The objective of this paper is to present the experience of EADS in using a common test support system for integration and qualification testing, aircraft ground equipment (AGE), in-service software maintenance facilities (ISMF) and ground crew training. EADS uses its test support system AIDASS (Advanced Integrated Data Acquisition and Stimulation System) in different phases of the aircraft life cycle. AIDASS is comprised of a real-time front-end system and a standard PC for the user interface. The EADS test support system is used in almost all phases of the aircraft life cycle, for instance, for integration and verification testing, as aircraft ground equipment, for in-service software maintenance and training of ground crews. This test support system is used for the software maintenance in the TORNADO program at different airforces in Europe. The airforces also share test setups with industry  相似文献

The DoD has achieved success with recent automatic test equipment (ATE) families, as evidenced by the navy's consolidated automated support system (CASS) and the army's integrated family of test equipment (IFTE) programs. However, as these systems age, the increased requirements for technology insertion due to instrument obsolescence and the demands of advanced electronics are becoming evident. Recent advances in test technology promise to yield reduced total ownership costs (TOC) for ATE which can incorporate the new technology. The DoD automatic test system (ATS) executive agent office (EAO) objective is to significantly reduce total ownership cost. Several objectives have been identified including use of synthetic instruments, support for legacy test product sets (TPSs), and more efficient ways of developing TPSs. The NxTest software architecture will meet the objectives by providing an open systems approach to the system software. This will allow for the incorporation of commercial applications in the TPS development and execution environments and support current advances in test technology  相似文献

Lithium ion battery technology is being introduced into power supplies used by our armed forces for a variety of applications. In many cases, the same cells and design parameters that support commercial battery packs are being used in military battery packs. This approach is expected to result in a major decrease in the total life cycle cost of the equipment these batteries support. On June 13, 1991, NAVSEA issued INST9310.1B1, which states that all lithium battery powered equipment must undergo safety evaluation and approval prior to fleet use. This safety program governs a process whereby approvals are issued for lithium batteries to be used in specific equipment on ground facilities, surface combatants, air combatants, and/or submarines. The Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA) manages the program. The chief technical advisors are Code 644 at NSWC Carderock Division and Code 609A at NSWC Crane Division. This paper describes three battery designs that incorporate lithium ion technology, and the results of battery safety tests conducted in accordance with navy requirements.  相似文献

 大量机电产品既有可靠性指标要求,又有寿命指标要求,且在研制阶段结束时,需通过试验给出两种指标的验证结果。在对寿命与可靠性综合验证试验的可行性研究的基础上,提出了对其可靠性与寿命指标同时进行综合验证的试验方案。主要介绍该试验方案中的关键内容 :试验时间、失效 (故障 )判据、试验接收与拒收的判决准则的确定、试验结果的评估方法等。该试验方案的应用,为部分机电产品的寿命与可靠性试验验证提供了一个合理的、高效费比的技术途径。  相似文献

New software technologies, such as VISA and IVI, continue to bring the industry toward greater standardization. The benefit to the integrator is reduced costs through reuse of the same hardware and software. The benefit to the customer end-user is lower costs by reducing modification and support through the life-cycle to the test station. However, while we position ourselves for the future with PXI and these software technologies, we must still provide support for VXI, GPIB, and instrument drivers that use current software technologies. Using a number of additional tools such as National Instrument's Measurement and Automation Explorer and Geotest's ATEasy, we can have the power of these tools today while waiting for wider acceptance and support of the newer VISA and IVI technologies. We are just now seeing the development of IVI drivers and the ink is still wet on the VISA specification for PXI. ATEasy provided the structure necessary to use these technologies with the current technology. This paper explores the process of implementing and integrating the system driver and instrument drivers for a PXI-based test station for the TOW2 optical sight sensor.  相似文献

飞机外场试验和飞行训练的需求使得采集系统成为飞机的重要设备。为检测外场环境下某型飞机上 的采集系统的工作状态,本文以便携式计算机为硬件基础,以Qt 为软件平台,针对某型采集系统设计了地面 遥测检测专用设备,实现了多类数据的实时解析。检测结果表明,该设备具有数据处理能力强、安全可靠性好、 易维护等优点,能够为某型飞机上的某型采集系统检测提供工程保障。  相似文献

