It is well known that the position of a stationary radar can be estimated by a single moving observer from angle and/or frequency measurements taken passively at different points in its trajectory. Depending on the measurement set different localization methods result: the bearing method (BM), the frequency method (FM), and the combined method (CM). Previous studies analyze the three methods on the basis of constant emitter frequencies. However, radars with constant emitter frequencies are not realistic. Frequency drift and frequency hopping have to be taken into account. Therefore, to include radars the emitter model has been extended by drift and frequency hopping in this study, and the estimation methods have been reanalyzed. The effects of the model extensions become transparent in a parametric Cramer-Rao (CR) analysis. Ballistic Missile Trajectory Prediction(BMTP) is critical to air defense systems. Most Trajectory Prediction(TP) methods focus on the coast and reentry phases, in which the Ballistic Missile(BM) trajectories are modeled as ellipses or the state components are propagated by the dynamic integral equations on time scales. 为了保障滚动轴承在给定工况下安全平稳地运行,提出了一种基于局部切空间排列(LTSA)和威布尔比例故障率模型(WPHM)的滚动轴承可靠性评估方法。该方法提取滚动轴承整个寿命周期的时域、频域、时频域及统计等不同分析域上的特征指标,从中筛选出包含滚动轴承运行状态的特征指标,构建出高维多域特征集;利用局部切空间排列算法对高维多域特征集进行融合降维,得到可全面反映滚动轴承性能退化趋势的综合特征指标作为WPHM的响应协变量进行可靠性评估。通过滚动轴承的寿命试验,得到该试验轴承的寿命为491 min。该方法能够得出轴承在489 min左右失效,寿命误差小于1%,故验证了该方法可以对滚动轴承的运行可靠性进行有效地评估。   相似文献

基于LMD的包络谱特征值在滚动轴承 故障诊断中的应用   总被引:11,自引:9,他引:2  
滚动轴承故障振动信号往往是多分量的调幅-调频信号,而传统包络分析方法需要根据经验设置滤波器的中心频率与带宽,因而会带来解调误差.基于此,提出了一种基于局域均值分解(local mean decomposition,简称LMD)的包络谱特征值的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.该方法可以将一个多分量的调幅-调频信号分解成若干瞬时频率具有物理意义的PF (product function,简称PF )分量之和,由于每一个PF分量是分量包络信号和纯调频信号的积,因此可以直接对包络信号进行频谱分析得到包络谱.然后定义信号在包络谱中不同故障特征频率处的幅值比为包络谱特征值,并以此作为特征向量输入到支持向量机分类器中,用以区分滚动轴承的工作状态和故障类型.对滚动轴承正常状态、内圈故障和外圈故障振动信号的分析结果表明了该方法的有效性.   相似文献

This paper concerns the dynamic characteristics of incompressible laminar flow hydrostatic bearings. An improved method based on the mathematical perturbation technique for calculating the stiffness and damping coefficients of hydrostatic bearings is presented; it raises the calculation efficiency by uncoupling the recess flow continuity equations from the solving of the Reynolds equation. The dynamic coefficients of a water-lubricated four-recess hydrostatic bearing are calculated with both the improved method and the conventional method. The comparisons between these two methods validate the effectiveness and correctness of the improved method. Furthermore, the dynamic response and stability characteristics of a rotor supported by the hydrostatic bearing are calculated and compared with experimental results. First, the dynamic responses calculated with the linear and nonlinear bearing dynamic coefficients models show that the linear model is inaccurate if the rotor whirls in a large eccentricity ratio range, owing to the nonlinearity of stiffness and damping. Second, according to the numerical and experimental results, the nonlinearity of bearing stiffness and damping coefficients could induce double rotational frequency component in the unbalance response frequency spectrum. Finally, the numerical results indicate that the stability threshold speed of the bearing increases with eccentricity ratio. The improved method proposed can be used to evaluate the dynamic performance of hydrostatic bearings efficiently, and the bearing characteristics presented could contribute to a better understanding of the performance of water-lubricated hydrostatic bearings.  相似文献

高速旋转机械,尤其是微小型发动机广泛采用陶瓷滚动轴承。轴承支承刚度对高速转子——支承系统的动力特性有重要的影响。滑动轴承已有比较系统的动力特性数据库可供参考使用;滚动轴承一般按经验公式估算其刚度特性或简化为定常的弹性元件,但误差较大。本文分析了影响滚动轴承等效刚度的主要因素,提出了滚动轴承等效刚度的计算方法,并设计了试验装置,对陶瓷轴承的等效刚度进行测试。理论分析和试验取得了比较一致的结果。   相似文献

A method of interval estimation of position of an object emitting electromagnetic energy is presented. The problem is considered in cases of known and unknown errors of emitter position determination. Precise expressions concerning two-dimensional confidence regions for unknown position of the emitter have been obtained. Uncertainty regions defined as error ellipses and confidence ellipses have been determined. Qualitative and quantitative comparison of considered regions have been made. The presented approach and obtained results may be useful in electronic intelligence (ELINT) and electronic warfare (EW) applications, in radio navigation, ballistics, and in rescue operations at sea as well.  相似文献

