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明,模块化航空有源滤波器能够有效补偿航空电网中由典型非线性负载产生的谐波和无功电流分量,三相电网电流的总谐波畸变率(THD)均在5%以下,补偿效果显著。 相似文献

基于通用化、系列化和模块化的研制思想,致力于研究提高航空静止变流器(ASI)的变换效率、减轻系统重量、提高可靠性和维护性等核心技术问题。从总体研制方案、核心技术和系列化基础模块3个层面出发,采用功率扩展性能好、变换效率高、可靠性高的推挽正激电路和双降压式逆变器研制了DC-DC变换模块、DC-AC变换模块等单元模块,组合成4种航空静止变流器基础模块。研制的系列化基础模块,整机变换效率均比国外同类产品提高4.5%以上,并且在体积、重量、可靠性和可维护性等方面均具有明显优势。 相似文献

针对应用于交直交VSCF飞机电源系统的SPWM逆变器,提出了包含交流电流内环和交流电压外环的双闭环控制系统方案,利用交流瞬时值反馈的波形校正作用使逆变器输出电压波形得以改善。通过对单相1 kVA SPWM逆变器双闭环控制系统的设计分析和实验研究,结果表明:采用交流瞬时值反馈控制的SPWM逆变器具有较好的输出电压波形、动态响应特性和稳态调压精度,对逆变器输入直流电压的变化影响有很好的抑制作用,适合任由永磁无刷直流发电机供电的VSCF电源系统中应用。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present a novel topology optimization approach to control precisely the output loads under static loads and harmonic excitations. We introduce the Artificial Bar Element (ABE) at the designated output positions, where the output loads are equivalently measured and constrained with the nodal displacements of ABE. Optimization model is then formulated considering the output load constraints as well as the minimization of strain energy and dynamic displacement responses respectively under the static and dynamic conditions. The influences of the ABEs stiffness, different material usages of the design domain, widths of the output loads constraint intervals and variation ratios of output loads are discussed in detail. The proposed method is verified with several numerical examples with clear and reasonable load transfer paths. 相似文献

A stepped sinewave dc/ac inverter was analyzed for an inductive load with respect to load current and voltage, harmonics, power factor, and efficiency. This special inverter of high efficiency and low harmonic content is constructed by synthesizing the sinusoidal output by discrete voltage sources, such as storage batteries, solar cell, etc., with electronic switching of the sources at specific time intervals. The switching times are determined for the condition of minimum distortion of the synthesized wave. A 50 W inverter was built and tested to demonstrate this approach. 相似文献

An adaptive nonlinear control system is presented for a currentsource inverter-fed induction motor. The approach to the control problem is fundamentally different to previous work in that it uses the steady-state model to formulate a nonlinear control which directly controls the shaft speed. Switch-mode DC-to-AC inverters using DC-to-DC converter topology have many advantages over the traditional bridge-type inverter. A bidirectional power circuit combined with a nonlinear robust control is proposed to form a high performance inverter. The output voltage of the inverter can be stabilized regardless of large changes in input voltage and output current. The distortion near the zero crossing point can be minimized. 针对传统PI控制的局限性,采用基于复数域的比例复数积分(PCI)控制与重复控制并联的新型控制策略,其中PCI控制可以在给定条件下消除交流稳态误差,重复控制能够抑制并网电流谐波,提高稳态控制精度。该新型控制策略可以较好地控制交流信号,能直接应用于三相abc坐标系,省去坐标变化环节,节约逆变器控制系统成本。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台,建立LC型滤波器的逆变器并网模型,仿真分析证明了该控制策略的可行性。 相似文献

The design and implement action of a DSP-based fully digital-controlled single-phase pulsewidth modulated (PWM) dc-ac converter for ac voltage regulation is described. The proposed multiloop digital controller (MDC) consists of a current controller, a voltage controller, and a feedforward controller. This MDC was realized using a single-chip digital signal processor (DSP). The PWM gating signals are determined at every sampling instant by the proposed multiloop digital control scheme using a set of detected feedback signals. A software current control; scheme has been developed to achieve fast current control of the PWM inverter and decouple the inductor of the output filter. Experimental results have been given to verify the proposed digital control scheme. The constructed DSP-based PWM dc-ac converter system can achieve fast dynamic response and with low total harmonic distortion (THD) for rectifier type of loads 相似文献
