The rate performance of inertial guidance test equipment (IGTE) affects the performance testing of inertia devices and navigation systems. Periodic rate ripples caused by periodic disturbances have a great effect on the rate performance of rotation test tables. The mechanism caused by the rate ripple in IGTE is analyzed. Based on the nonlinear self-adaptive control system approach, a control system scheme is proposed to eliminate the period disturbances for its uncertainty. Experimental results show that the periodic rate ripple can efficiently be controlled.  相似文献

A robust repetitive control scheme is used to improve the rate smoothness of a brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driven test turntable. The method synthesizes variable structure control (VSC) laws and repetitive control (RC) laws in a complementary manner. The VSC strategy can stabilize the system and suppress uncertainties, such as the aperiodic disturbance and noises, while RC strategy can eliminate the periodic rate fluctuation in a steady state. The convergence of the repetitive learning process is also guaranteed by VSC. A general nonlinear system model is discussed. The model can be considered as an extension of BLDCMs. The stability and asymptotic position tracking performance are validated by using Lyapunov functions. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach for improving the rate smoothness.  相似文献

A network-coding-based multisource LDPC-coded cooperative MIMO scheme is proposed,where multiple sources transmit their messages to the destination with the assistance from a single relay.The relay cooperates with multiple sources simultaneously via network-coding.It avoids the issues of imperfect frequency/timing synchronization and large transmission delay which may be introduced by frequency-division multiple access(FDMA)/code-division multiple access(CDMA)and time-division multiple access(TDMA)manners.The proposed joint″Min-Sum″iterative decoding is effectively carried out in the destination.Such a decoding algorithm agrees with the introduced equivalent joint Tanner graph which can be used to fully characterize LDPC codes employed by the sources and relay.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation show that the proposed scheme with joint iterative decoding can achieve significant cooperation diversity gain.Furthermore,for the relay,compared with the cascade scheme,the proposed scheme has much lower complexity of LDPC-encoding and is easier to be implemented in the hardware with similar bit error rate(BER)performance.  相似文献

A novel third-order optimized symmetric weighted essentially non-oscillatory(WENO-OS3)scheme is used to simulate the hypersonic shock wave/boundary layer interactions.Firstly,the scheme is presented with the achievement of low dissipation in smooth region and robust shock-capturing capabilities in discontinuities.The Maxwell slip boundary conditions are employed to consider the rarefied effect near the surface.Secondly,several validating tests are given to show the good resolution of the WENO-OS3 scheme and the feasibility of the Maxwell slip boundary conditions.Finally,hypersonic flows around the hollow cylinder truncated flare(HCTF)and the25°/55°sharp double cone are studied.Discussions are made on the characteristics of the hypersonic shock wave/boundary layer interactions with and without the consideration of the slip effect.The results indicate that the scheme has a good capability in predicting heat transfer with a high resolution for describing fluid structures.With the slip boundary conditions,the separation region at the corner is smaller and the prediction is more accurate than that with no-slip boundary conditions.  相似文献

Fatigue damage monitoring is critical metallic structure health monitoring of aircraft.The sensor should be high sensitive,easy to be integrated into structure and well adaptable for poor working conditions.Therefore,an attached eddy current sensor with flexible plane is put forward and its characteristics are analyzed.By extracting material′s conductivity as the crack features,forward semi-analytical model is established and parameter optimizations are carried out.Crack perturbation model of attached eddy current sensor is constructed,and perturbation voltages of sensing channels under three-dimension structural crack are obtained.To verify the sensor′s performance,monitoring experiment on crack extension is conducted under condition of 3 MHz frequency.The validation experimental results show that perturbation model of 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy agrees well with experiment results,and perturbation model errors of four sensing channels are within 25%.The attached eddy current sensor is capable of testing the crack nondestructively and measuring the crack extension quantitatively with the accuracy of 1mm.  相似文献

