 基于固定平台传感器误差极大似然配准(MLR)算法,针对机动平台存在姿态角系统误差的问题,提出了对机动平台传感器系统误差和目标状态进行批处理离线估计的机动极大似然配准(MLRM)算法.该算法利用所有传感器对目标的量测值,通过把传感器量测向目标状态进行投影、对传感器系统误差和目标状态进行期望最大化迭代以及对目标的状态进行融合估计,最终实现量测、姿态角系统误差和目标状态的有效估计.仿真结果表明,该算法迭代收敛速度快,对系统误差估计精度高,对系统误差可观测性较低的配准环境的适应性强并且对传感器姿态角的相关性不敏感,具有很强的工程实用性.  相似文献

当存在合作目标时,基于合作目标的传感器配准算法往往优于基于多站测量的传感器配准算法.传统的基于合作目标的传感器配准算法将系统误差看作是一个确定未知量,对未知量的估计采用了非贝叶斯的参数估计算法,如极大似然法、最小二乘法等.当传感器量测噪声相对于传感器系统误差不可忽略时,上述算法估计效果较差.在此背景下,提出了基于合作目标的贝叶斯传感器配准算法,通过将传感器系统误差建模成未知的随机过程,并通过卡尔曼滤波消除量测噪声对系统误差估计带来的影响,实验结果表明,方法具有较好的实用性.  相似文献

误差配准是多传感器信息融合的基础。为解决机载多平台多传感器的误差配准问题,研究并提出了一种基于容积卡尔曼滤波(CKF)的联合扩维误差配准算法。在算法实现中,首先采用状态矢量维数扩展方法建立非线性滤波框架下的系统误差配准模型,其次根据误差配准模型对各传感器的测量系统误差及各平台的姿态角系统误差进行估计,最后通过CKF滤波实现对状态预测值的修正,改善系统误差对滤波精度的影响。仿真结果表明,所提出的算法能够有效融合利用多传感器的测量信息,实现对多传感器系统误差及目标状态的实时联合精确估计。  相似文献

研究了在组网雷达存在系统误差情况下的目标航迹关联问题,理论分析了雷达系统误差对目标航迹的影响,并将该影响表示为目标航迹的旋转和平移量。在此基础上,提出了一种基于傅里叶变换的系统误差配准前航迹对准关联算法,该算法将组网雷达的航迹数据看做为一种整体信息,采用傅里叶变换理论来估计和补偿组网雷达目标航迹数据到融合中心航迹数据的相对旋转量和平移量,将雷达网中雷达上报的目标航迹数据对准到融合中心,从而不依赖于估计雷达网系统误差,实现了误差配准前的航迹准确关联,能够为后端的系统误差配准提供可靠的关联目标航迹数据。  相似文献

针对网络攻击下无人机信息物理系统(CPS)的安全状态估计问题,提出了一种基于自适应方差极小化的递推状态估计器(AVMRE)。通过将针对控制输入和传感器数据的恶意攻击分别建模为状态和量测方程中的未知干扰项,建立了未知干扰解耦状态递推估计器,实现滤波误差中的量测未知干扰解耦,利用滤波残差设计自适应调整因子对估计误差上界进行极小化,应用最小方差估计准则求解出算法中的量测增益反馈矩阵。同时引入事件触发机制,使得系统在保持一定估计精度的情况下节省通信资源。此外,给出了滤波误差指数有界性的充分条件。无人机飞行模型仿真验证了本文算法相比传统算法的有效性和优越性。  相似文献

雷达组网中由于系统误差存在,航迹不能正确关联,因而无法进行有效的误差配准。为了解决这一问题,理论分析了系统误差对目标航迹的影响并将该影响表示为目标航迹的旋转和平移量,结合图像信号时频域特性,提出了一种基于归一化互相关的误差配准算法。该算法采用归一化互相关来估计和补偿组网雷达目标航迹到融合中心航迹的相对旋转参数和平移参数,从而为后面的系统误差配准提供可靠的航迹关联数据。  相似文献