试验信息系统是航天发射和科研试验任务的关键支撑,需要走自主可控的道路。基于此,首先说明了试验信息系统的自主可控现状,并从多方面分析了面临的主要安全威胁。基于自主可控技术发展水平及发展现状分析了推进自主可控的可行性,再分别从网络设备、计算机设备、存储设备、操作系统、数据库等基础软件、安全防护设备、核心器件等方面提出了自主可控技术应用策略,并相应提出自主可控的应用软件研制策略。最后针对推进自主可控的风险进行了深入分析,提出了具体的应对措施。经过多个典型系统应用表明,基于国产品牌硬件设备和自主基础软件平台,经过一定的适配和系统定制,能够满足试验任务强实时、高可靠性要求。  相似文献

普通的导弹自动测试系统只能给出主要参数的检测结果,针对以上不足,通过对神经网络和专家系统在自动测试领域中的深入研究,设计完成了一种基于神经网络的故障诊断专家系统,克服了传统专家系统故障定位慢、容易出错、数据库难修改的缺点,提高了装备保障工作的时效性和可靠性。重点阐述了知识库和推理机的构建思路和方法,采用VC++6.0进行软件设计。通过大量实验验证得出,该系统执行速度快、故障定位准确,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

The rapid growth of technology over the last twenty years is providing vastly improved capabilities for both avionics and avionics test systems. Unfortunately, an environment of rapid technological growth breeds a corresponding environment of rapid technological obsolescence. Test systems developed fifteen years ago are becoming increasingly more difficult to support due to obsolescence issues and, additionally, such a test system does not reflect the current state-of-the-art for automatic test equipment. The ability of a test system to evolve is essential to providing cost-effective support systems for electronic systems. The F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support System (TISS) was developed under the Modular Automatic Test Equipment (MATE) guidelines to support the suite of F-15 electronic warfare LRUs. MATE imposed hardware architecture constraints, which were factors that contributed to its abandonment. However, the modular aspect of MATE has provided a system that can easily evolve with technological advancements. Modularity is the cornerstone of modern software systems and this is the aspect that has been exploited in the evolution of the TISS  相似文献

结合试验信息系统的特点,以测试发射试验信息系统与安全管理系统的兼容性测试为例,提出了对试验信息系统进行兼容性测试的主要策略,包括业务软件与新增支撑软件在同一运行环境下的运行稳定性、安装/卸载兼容性测试;新增支撑系统或设备在运行期间对交换机网络流量影响的测试;新增系统或软件对CPU(中央处理器)、内存、端口等的占用情况测试等。通过对应用该测试策略的测试结果进行分析,发现了系统兼容性方面的问题。这些策略也可为其他类似系统的兼容性测试提供参考。  相似文献

在各种定制化测试设备中,由于很多仪器驱动不符合现有的标准,从而降低了测试软件的开发效率和质量。为此,提出了一种面向功能的测试设备驱动器的设计与实现方法。通过对特定类别测试设备所需实现功能的分析,获得了脱离硬件环境的功能项目集合,并建立了规范化的设备驱动接口。在驱动组件的内部,封装了对硬件仪器的控制,并描述了实际测试设备的功能实现。测试设备驱动器为上层软件提供了统一的开发和运行基础,便于测试程序针对这些虚拟化的功能接口进行开发,避免了硬件的差异性对业务逻辑的影响。应用实例表明,该方法提高了测试程序的移植性和开发质量,尤其适用于各种系列化的、含有非标准驱动程序的测试软件的开发。  相似文献

Some of the impact that the test program at the Defense Electronics Supply Center (DESC) is having on improving the quality of products being supplied to its customers is illustrated. DESC test program non-mil lot rejection rates were nearing 50% for discrete semiconductors tested in receiving inspection. The associated part reject rate was nearly 15%. The part reject rate for all federal supply classes (FSCs) being sampled is less than 1%. Plans to drive the defect rate toward 100 PPM are discussed. Data indicate an increase in the quality of DESC-sampled devices being supplied for the military services over the last few years. 多轮多支柱起落架飞机主起落架数量较多,试验机及试验设备重量大。试验应急卸载时,试验件和设备重量、以及加载过程中试验件变形所聚集能量快速释放的不协调性易对支持点结构产生较大冲击载荷,且该载荷不可控,影响试验的考核,存在安全隐患。针对多轮多支柱起落架飞机的强度试验要求,设计一种载荷限定系统。在应急卸载或者试验停试情况下,能够为非支持点起落架输出设定载荷,保证应急瞬间所产生的所有载荷按要求分配到所有起落架上,从而防止支持点起落架超载;试验过程中,能够对非支持点起落架施加试验主动载荷。利用仿真软件验证了系统原理的可行性。依据原理设计载荷限定系统,对其结构和工作性能进行应用验证,并在某型飞机全机疲劳试验中进行应用调试,结果表明,该系统完全能够满足试验要求。  相似文献