Multi-faults detection is a challenge for rolling bearings due to the mode mixture and coupling of multiple fault features, as well as its easy burying in the complex, non-stationary structural vibrations and strong background noises. In this paper, a method based on the flexible analytical wavelet transform (FAWT) possessing fractional scaling and translation factors is proposed to identify multiple faults occurred in different components of rolling bearings. During the route of the proposed method, the proper FAWT bases are constructed via genetic optimization algorithm (GA) based on maximizing the spectral correlated kurtosis (SCK) which is firstly presented and proved to be efficient and effective in indicating interested fault mode. Via using the customized FAWT bases for each interested fault mode, the original vibration measurements are decomposed into fine frequency subbands, and the sensitive subband which enhances the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is selected to exhibit the fault signature on its envelope spectrum. The proposed method is tested via simulated signals, and applied to analyze the experimental vibration measurements from the running roller bearings subjected to outrace, inner-race and roller defects. The analysis results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in identifying multi-faults occurred in different components of rolling bearings.  相似文献

针对变转速工况下滚动轴承的故障诊断问题,提出一种将线调频小波路径追踪算法与阶比循环平稳解调方法相结合的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.该方法先利用线调频小波路径追踪算法提取轴承的故障特征频率,再根据轴承的故障特征频率对变转速下时域振动信号的包络在角域等角度重采样,并对获取的角域平稳信号进行循环平稳解调,计算得到切片解调谱;最后根据切片解调谱识别滚动轴承故障.仿真分析和应用实例表明:该方法能准确提取变转速工况下滚动轴承的外圈与内圈故障故障特征,提取效果明显优于基于Wigner-Ville峰值跟踪法的包络阶次谱方法.   相似文献

针对航空发动机中介轴承受噪声干扰大、传递路径复杂导致采用传统方法难以进行故障诊断的问题,提出了一种基于局部均值分解(LMD)与相关系数-能量比-峭度准则、结合天鹰座优化算法(AO)优化概率神经网络(PNN)的中介轴承故障诊断方法。使用LMD对传感器采集的振动信号进行分解;利用相关系数-能量比-峭度准则判决筛选分解得到的PF分量,重构筛选后的信号;计算重构信号的多尺度排列熵(MPE),以构建特征向量;通过AO优化的PNN的平滑因子,将优化后的神经网络用于中介轴承的故障诊断。基于中介轴承故障试验数据对诊断结果进行了分析,结果表明:提出的方法可以有效诊断高背景噪声、复杂路径干扰下的航空发动机中介轴承的典型故障,与粒子群优化的概率神经网络方法(PSO-PNN)和传统的PNN方法相比,其诊断准确率分别提高了3.875%和8.125%,具有较好的全局收敛性和计算鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对共振解调技术在实际使用中存在必须事先通过冲击试验确定高频共振频率和带通滤波器的中心频率固定不变的缺点,提出了自适应共振解调技术。自适应共振解调技术可以在共振解调处理之前依靠对振动信号的频谱分析自动识别高频共振频率,然后根据被测对象的高频共振频率自适应地改变带通滤波器的中心频率。并研究了自适应共振解调技术的实现方法,并对实际轴承振动信号进行了自适应共振解调分析。研究结果表明,该技术可方便地在工程中应用。   相似文献

对高速气体润滑轴承转子系统进行了稳定性试验研究.通过轴心轨迹、频率耦合三维图、频谱和分叉图,分析了系统非线性行为特征.实验证明气体润滑轴承-转子系统中的气膜涡动是系统非线性失稳的主要原因,气膜涡动导致的倍周期分叉是系统进入混沌振动的必由途径.通过调整系统固有频率和气膜润滑涡动频率之间的耦合关系,使得失稳转速远离设计转速;以及利用试验中所证实的混沌"有界"性质,有效的控制振幅,将是提高转子-轴承系统非线性稳定性的新途径.   相似文献

在轴承几何关系和运动关系分析基础上,建立了考虑内圈滚道廓形的圆柱滚子轴承径向跳动数学模型,分析了内圈滚道圆度误差幅值、谐波阶次、滚子个数以及径向游隙对轴承旋转精度的影响规律,并验证了模型的正确性.结果表明:内圈滚道的圆度误差对轴承旋转精度的影响较大,内圈滚道圆度误差幅值对轴承旋转精度影响较大,内圈滚道低阶谐波对轴承旋转精度的影响较高阶谐波显著;当内圈滚道谐波阶次为滚子个数的整数倍时,轴承旋转精度显著下降;减小内圈滚道圆度误差幅值能有效提高圆柱滚子轴承的旋转精度.   相似文献