针对现有系统误差配准算法以已知系统误差变化模型为前提条件、相应的目标状态估计易受系统误差配准结果影响等不足之处,在机载雷达与地基雷达协同防空预警体系下,对系统误差存在情况下的目标跟踪问题进行了研究,并提出了有效的地空协同防空目标抗差跟踪算法。仿真结果表明所提算法可得到无偏、稳定、有效的目标状态估计,并且相对于系统误差目标状态联合估计算法,所提算法计算量小,对系统误差变化有很强的鲁棒性,可适应实际工程应用中可能出现的异常情况,为后续决策提供稳定有效的目标信息。  相似文献

提出了一种新的基于合作目标的动基座传感器误差绝对配准方法。该方法利用所获得的合作目标位置信息,将载体平台姿态角偏差转换为传感器测量偏差中的一部分,并建立偏差状态方程和测量方程。在此基础上,采用广义最小二乘方法以实现传感器测距误差的估计,不敏滤波的方法则用于实现平台载体的姿态偏差和角度测量偏差的实时估计。仿真结果表明,该方法实现简单,收敛速度快,可以实现单部动基座传感器的偏差估计。  相似文献

提出增量粒子滤波的概念,建立增量粒子滤波模型及其分析方法,给出其算法.对于工程实际中存在的由未知系统误差的影响而无法精确建立量测似然函数的这一问题,提出增量粒子滤波方法,通过对带有未知系统误差的量测数据进行校正,获得精确的量测似然函数,建立精确的增量粒子滤波模型,从而消除这种未知系统误差的影响,减少重采样的次数,较好地保存了粒子的多样性,提高非线性滤波的精度.模拟仿真中,重采样的次数减少41.7%,滤波误差均值和均方根误差分别降低了45.3%和70.1%,有效地改善了滤波的效果.   相似文献

基于扩展增量Kalman滤波方法(EIKF)和自适应增量Kalman滤波(AIKF),建立自适应扩展增量Kalman(AEIKF)模型及其分析方法,给出递推算法.在许多实际情况(如深空探测),由于环境因素的影响、测量设备的不稳定性等原因,量测方程往往存在未知的系统误差,并且模型参数也具有不确定性,结果导致较大的Kalman滤波误差,影响滤波的收敛性.提出的AEIKF方法能够成功消除这种未知的系统误差,并能够实时估计变化的噪声统计量,提高Kalman滤波精度.该方法计算简单,便于工程应用.   相似文献

Multisensor multitarget bias estimation for general asynchronous sensors   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
A novel solution is provided for the bias estimation problem in multiple asynchronous sensors using common targets of opportunity. The decoupling between the target state estimation and the sensor bias estimation is achieved without ignoring or approximating the crosscovariance between the state estimate and the bias estimate. The target data reported by the sensors are usually not time-coincident or synchronous due to the different data rates. Since the bias estimation requires time-coincident target data from different sensors, a novel scheme is used to transform the measurements from the different times of the sensors into pseudomeasurements of the sensor biases with additive noises that are zero-mean, white, and with easily calculated covariances. These results allow bias estimation as well as the evaluation of the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) on the covariance of the bias estimate, i.e., the quantification of the available information about the biases in any scenario. Monte Carlo simulation results show that the new method is statistically efficient, i.e., it meets the CRLB. The use of this technique for scale and sensor location biases in addition to the usual additive biases is also presented.  相似文献

