A one-dimensional tracking filter based on the Kalman filtering techniques for tracking of a dynamic target such as an aircraft is discussed. The target is assumed to be moving with constant acceleration and is acted upon by a plant noise which perturbs its constant acceleration motion. The plant noise accounts for maneuvers and/or other random factors. Analytical results for estimating optimum steady state position, velocity, and acceleration of the target are obtained.  相似文献

针对GPS/SINS紧组合导航系统中伪距噪声大从而引起组合导航系统精度低的问题,提出了将载波相位平滑伪距方法引入到组合导航系统中,利用具有较高精度的载波相位对低精度伪距进行平滑滤波,在建立观测方程的同时,为了减小Kalman滤波器计算量,选用最佳4颗卫星的伪距与伪距率作为观测值,并提出了一种四面体选星法,该方法不需要进行矩阵求逆运算,减小了运算量。利用光纤陀螺捷联惯导系统与GPS接收机搭建了实验验证系统,通过车载实验对所提出的方法进行了验证,实验结果表明,经过载波相位平滑后的伪距噪声得到了降低,从而能够进一步提高GPS/SINS组合导航系统的定位精度,其位置误差均方根值相比无载波相位平滑减小近40%。  相似文献

Analytical solutions are presented for two continuous-time track filters with correlation in both the measurement errors and the target maneuvers. The measurement error model is a first-order Markov process, characterized by a correlation time (γ) and a position error variance (r). The target motion is described by one of two dynamic models: the exponentially correlated velocity (ECV) model, and the exponentially correlated acceleration (ECA) model. Multiresolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image formation has been proven to be beneficial in a variety of applications such as improved imaging and target detection as well as speckle reduction. SAR signal processing traditionally carried out in the Fourier domain has inherent limitations in the context of image formation at hierarchical scales. We present a generalized approach to the formation of multiresolution SAR images using biorthogonal shift-invariant discrete wavelet transform (SIDWT) in both range and azimuth directions. Particularly in azimuth, the inherent subband decomposition property of wavelet packet transform is introduced to produce multiscale complex matched filtering without involving any approximations. This generalized approach also includes the formulation of multilook processing within the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) paradigm. The efficiency of the algorithm in parallel form of execution to generate hierarchical scale SAR images is shown. Analytical results and sample imagery of diffuse backscatter are presented to validate the method.  相似文献

Kalman filtering equations to obtain estimates of velocity from radar position information are defined. In a track-while-scan operation, a three-dimensional radar sensor measures range, bearing, and elevation (r, ?, ?) of an airborne target at uniform sampling intervals of time T. The noisy position measurements are converted to x, y, z coordinates and put through a Kalman filter to obtain x, y, z velocity components. 基于无迹卡尔曼滤波(UKF)方法,使用姿态、速度、位置等9个导航参数组成状态向量,以GPS系统输出的速度、位置组成6维观测向量,构建直接式结构的UKF滤波器。该滤波器能够直接反映系统导航参数的动态过程,准确显示运动状态演变。针对GPS/SINS组合导航系统的特点,构建了GPS/SINS组合导航直接式卡尔曼滤波仿真验证系统,仿真结果验证了基于UKF的GPS/SINS组合导航直接式滤波算法的有效性,该直接式非线性滤波算法可使惯性组合导航系统的导航精度得到提高。  相似文献

提出了滤波算法的一种新的有效点判断原则,即拐点平滑法;介绍了该技术的数学模型及滤波原理;通过仿真计算,探讨了应用该判据时滤波半径、拟合阶次等滤波参数对位置参数滤波结果的影响情况,并进行了实测数据解算。该判据在中心平滑算法的最佳应用条件下,综合考虑了截断误差,提高了飞行器位置参数的滤波精度,尤其适用于加速度剧烈变化的飞行轨迹。  相似文献

针对红外搜索跟踪系统(IRST)双机协同被动探测定位作战使用中,机动目标建模与实际运动失配造成定位误差偏大的问题,研究了一种基于曲线模型的自适应滤波新方法。该方法改进了传统方法根据方向角估计转弯率以及基于帧间插分线加速度估计切向加速度的思路,将转弯率及线加速度联合作为状态变量进行了状态扩维,并推导了扩维后的过程噪声协方差表达式,在缓解传统两层滤波结构带来的计算量大问题外,也提高了切向加速度的估计精度。另外基于反正切函数的值域,结合方向角在四象限间的转移关系,优化了方向角的设计。通过IRST双机协同仿真实例,验证了所提方法对机动目标的适应性更强、目标定位精度更高。  相似文献

