The integrated structure parts are widely used in aircraft. The distortion caused by residual stresses in thick pre-stretched aluminum plates during machining integrated parts is a common and serious problem. To predict and control the machining distortion, the residual stress distribution in the thick plate must be measured firstly. The modified removal method for measuring residual stress in thick pre-stretched aluminum plates is proposed and the stress-strain relation matrix is deduced by elasticity theory. The residual stress distribution in specimen of 7050T7451 plate is measured by using the method, and measurement results are analyzed and compared with data obtained by other methods. The method is effective to measure the residual stress.  相似文献

There are two types of singularities in the linear thermoelasticity.The first one arises in the field of stresses if a force is applied to one point of the body.This singularity is physical and should be accepted.The second type of singularities is nonphysical and they arise in the fields of displacements and temperatures.There exist the nonlocal theories and gradient theories which have the goal to introduce the finite stresses instead of the infinite ones.The MAC model of the thermoelasticity is created to avoid the nonphysical singularities and it accepts the infinite stresses.MAC is the method of additional conditions,which allows introducing the new model to use the classical model,plus additional condition of the physical nonsingularity and/or condition of the good behavior of the solutions at infinity.The MAC Green′s functions for the heat conduction and for the elasticity could be introduced using the differential MAC models.The infinite and finite bodies are considered.The principle of superposition is applied to obtain the integral equations to solve the boundary value problems.The strength criteria based on finite stresses could be changed in this model because the infinite stresses are allowed.The strength criteria based on deformations are applicable.Classification of MAC models is given.  相似文献

The motion of a lure in water is investigated experimentally and numerically. The lure motion in water of a passing water tank is observed, and the periodic motion is/ound. From the Fourier analysis, it is found that the frequency with the largest amplitude in the lateral direction depends on the lip width of the lure. To understand the lure dynamics, a numerical simulation of the flow field around the lure is performed. The shape is measured using an X-ray computer tomography and converted into a voxel model. From visualization, it is found that vortex sheds from its lip correspond to the vibration frequency of the lure.  相似文献

An investigation on damage location due to the corrosion in reinforced concrete structures is conducted. The frequency change square ratio is used as a parameter for the damage. It is theoretically verified that the parameter is a function of the damage location. Experimental results of the corrosion in reinforced concrete structures show that the predicted damage location is in agreement with the real damage location. The modal parameters are used to detect the damages in structural concrete elements, and so they are useful for structural appraisal.  相似文献

Experimental investigation is performed to investigate the cooling characteristics in the front zone of effusion configuration. Effects of blowing ratio, multi-hole arrangement mode, hole-to-hole pitch and jet orientation angle on the adiabatic film cooling effectiveness are concentrated on. The results show that the film layer displays an obvious "developing" feature in the front zone of effusion cooling scheme, for either the staggered or inline multi-hole arrangement. The varying gradient of the laterally-averaged adiabatic cooling effectiveness along the streamwise direction is greater for the staggered arrangement than that for the inline arrangement. The holes array arranged in staggered mode with small hole-to-hole pitches is in favor of obtaining developed film coverage layer rapidly.  相似文献

Panel flutter phenomena can be strongly affected by thermal loads,and so a refined aeroelastic model is presented.Higher-order shell theories are used as structural models.The aerodynamic forces are described using the Piston theory.The temperature is considered uniform over the thickness of the panel.The aero-thermo-elastic model is derived in the framework of the Carrera unified formulation(CUF),therefore the matrices are expressed in a compact form using the″fundamental nuclei″.Composite and sandwich structures are considered and different boundary conditions are taken into account.The effects of the thermal load on the aeroelastic behavior are investigated.  相似文献

The main objective of this article is to investigate the behavior of gaseous systems with two and more in- dependent gradients or thermodynamic forces exhibiting complicated behavior, when the convective flows occur. The existence of structural formations in these systems is shown by the schlieren method and the fast-response transducers. The linear analysis of stability can explain reasons of the appearance of convective instability in multi component gas mixtures.  相似文献

Because of the ignored items after linearization, the extended Kalman filter (EKF) becomes a form of suboptimal gradient descent algorithm. The emanative tendency exists in GPS solution when the filter equations are ill-posed. The deviation in the estimation cannot be avoided. Furthermore, the true solution may be lost in pseudorange positioning because the linearized pseudorange equations are partial solutions. To solve the above problems in GPS dynamic positioning by using EKF, a closed-form Kalman filter method called the two-stage algorithm is presented for the nonlinear algebraic solution of GPS dynamic positioning based on the global nonlinear least squares closed algorithm--Bancroft numerical algorithm of American. The method separates the spatial parts from temporal parts during processing the GPS filter problems, and solves the nonlinear GPS dynamic positioning, thus getting stable and reliable dynamic positioning solutions.  相似文献

The kernel of interval grey number is most likely the real number,which can be used to represent whitenization value of interval grey number.A novel method for calculating kernel of interval grey number is constructed based on the geometric barycenter of whitenization weight function in the two-dimensional coordinate plane,and the calculation of kernel is converted to the calculation of barycenter in geometric figures.The method fully considers the effect of all information contained in whitenization weight function on the calculation result of kernel,and is the extension and perfection of the existing methods in the scope of application.  相似文献