This paper addresses estimation of motion from the optical flow observed by an airborne down looking electro-optical sensor. The paper is in two parts. Part I addresses the development and analysis of a velocity-to-height ratio estimation algorithm and its principal error characteristics. In part II, it is shown how the information provided by the motion estimator can be integrated with additional on-board sensors to provide a complete autonomous navigation system. Part I as presented here is a summary version of the full length paper.? The algorithm implements recursive registration of successive images by using the gradient of a similarity function between them to control the tracking of their relative shift. The shift estimate provides velocity/height information. Substantial saving in memory and computation as compared to conventional full frame registration is achieved by using only a single line in the TV frame. Stochastic mathematical models for the image, terrain and vehicle velocity perturbations are used in the analysis. The choice of the most appropriate similarity function in the registration algorithm is addressed. Performance analysis indicates very small error variances, as illustrated by numerical examples.  相似文献

 为实现对亚声速和超声速气流速度的统一测量,提出了一种基于声传感器的新型测量方法。首先,根据声波在亚声速和超声速气流中的传播特性,利用特定的测量装置建立了声波传播时间与气流速度之间的数学模型,从而将气流速度的测量问题转化为声波传播时间的测量问题。然后,在此基础上,利用计时法和最大似然估计(MLE)方法来估计声波传播时间;其中,计时法在实时性上优势明显,而MLE方法则在可靠性上优于前者。最后,分别从阵元位置扰动性、计时误差和克拉美-罗界(CRB)3个方面对所提算法的性能进行了分析与仿真验证。结果表明,该算法能够实现对亚声速和超声速气流速度的精确测量。  相似文献

An exact solution is provided for the multiple sensor bias estimation problem based on local tracks. It is shown that the sensor bias estimates can be obtained dynamically using the outputs of the local (biased) state estimators. This is accomplished by manipulating the local state estimates such that they yield pseudomeasurements of the sensor biases with additive noises that are zero-mean, white, and with easily calculated covariances. These results allow evaluation of the Cramer-Rao lower bound (CRLB) on the covariance of the sensor bias estimates, i.e., a quantification of the available information about the sensor biases in any scenario. Monte Carlo simulations show that this method has significant improvement in performance with reduced rms errors of 70% compared with commonly used decoupled Kalman filter. Furthermore, the new method is shown to be statistically efficient, i.e., it meets the CRLB. The extension of the new technique for dynamically varying sensor biases is also presented.  相似文献

A novel simultaneous fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) and fault tolerant control (FTC) strategy for nonlinear stochastic systems in closed loops based on a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) is presented. The purpose of control is to track the reactant concentration setpoint. Instead of output feedback we propose here to use proportional-integral-derivative (PID) state feedback, which is shown essential to achieve FTC against sensor faults. A new concept of “equivalent bias” is proposed to model the sensor faults. Both the states and the equivalent bias are on-line estimated by a pseudo separate-bias estimation algorithm. The estimated equivalent bias is then evaluated via a modified Bayes' classification based algorithm to detect and diagnose the sensor faults. Many kinds of sensor faults are tested by Monte Carlo simulations, which demonstrate that the proposed strategy has definite fault tolerant ability against sensor faults, moreover the sensor faults can be on-line detected, isolated, and estimated simultaneously  相似文献

弹性高超声速滑翔飞行器具有强非线性、强不确定性和刚体/弹性耦合的特点,对其状态和参数进行估计十分必要。为解决这一问题,提出了一种传感器布置策略和一种利用正交三角(QR)分解更新到达代价的滚动时域估计算法(MHE-QR)。首先,建立了考虑弹性的传感器观测模型并分析了传感器位置对可观性的影响,并在此基础上提出了一种反映系统可观性的性能指标。传感器布置策略以此性能指标为目标函数,将传感器布置问题转化为约束非线性优化问题并求解,即可得到最优传感器布置方案。然后提出了MHE-QR算法。在滚动时域估计的框架下,该算法利用前向动态规划原理将到达代价的计算转化为最小二乘问题,并给出了基于QR分解的到达代价更新算法。仿真结果表明该传感器布置策略和MHE-QR算法能够有效提高估计精度、收敛速度和计算速度。此外,MHE-QR算法具有实时应用的潜力。  相似文献