研究了一种鲁棒Sigma-point滤波方法在无人机编队相对导航问题上的应用。该方法采用Huber估计方法,将Sigma-point滤波量测更新转化为求解线性回归问题,新的Sigma-point滤波方法是一种混合L1、L2范数最小估计,当量测噪声为受污染的高斯白噪声时,该方法具有一定的鲁棒性。给出了编队无人机相对惯导方程和相对视线矢量测量原理,应用鲁棒Sigma-point滤波方法融合相对惯导信息和相对视线矢量信息,估计出无人机之间的相对姿态、相对速度和相对位置。仿真结果表明,与扩展卡尔曼滤波和常规Sigma-point滤波相比,鲁棒Sigma-point滤波可以获得更高的估计精度。  相似文献

无人机(UAV)态势感知的任务是利用机载传感器对未知环境进行目标识别和引导,针对无人机与非合作目标间中远距离的相对导航问题,提出了一种基于角度和距离量测的相对状态估计算法。在现有滤波算法的基础上,为了提高精度和稳定性,本文利用了列文伯格-马夸尔特(LM)优化的思想对迭代卡尔曼滤波(IEKF)算法进行改进,提出了一种LM-IEKF算法,并推导该算法在迭代过程中的状态更新方程及协方差阵的递推公式。在此基础上,考虑到距离传感器由于信号相关特性而引入的乘性噪声,现有的加性噪声模型难以适应,因此,进一步提出了基于量测噪声自适应修正的Modified LM-IEKF方法,通过在线实时更新噪声阵提高滤波的精度,并设置渐消记忆指数平滑估计结果。算法验证结果表明,与现有的EKF、IEKF算法相比,在仅含加性噪声的情况下,LM-IEKF算法具有更好的性能;在包含乘性噪声的情况下,Modified LM-IEKF可以有效地估计量测噪声,与目前广泛使用的EKF算法相比,在综合相对位置和相对速度精度上分别提高了10%和23%。  相似文献

为了提高组合导航系统后处理精度和数据稳定性,将R-T-S最优固定区间平滑算法引入数据后处理中,在前向Kalman滤波的基础上,进行了后向R-T-S最优固定区间平滑处理,并针对GPS观测值中存在异常的问题,将抗差Kalman滤波算法引入数据后处理中,并对该算法进行实物仿真。结果表明,与传统Kalman滤波相比,R-T-S平滑算法不仅可以提高位置、姿态精度,而且在卫星信号失锁的情况下精度也得到显著改善,并且在不丢星的时刻,抗差Kalman滤波可以有效处理GPS信号中的异常观测值,遏制滤波发散,是一种有效的数据处理方法。  相似文献

低频时码授时信号在接收时,由于环境等因素的影响会导致解调得到的低频时码秒脉冲出现抖动。为减小该抖动现象对低频时码定时精度的影响,基于我国低频时码授时系统(BPC),研究并设计基于数字滤波的秒脉冲抖动平滑方法,通过仿真实验,验证分析了最小均方误差(LMS)自适应滤波算法和卡尔曼滤波算法的有效性和抖动平滑性能。结果表明,低频时码秒脉冲的抖动现象可以通过BPC 1PPS (one pulse per second)和本地1PPS之间的相位差波动情况反映;LMS自适应滤波算法和卡尔曼滤波算法对BPC 1PPS的抖动平滑处理均有明显效果,卡尔曼滤波算法的抖动平滑效果更优,但存在一定的收敛时间,LMS自适应滤波算法的滤波结果响应速度快,但抖动平滑性能受滤波器阶数的影响。所以,在实际应用中,应根据实际需求选择合适的滤波器及相关参数。  相似文献

This paper presents a simple approach to the derivation of sensitivity measures of smoothing algorithms. It is proposed that the known sensitivity results of the Kalman filtering algorithm be utilized along with the state augmentation approach for this purpose. The sensitivity measures so obtained are easier to compute than the ones available in the literature. It is then shown that the fixed-point smoothing algorithm, derived recently by Biswas and Mahalanabis [1], [2], is less sensitive to model parameter variations than the algorithm studied by Griffin and Sage [7], [8]. The case of a satellite tracking problem is presented by way of illustrating the results.  相似文献

目标跟踪是机载广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)应用的基础功能,对提升航空器周边的弱机动民航飞机目标跟踪性能具有重要意义。提出一种基于交互式多模型卡尔曼滤波(IMMKF)算法的ADS-B 监视应用目标跟踪方法。首先,针对弱机动背景下的民航飞机的飞行特点,建立包含匀速模型和标准协同转弯模型的运动模型集,并对模型进行线性化近似;然后,将模型预测和ADS-B 状态矢量量测数据作为IMMKF 算法中多个并行卡尔曼滤波器的输入,进行并行滤波;最后,计算得到目标状态矢量的估计和模型近似概率,并作为下一次迭代的输入。结果表明:相比于基于匀速模型的卡尔曼滤波目标跟踪方法,IMMKF 方法的位置跟踪误差降低了59%,速度跟踪误差降低了77%,显著提升了状态估计性能,具备较高的跟踪精度、稳健性与计算效率,在ADS-B 监视应用中具有实际应用价值与借鉴意义。  相似文献