Polypropylene fiber and expansive agent are used in airport concrete to improve its shrinkage cracking resistance and mechanical properties. The concrete specimens with amount content of polypropylene fiber or expansive agent or both of them are prepared. The morphology of specimens is observed by scanning electron microscope, the time when the first crack occurred is recorded through slap test, and the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and impact energies of concrete are measured. The results show that polypropylene fiber in concrete can reduce the shrinkage and delay the first crack, improve the impact resistance obviously, and improve the compressive strength slightly. Expansive agent can compensate the shrinkage and reduce cracks of concrete pavement markedly, and improve the mechanical properties of concrete pavement slightly. The study provides recommendations for cracking control of airport concrete pavement in the future.  相似文献

To analyze the existing schemes of high-speed rotorcrafts and some new technologies, a new conceptual sketch of the high-speed rotor/wing transition helicopter RD15 is proposed. The overall layout of the RD15 is given out and the transition process from the helicopter mode to the airplane mode is designed. The lift system consists of a circular disk-wing with four retractable blades. The technology of individual blade control is adopted for flight control in hover and low speed flight. The tail is a vectored thrust duct propeller. It can provide the anti-torque in hover, and offer the multi-directional controls and propulsion drive for the airplane mode flight. The aerodynamic characteristics and key technologies in the transition process for this layout, including the nose up angle of disk-wing, the length of the blade, rotation speed, pitch angle and other parameters, are theoretically ana lyzed and experimentally tested. Calculation and experiments show that the shift process of the lift, the power and controls are smooth, and the designed scheme is feasible.  相似文献

The temperature evolution of the crystal structure for Nd_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)MnO_3 has been investigated by powder XRD between 125 Kand 725K.The structure can be described with a monoclinic symmetry(space group P21/m)in the temperature range of 125—175 K,while with the increase in temperature between 175 Kand 575 Kthe structure involves a higher orthorhombic symmetry(space group Imma).The rhombohedral structure with space group R-3cis observed at high temperature region of 575—725K.The increase in the magnetization at low temperatures can be ascribed to the field-induced short-range magnetic order of the Nd3+ions.The dc and ac susceptibility data show some anomalies around the FM-PM transition region which can be attributed to the glass behavior and magnetic relaxation.  相似文献

The friction and wear properties of amorphous carbon nitride(a-CN x)coatings in water lubrication were reviewed.The influences of mating materials and tribological variables such as normal load(W)and sliding speed(V)on the friction and wear properties of the a-CN x coatings were analyzed.It was indicated that the specific wear rate of the a-CN x coatings was related to the hydration reaction of mating materials with water.If the mating materials were easily hydrated,the specific wear rate of a-CN x coatings was low.The water-lubricated properties of the a-CN x coatings were better in comparison to the a-C coatings.The a-CN x/Si-based non-oxide ceramics tribo-pairs exhibited the lowest friction coefficient and wear rate.To describe their friction and wear properties at the normal loads of 3—15Nand the sliding speeds of 0.05—0.5m/s,the wear-mechanism maps for the a-CN x/SiC(Si3N4)tribo-pairs in water were developed.  相似文献

A robust repetitive control scheme is used to improve the rate smoothness of a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driven test turntable. The method synthesizes variable structure control (VSC) laws and repetitive control (RC) laws in a complementary manner. The VSC strategy can stabilize the system and suppress uncertainties, such as the aperiodic disturbance and noises, while RC strategy can eliminate the periodic rate fluctuation in a steady state. The convergence of the repetitive learning process is also guaranteed by VSC. A general nonlinear system model is discussed. The model can be considered as an extension of BLDCMs. The stability and asymptotic position tracking performance are validated by using Lyapunov functions. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach for improving the rate smoothness.  相似文献

The measurement accuracy of a wind tunnel balance is the key factor to improve the measurement accuracy for a test model in the wind tunnel. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the wind tunnel balance, a great deal of investigation is carried out in China. This paper summarizes a program to improve the measurement accuracy of wind tunnel balances. In the program, the investigation is carried out in three aspects (1) designing a drag component of the balance in low interactions (2) choosing high quality foil strain gauges with temperature self-compensation (3) choosing the excellent gauges and mounting them meticulously. As an example, these research achievements are applied in a φ18 six component balance. The measurement accuracy of a GB-04 standard model in a transonic wind tunnel with the φ18 six component balance comes up to the advanced world standard.  相似文献

The thermal expansion strain is considered as a special case of eigenstrain. The authors proved the theo- rem on decomposition of eigenstrain existing in a body into two constituents: Impotent eigenstrain (not causing stress in any point of a body) and nilpotent eigenstrain (not causing strain in any point of a body). According to this theorem, the thermal stress can be easily found through the nilpotent eigenstrain. If the eigenstrain is an im- potent one, the thermal stress vanishes. In this case, the eigenstrain must be compatible. The authors suggest a new approach to measure of eigenstrain incompatibility and hence to estimate of thermal stresses.  相似文献

The principle of electric braking system is analyzed and an anti-skid braking system based on the slip rate control is proposed. The fuzzy-PID controller with parameter self-adjustment feature is designed for the anti-skid braking system. The dynamic model of aircraft ground braking is established in the simulation environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK, and simulation results of dry runway and wet runway are presented. The results show that the fuzzy-PID controller with parameter self-adjustment feature for the electric anti-skid braking system keeps working in the state of stability and the brake efficiencies are increased to 93% on dry runway and 82% on wet runway respectively.  相似文献