Thermal vacuum test is widely used for the ground validation of spacecraft thermal control system. However, the conduction and convection can be simulated in normal ground pressure environment completely. By the employment of pumped fluid loops’ thermal control technology on spacecraft, conduction and convection become the main heat transfer behavior between radiator and inside cabin. As long as the heat transfer behavior between radiator and outer space can be equivalently simulated in normal pressure, the thermal vacuum test can be substituted by the normal ground pressure thermal test. In this paper, an equivalent normal pressure thermal test method for the spacecraft single-phase fluid loop radiator is proposed. The heat radiation between radiator and outer space has been equivalently simulated by combination of a group of refrigerators and thermal electrical cooler(TEC) array. By adjusting the heat rejection of each device, the relationship between heat flux and surface temperature of the radiator can be maintained. To verify this method,a validating system has been built up and the experiments have been carried out. The results indicate that the proposed equivalent ground thermal test method can simulate the heat rejection performance of radiator correctly and the temperature error between in-orbit theory value and experiment result of the radiator is less than 0.5 C, except for the equipment startup period. This provides a potential method for the thermal test of space systems especially for extra-large spacecraft which employs single-phase fluid loop radiator as thermal control approach.  相似文献

Joint maximum likelihood estimators are presented for the signal amplitude and noise power density in a coherent PCM channel with white Gaussian noise and a correlation receiver. The estimates are based upon the correlation coefficient outputs of the receiver. From these estimators, an estimator for the quantity (received signal energy)/bit/,(noise power)/(unit bandwidth) upon which the error probabilities depend, is derived. This estimator is shown to be useful as 1) a point estimator for the signal-to-noise ratio for the higher values of this ratio (about 4 dB or greater), and 2) an easily calculated statistic upon which to base data acceptance or rejection criteria. The acceptance or rejection levels are obtained by the use of confidence interval curves in conjunction with word error probability data.  相似文献

针对航空发动机高速转子支承结构设计难点,以某加强盘式结构的高压压气机试验件为研究对象,基于该试验件具有转子跨距长、质量大、轴向力大的设计特点,分析转子支承方案设计要求和转子动力特性影响因素,总结了转子支承设计技术特点和需求条件;开展支承方案的确立及筛选设计,采用通过理论和数值计算分析优选出的1-1-1型支承方案,综合优化支点跨距、转子质量、支承刚度和支点阻尼4个设计变量,满足全转速范围内的性能录取需求。结果表明:优化方案在工作转速范围内存在2阶临界转速并均处于性能录取转速以下,应变能分别为9.3%和16%。试验件最终顺利完成了全部转速下的性能参数录取,在试验过程中运行平稳,整体振动水平较低,轴向力始终处于轴承承载范围,验证了转子支承方案的合理性。  相似文献

Since the DoD was the leader in incorporating transistors, ICs and embedded processors, they also were on the forefront in developing automatic test equipment. The term automatic test equipment (ATE) encompasses all phases of computer controlled testing. It is based on the integration of instruments, computers and software. These systems generally include five basic elements: control, stimulus, measurement, switching and software. A special interface device or interface test adapter connects the unit under test (UUT) to the ATE. 针对仿真结果动态一致性的检验,将距离检验方法和TIC(Theil's inequality coefficient)方法进行了对比分析.距离检验方法可以在一定显著性水平下给出一致性检验的拒绝域,在时域内实现了定量检验.TIC方法的检验指标是TIC系数,经过研究发现,TIC系数的计算结果可以通过坐标原点的选取而进行人为调整,大大增加了误判的可能性,所以TIC方法既不能定量检验,也不能有效的定性检验.对比研究表明:距离检验方法不受量纲、坐标原点选取等因素影响,其检验结果具有更高的可信性.   相似文献