This paper examines the possibility of deriving fixed-point smoothing algorithms through exploitation of the known solutions of a higher dimensional filtering problem. It is shown that a simple state augmentation serves to imbed the given n-dimensional smoothing problem into a 2n-dimensional filtering problem. It is further shown that computation of the smoothed estimate and the corresponding error covariance does not require implementation of the 2n-dimensional filtering equations. Some new results involving systems with or without multiple time delays and having colored observation noise have been derived in order to illustrate the versatility of the proposed technique. It is also demonstrated that the present approach leads to an easier derivation of the continuous-time fixed-point smoothing algorithm reported in the literature.  相似文献

A conceptual system is proposed and described for the control of a multiplicity of drone aircraft. Each target (drone) aircraft is controlled, during a given mission, over a separate preprogrammed path comprised of straight line and circular arc segments. Full control of each target's altitude, plan position, and velocity is available. Position measurement can be obtained by use of either a radar or a bilateration method where altitude is measured in either case by each aircraft and telemetered to a central control point. Velocity is obtained by smoothing position data in a central computer, which also controls the entire mission complex.  相似文献

We investigate a suboptimal approach to the fixed-lag smoothing problem for Markovian switching systems. A fixed-lag smoothing algorithm is developed by applying the basic Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) approach to a state-augmented system. The computational load is roughly d (the fixed lag) times beyond that of filtering for the original system. In addition, an algorithm that approximates the “fixed-lag” mode probabilities given measurements up to current time is proposed. The algorithm is illustrated via a target tracking simulation example where a significant improvement over the filtering algorithm is achieved at the cost of a time delay (i.e., data up to time k are used to produce the smoothed state estimate at time k-d where the fixed large d>0). the IMM fixed-lag smoothing performance for the given example is comparable to that of an existing IMM fixed-interval smoother. The middle pulse repetition frequency(MPRF)and high pulse repetition frequency(HPRF)modes are widely adopted in airborne pulse Doppler(PD)radar systems,which results in the problem that the range measurement of targets is ambiguous.The existing data processing based range ambiguity resolving methods work well on the condition that the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is high enough.In this paper,a multiple model particle flter(MMPF)based track-beforedetect(TBD)method is proposed to address the problem of target detection and tracking with range ambiguous radar in low-SNR environment.By introducing a discrete variable that denotes whether a target is present or not and the discrete pulse interval number(PIN)as components of the target state vector,and modeling the incremental variable of the PIN as a three-state Markov chain,the proposed algorithm converts the problem of range ambiguity resolving into a hybrid state fltering problem.At last,the hybrid fltering problem is implemented by a MMPF-based TBD method in the Bayesian framework.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed Bayesian approach can estimate target state as well as the PIN simultaneously,and succeeds in detecting and tracking weak targets with the range ambiguous radar.Simulation results also show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to that of the multiple hypothesis(MH)method in low-SNR environment.  相似文献

本文提出机动目标“当前”统计模型的概念并建议用修正的瑞利-马尔科夫过程描述目标随机加速机动的统计特性。文中指出了在机动目标运动模型中状态(机动加速度)估值与状态噪声之间的内在联系。在此基础上提出了具有机动加速度均值及方差自适应的卡尔曼滤波算法。对一维和三维的情形进行了计算机模拟。计算结果表明,在仅对目标位置进行观测的情况下,这类自适应估值算法无论对高度机动或无机动的目标均可绘出较好的位置、速度及加速度估值。  相似文献

平滑常数是影响载波相位平滑伪距精度的关键参数,实际数据处理时主要依据经验设定平滑常数。这种主观设定过程缺乏理论依据,无法达到最优平滑效果。针对此问题,以适用于实时GNSS载波相位平滑伪距的经典Hatch递推滤波算法为基础,在连续时间域上分析了载波相位平滑伪距误差的主要构成,给出了总误差估算公式,分析了平滑常数对平滑精度的影响传导机制。进一步,采用令平滑总误差最小为目标的极值法推导给出了最优载波相位平滑常数的计算公式,给出了最优载波相位平滑伪距的完整处理步骤。最优平滑常数算法在数学意义上最优,大幅压缩了伪距测量误差,又不会引入过大的电离层发散误差。通过两个实际算例,证明了算法有效性。  相似文献