为了更准确地诊断滚动轴承故障,提出了一种基于小波包分析与多核学习的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.该方法首先对振动信号进行3层小波包分解,将振动信号分解为不同频带的信号,提取各频带的相对能量特征,构建特征向量;然后采用多核学习算法从训练样本集中学习核函数与分类器;最后使用训练出的分类器识别滚动轴承故障类型.为了验证方法的有效性,进行了滚动轴承故障诊断实验,实验结果表明该方法的故障诊断准确率达到98.25%,与传统的基于小波包与支持向量机的滚动轴承故障诊断方法相比,其故障诊断准确率更高,同时由于避免了核函数的选择问题,该方法更便于实际应用.   相似文献

将支持向量机(SupportVectorMachine,简称SVM)、经验模态分解(EmpiricalModeDecomposition,简称EMD)方法和AR(Auto-Regressive,简称AR)模型相结合应用于滚动轴承故障诊断中。该方法首先对滚动轴承振动信号进行经验模态分解,将其分解为多个内禀模态函数(IntrinsicModeFunction,简称IMF)之和,然后对每一个IMF分量建立AR模型,最后提取模型的自回归参数和残差的方差作为故障特征向量,并以此作为SVM分类器的输入参数来区分滚动轴承的工作状态和故障类型。实验结果表明,该方法在小样本情况下仍能准确、有效地对滚动轴承的工作状态和故障类型进行分类,从而实现了滚动轴承故障诊断的自动化。   相似文献

Estimation of target trajectory from passive sonar bearings and frequency measurements in the presence of multivariate normally distributed noise, with unknown inhomogeneous general covariance, is modeled as a nonlinear multiresponse parameter estimation problem. It is shown that maximum likelihood estimation in this case is identical to optimizing a determinant criterion which has a concise form and contains no elements of unknown covariance matrix. A Gauss-Newton type algorithm using only the first-order derivatives of the model function and a new convergence criterion, is presented to implement such estimation. The simulation results demonstrate that performance of the maximum likelihood estimation method with the above noise model is superior to that with the traditional noise assumption  相似文献

滚动轴承早期故障信号中的噪声成分会影响到故障特征的提取。为了提高含噪故障信号中滚动轴承早期故障特征提 取的准确性,将基于自适应噪声的完备经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)用于滚动轴承振动信号的降噪中,并对降噪后的轴承故障信号 进行双谱分析。结果表明:CEEMDAN可有效去除轴承振动信号中的低频噪声干扰,经CEEMDAN降噪后的不同轴承故障信号的 双谱全局图存在明显差异,根据这些差异可在宏观上对不同轴承故障加以区分;通过经CEEMDAN降噪后的不同轴承故障信号的 双谱细节图可以正确提取不同轴承故障的特征频率,从而实现对各轴承故障的有效诊断。CEEMDAN降噪结合双谱分析可为滚 动轴承故障诊断提供一种新的有效方法。  相似文献

航空发动机主轴轴承温度场的精准预测对保证发动机润滑系统及整机稳定运转至关重要。针对传统热网络法精度低的问题,提出一种基于有限单元思想的有限单元热网络法。将轴承结构通过网格划分为有限个单元体,每个单元体设置一个温度节点代表该单元体的集总参数,节点间构建热阻关系并形成热网络,通过求解以温度为未知量的大型稀疏矩阵线性方程组来获得滚子轴承横截面的温度分布。该方法可以与轴承局部产热理论相结合,实现轴承局部产热的精准加载,完成温度场的精细化分析。通过与试验结果对比,本文方法对轴承外环表面中心线温度的预测结果与试验结果误差不超过13%。  相似文献

We address an optimization problem to obtain the combined sequence of waveform parameters (pulse amplitudes and lengths, and FM sweep rates) and detection thresholds for optimal range and range-rate tracking in clutter. The optimal combined sequence minimizes a tracking performance index under a set of parameter constraints. The performance index includes the probability of track loss and a function of estimation error covariances. The track loss probability and the error covariances are predicted using a hybrid conditional average algorithm. The effect of the false alarms and clutter interference is taken into account in the prediction. A measurement model in explicit form is also presented which is developed based on the resolution cell in the delay-Doppler plane for a single Gaussian pulse. Numerical experiments were performed to solve the optimization problem for several examples.  相似文献

针对航空齿轮泵处于高负荷状态齿轮轴-轴瓦润滑间隙的润滑问题,将CFD仿真与齿轮轴刚性模型相结合实现了基于CFD径向运动分析的瞬时润滑计算。得到了齿轮泵瞬态场影响下的齿轮轴径向微动情况,在此基础上基于轴承三维热流体润滑计算模型和微凸体接触模型实现了对润滑油膜在高偏心接触状态的特性分析。结果表明:齿轮泵CFD仿真结果与试验结果的误差小于10%,而仿真得到的内流场的瞬变性将通过改变齿轮轴所受径向载荷的波动形状从而影响到轴承的润滑特性。通过对轴承润滑模型的数值计算发现:相比于非接触状态,轴承处于高偏心接触状态时介质的高温、低黏现象加剧。  相似文献
