新型整星隔振平台的被动隔振性能及星箭耦合特性分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
针对卫星的隔振要求,提出一种新型半主动整星隔振平台,采用磁流变(MR)阻尼器作为半主动作动器。为增加平台的横向转动刚度,提出一种套筒式防摇结构。建立新型整星隔振系统的详细有限元(FE)模型,对隔振系统进行基础随机激励下的响应分析和隔振平台的振级落差分析,并建立星箭系统的详细有限元模型,分析星箭结合后对整星隔振性能的影响情况,以及加入新型隔振平台后对火箭动态特性的影响。结果表明:新型整星隔振平台具有优良的被动隔振性能;火箭的动态特性对新型隔振系统的性能有一定影响,但当火箭和隔振平台结合处的刚度较大时,影响较小;加入新型隔振平台后,在火箭点火时到一级分离时,火箭整体的动态特性无明显变化。 相似文献

微振动隔振器动态阻尼系数的测试方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
阻尼系数的确定对于隔振设计非常重要。针对大阻尼黏性流体微振动隔振器,提出一种确定三参数模型阻尼系数的机械阻抗等效理论与测试方法,将三参数模型简化为等效的便于试验测试的两参数隔振模型。将由自行设计的试验系统测量得到的阻尼系数和刚度系数输入到ADAMS仿真模型中,得到等效阻尼系数,并与直接采用迟滞环法得到的隔振器的等效阻尼系数进行对比分析。研究结果显示,两种方法得到的结果具有良好的一致性,证明了本文方法的可行性和可用性。本文方法还可得到以往传统方法难以得到的动态阻尼系数随频率的变化规律,对于隔振设计具有重要的参考价值。由于提出简化的等效模型,使得隔振器阻尼系数的测试更加快捷方便,本方法可推广应用于具有更多参数的隔振器阻尼系数的测量。 相似文献

The accurate dynamic modeling and quantitative controller design for an isolated converter with optocoupler isolation in its feedback loop are considered to be difficult issues, since the transfer characteristics of some blocks are highly nonlinear and difficult to be modeled analytically. First a current-mode controlled flyback converter with an optically isolated feedback path is designed. Then the equivalent control system block diagram is constructed, and its block transfer functions are found. To increase the accuracy, the dynamic models of some critical blocks are estimated from measurements. In order to facilitate the controller design, the model simplification is further made. Finally, based on the reduced dynamic model, a quantitative design procedure is derived to find the parameters of the voltage controller to meet the prescribed regulating specifications. 针对临近空间高动态无人飞行器(UAV)再入飞行动态范围跨度大,气动参数存在不确定性等特点,利用李雅普诺夫方法设计了具有不同时间量程的双回路滑模控制系统。其中外环采用常规设计;内环控制器设计将控制力矩分为两部分:一部分对UAV已知的动态部分进行稳定控制;另一部分由相应的滑模观测器生成,用来稳定和削弱飞行过程中的干扰项,以增加控制系统的鲁棒性。该控制系统克服了经典控制方法的缺陷,无需大量的增益调节,而能自动适应非线性和强耦合的对象特性,并能适应大范围环境变化,减小对不同飞行条件下气动与结构参数的依赖性。仿真结果证明了所提出的控制器设计方法的有效性,具有较高的姿态跟踪精度。 相似文献

With the development of electric helicopters’ motor technology and the widespread use of electric drive rotors, more aircraft use electric rotors to provide thrust and directional control. For a helicopter tail rotor, the wake of the main rotor influences the tail rotor’s inflow and wake. In the procedure of controlling, crosswind will also cause changes to the tail disk load. This paper describes requirements and design principles of an electric motor drive and variable pitch tail rotor system. A particular spoke-type architecture of the motor is designed, and the performance of blades is analyzed by the CFD method. The demand for simplicity of moving parts and strict constraints on the weight of a helicopter makes the design of electrical and mechanical components challenging. Different solutions have been investigated to propose an effective alternative to the mechanical actuation system. A test platform is constructed which can collect the dynamic response of the thrust control. The enhancement of the response speed due to an individual motor speed control and variable-pitch system is validated. 相似文献

