应用型本科高校“双师型”教师培养策略研究

地方本科高校向应用型高校转型发展的重点在于培养适应地方产业结构发展要求的高素质应用型人才。为更好地提升人才培养的质量,应用型高校必须加强"双师型"教师队伍建设。通过对应用型本科高校建设"双师型"教师队伍的意义、现状进行分析,指出"双师型"教师队伍建设面临的障碍,从完善考核制度和加强校企合作两方面入手,双管齐下,制定应用型高校"双师型"教师的培养策略。     

新设置本科院校应用型人才培养思考

新设置本科院校因学校发展的历史局限性限制,人才培养模式与人才培养定位与高水平传统本科院校有着较大差异,由于在办学理念、师资队伍、教学及科研环境、实践教学体系建设、社会服务等诸多方面的差异,预示着新设置本科院校发展的学科基础较为薄弱.因此,其学校办学定位应是教学型本科院校,人才培养以应用型人才培养为主.为使新设置本科院校人才培养更好地适应社会发展需求,其应用型人才培养模式与现有办学条件相适应,人才培养具有鲜明特色,论文分析了新设置本科院校的自身优势与差距,从中探索具有自身特色的应用型人才培养模式     

以就业质量提升为导引的地方本科院校产教融合模式研究

就业质量是高校人才培养质量的映射,受到毕业生社会资本和人力资本状况的双重影响。对于地方本科院校而言,实施产教融合的人才培养模式是提高人才培养质量的有益探索。构建产教融合人才培养模式可以从七个方面入手,促进人才培养质量提升。     

应用型本科院校双创基地建设模式的研究

大学生创新创业基地建设是实施科教兴国和人才强省的重要战略,是高校开展大学生创新创业教育工作、营造创新创业氛围的有效平台,是解决大学生就业创业的有效途径。本文通过对应用型本科院校的人才培养模式分析,通过对我国不同层次高校大学生创业基地调查研究,分析当前"大众创业万众创新"环境背景下对高校大学生创业教育的要求,提出了政府、高校、社会三个维度协同共建的、适合应用型本科院校人才培养的大学生创业基地政校企共建模式的可行性研究。     

“一带一路”背景下地方工科院校跨文化交际人才培养的问题浅析

随着"一带一路"战略的不断推进,沿线各国的交流与合作更加频繁、紧密,这对地方工科高校的跨文化人才培养提出了更高的要求。地方工科院校的跨文化人才培养已经远远不能满足新时代发展需求。本文拟分析和探讨地方工科院校在跨文化人才培养四个方面存在的问题和不足,并试图提出一些改进建议和解决办法,为我国的跨文化人才培养提升添砖加瓦,为"一带一路"提供智力支持。     

技术本科院校创客教育研究

创客教育融多种现代教育理念为一身,顺应了时代发展的趋势,契合了转型时期高校人才培养的目标。文章探讨了创客教育开展的必要性,结合技术本科院校特色,从创客文化环境构建、创客校本课程体系开发、创客混合学习、创客师资队伍建设、创客团队和组织建设等多方面协同推进,提出了技术本科院校创客教育实践框架与路径图,以此培养创新创业人才,更好地服务区域经济社会发展。

生态视角下应用型大学产教融合探析?

应用型大学是以培养适应国家与地方经济发展方式转变和社会转型对应用型人才的需求，培养适应地方经济各行业的掌握新技术、具备高技能的应用型专业人才为主的本科高校。通过生态视角研究应用型大学的产教融合，保证以课程开设、专业设置、师资力量等建设与企业和行业的需求相一致，更好地满足企业和行业的需求，达到和谐发展的目标。     

基于慕课和翻转课堂的数据结构课程教学改革研究

依据《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》,以及学院从河北省普通高校向应用技术类型高校转型发展的定位转变,结合创新性人才培养目标的要求,本文提出基于目前在全球得到快速发展的慕课教育技术平台,同时引入国外翻转课堂的教学方法,结合专业发展的能力要求,提出了任务驱动、课堂翻转、案例教学、举办院系合作竞赛等教学改革研究,旨在提高学生学习的主体性、趣味性和参与度,进一步提高学生解决实际问题的能力。     

“大思政”视域下应用型本科高校工匠精神培育路径

工匠精神是职业道德、职业能力和职业品质的综合体现。工匠精神培育,是应用型本科高校培育社会主义核心价值观的内在要求和人才培养的客观要求。针对当前主要问题,结合学生层次水平和教育实践经验,应用型本科高校可在"大思政"视域下,一方面基于一条主线、两个结合、三维背景、四位模块、五方资源构建广谱式培育路径;另一方面从培养目标、培养模式、考核制度等方面对拔尖工匠型人才探索聚焦式培养策略,以实现工匠精神的系统培育。     

On the Possibility of the Existence of Volatile Compounds in the Region of the Scott Crater on the Moon

In this paper, we analyze the illumination conditions, the thermal regime, and the possibility of deposits of volatile compounds existing in the vicinity region (NSR S5 region) near the southern pole of the Moon. It has been found that there are no permanently shadowed zones near the Scott crater and the NSR S5 region, though the temperature conditions allow the of compounds such as CH₃OH, SO₂, NH₃, CO₂, H₂S, C₂H₄, and water to remain stable relative to evaporation for a long time (≥1 Gyr). It has been also shown that compounds like CO and CH₄ cannot stably exist in these regions.     

On the stability of the track of the space elevator

A string moving with geostationary angular velocity in its radial relative equilibrium configuration around the Earth, reaching from the surface of the Earth far beyond the geostationary height, could be used as track for an Earth to space elevator. This is an old dream of mankind, originating about 100 years ago in Russia. Besides the question of feasibility from a technological point of view also the question concerning the stability of such a configuration has not yet been completely solved. Under the assumption that a proper material (carbon nanotubes) is available, making the connection possible technologically, we address the question of existence and stability of the radial relative equilibrium of a tapered string on a circular geosynchronous trajectory around the Earth, reaching from the surface of the Earth far beyond the geostationary height.

Does the endolymph pass through the base of the cupula?

Whether the endolymph of the semicircular canal passes the cupular partition or not was examined using the lateral semicircular canal system of adult pigeons (Columba livia). By applying various pressures by means of injection of a dye solution through the membranous canal, it was found that the dye solution, was seen to pass the cupula even under very low pressures when the pressure was increased gradually. When pulled by a magnet, the ultrafine particles of the dextran magnetite contained in the injected fluid were found to pass through the subcupular space without evident increase of the ampullary pressure.

Estimation of the current density and analysis of the geometry of the current system surrounding the Earth

The results of an investigation of the distribution of plasma pressure, pressure gradients, and magnetic field near the equatorial plane in the plasma ring surrounding the Earth under magneto-quiet conditions are presented. Observational data obtained during the international THEMIS mission are used. The picture of the distribution of transverse-current density near the equatorial plane was obtained under assumption of observing the magnetostatic balance condition at geocentric distances from 6 to 12R _E. In estimating the integral transverse current it was accepted that in daytime sector the magnetic-field minima on magnetic field lines are not localized in the equatorial plane. Estimates of the integral transverse current were obtained, which demonstrate the possibility of closing nighttime transverse currents at geocentric distances of up to ～12R _E inside the magnetosphere, which form a high-latitudinal continuation of the ring current.