为实现星上光学有效载荷的高成像性能,对星上光学有效载荷的两级隔振进行了研究。所谓两级隔振,即除了对控制力矩陀螺群(CMGs)等执行机构振动源进行隔振外,还在光学有效载荷和星体之间加入隔振装置。首先建立了含有两级隔振系统以及CMGs和太阳帆板的整星动力学模型,并采用ADAMS工程软件验证了所推导模型的正确性;其次,在合理假设的基础上简化模型,分别求得由扰动源到星体和有效载荷的传递函数矩阵,分析CMGs隔振平台参数变化对姿态控制系统的影响,选择合理参数分析两级隔振系统的频域特性;最后通过数值仿真分析了两级隔振系统在星上应用的可行性,并通过频谱对比分析两级隔振系统对光学有效载荷姿态稳定度的改善程度。 相似文献

为了实现星载光学设备的精密跟瞄,以自行研制的宏/微双重驱动复合作动器为主动元件,设计了合理的平台构型,选择并装配了铰链等关键部件,组装完成了具有振动主动控制和大幅跟瞄能力的Hexapod平台原理样机。利用牛顿-欧拉法建立了Hexapod平台线性动力学模型。采用改进的自适应振动消减器(ADC)方法进行了平台主动隔振的控制仿真与实验研究。由仿真结果可知,当Hexapod平台底部受到方向不同的双频正弦微振动干扰时,控制可以隔离干扰向平台上平面的传播;在实验中,平台上平面处于水平位置及转动一定角度时,底部微扰动引起的各杆振幅均下降了90%左右。结果表明了所研制的Hexapod平台用于主动隔振的可行性、建模的有效性以及改进的ADC方法的合理性。 相似文献

针对钛合金钣金件冷加工成形精度低、热成形机成形成本高的问题,提出一种采用脉冲电流辅助热压成形工艺。以TC1钛合金U型件为对象,研究了脉冲电流辅助热压成形工艺对钛合金钣金件的缺陷、尺寸精度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,脉冲电流加热可提高成形效率,当脉冲电流密度为9.2A/mm^2,合模速度为15mm/s时,补偿了成形过程的热量损失,使钛合金钣金件保持在良好的成形温度区间,增加其成形极限,得到零件表面质量良好、无裂纹。在成形过程中,随着成形压力、保压时间、模具预热温度的升高,零件的尺寸精度逐渐提高,当成形压力10t、保压时间10s、模具不预热时,零件的尺寸精度即可达到±0.2mm。脉冲电流辅助热压成形后零件的晶粒尺寸比热成形机成形的细小,且力学性能也较好。 相似文献

Milling the free-end of cylindrical parts, which are vertically fixed on the machine table,often suffers from large chatter vibrations. This kind of phenomenon is harmful to the cutting process. Therefore, it is of great importance to develop means to suppress these undesirable chatters.This paper proposes a new idea for designing a tunable mass damper(TMD) to reduce vibrations in milling of cylindrical parts. Frequency response function(FRF) of the milling system is derived to comprehensively reveal the influence of both the dynamic response of the machine tools and the TMD. Critical axial depth of cut, which is usually used to characterize the process stability, is formulated by considering the FRFs of both the milling system itself and the TMD. Maximization of critical axial depth of cut is taken as objective function, while kernel dynamic parameters of TMD,which are involved in the derived expression of critical axial depth of cut, are extracted as designable variables. Optimization procedure is carried out to adjust the parameters of TMD by using sequential quadratic programming algorithm. A series of experiments with a designed passive TMD validate that the design has a good performance in reducing vibrations and improving stability of milling process. 相似文献

The first complete 70 GHz back end module (BEM) of the coming Planck satellite is described. It includes an H-plane waveguide band pass filter, an InP HEMT amplifier, a diode detector made on 0.1 mm alumina substrate, and video amplifiers. RF parts are designed, manufactured, and measured individually and then the complete BEM is tested. Stringent requirements are set through the mechanical layout of the entire functional unit. 永磁容错(FTPM)电机不仅具有容错和故障隔离能力,还继承了一般永磁电机功率密度大、转矩脉动小的优点,故在航空用电力作动系统中得到大力发展。最优转矩控制(OTC)算法可以实现电机在正常和故障时(一相断路或短路)输出电磁转矩脉动最小化。本文设计了750 W六相十极FTPM电机最优转矩控制系统平台,提出了两种简单实用的绕组故障诊断方法,对最优转矩控制算法进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,该算法能够实现故障前后转矩转速性能基本不变,且转矩脉动均小于20%,故障时动态响应快。 相似文献