Bubble plumes are important during the process of air-sea exchange,and optical-fiber phase detection is a suitable way to observe bubble plumes entrained by breaking waves.This paper designs a new optical-fiber probe(OFP)made of sapphire to overcome the limitations of existing materials(e.g.,high brittleness,poor corrosion resistance,and narrow bandwidth)and thereby enhance the detection performance of the OFP by improving its structure.Based on total internal reflection and light refraction,a simulation model of the probe is established in the Zemax optical design software to optimize the probe tip and matching mode of the two probe tips.The results show that the optimum OFP tip is a conical sapphire one with a cone angle of 35°.Tests are then conducted on a bespoke OFP sensor,the results of which are consistent with those predicted theoretically.The simulation results lay the foundation for the integrated design of OFP sensors and the optimization of their internal optics.The findings could also be applied to OFPs with multiple tips.  相似文献

A vehicle navigation and monitoring system integrated by a high precision navigation system and a vehicle black box is studied to satisfy the demand for the intelligent transportation system (ITS). Firstly, the architecture of the system is proposed. Then the integration scheme of global positioning system/dead reckoning/bluetooth beacon/map matching (GPS/DR/BB/MM) with the hluetooth assistant positioning technology, and the algorithm of the Kalman filter for the integrated GPS/DR are investigated. Finally many field trials for principle prototypes are made. Experimental results show that the proposed integrated navigation algorithm is effective and feasible, and the function of the vehicle black-box is realized.  相似文献

The injection characteristics of the main fuel nozzle, which is widely applied in advanced lean-premixed-prevaporized(LPP)low-emission combustors,can be simplified as the atomization and vaporization processes of a jet into cross-flow. In this study,a nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm is designed and processed through the heating of the inlet air,and the vaporization characteristics are investigated. The optical measurement and cyclone separation methods are separately used to investigate the evaporation rate of a jet into cross-flow. Experimental results show that the fuel evaporation rate in cross-flow is mainly affected by the Weber number(We),equivalent ratio(φ),momentum rate of fuel to air(q),and air temperature. In addition,the inlet temperature is a crucial factor for the evaporation ratio of a jet into cross-flow. The evaporation results measured by two different methods in the same cross-flow are very close to each other with a deviation within 10%.  相似文献

To solve the problem of dynamic power resource allocation for cooperative penetration combat,the continuous game theory is introduced and a two-person general-sum continuous-game-based model is put forward with a common payoff function named collaborative detection probability of netted radar countermeasures.Comparing with traditional optimization methods,an obvious advantage of game-based model is an adequate consideration of the opposite potential strategy.This model guarantees a more effective allocation of the both sides′power resource and a higher combat efficiency during a combat.Furthermore,an analysis of the complexity of the proposed model is given and a hierarchical processing method is presented to simplify the calculating process.Simulation results show the validity of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

A computational code based on the hybrid RANSLES approach is developed. The hybrid approach com- bines the delayed detached-eddy simulation(DDES) with an improved RANS-LES hybrid model aiming at wall modeling in LES(WMLES). In the code, the convective flux is solved using the fourth-order skew-symmetric scheme so as to diminish the negative effect of numerical dissipation. The Spalart-Allmaras(S-A) model is applied as a suhgrid scale(SGS) model. To validate the developed code, homogeneous isotropic turbulence and turbulent channel flow are simulated and the results are compared with experimental data and DNS results. The results of the isotropic turbulence show that the fourth-order skew-symmetric scheme is adequate enough and the model works well coupling with the convective scheme. The results of the turbulent channel flow agree well with the DNS data, the predicted velocity profiles at Reynolds number from 178 to 2 700 match well with the Reichardt's law, and the organized vortical structures are well captured.  相似文献

根据开关磁阻电机发电运行时相电流波形变化的特点 ,本文提出了一种新颖的全导通斩波发电控制策略。该控制策略不需增加任何外围信号检测电路即可实现无位置发电运行。通过理论分析、仿真计算论证了方案的可行性 ,并在一台 6k W6/ 4结构的发电机得到成功应用。试验结果表明 ,除效率有略微降低外 ,全导通斩波控制的SRG具有控制简单、可靠性高等优点。因此全导通电流斩波控制模式的 SRG具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

从描述开关磁阻电机的电磁特性、相电流波形解析、机电能量转换关系等方面讲述了开关磁阻电机作为发电运行的机理;阐述了角度控制、斩波控制、脉宽调制控制和直接励磁电压控制等四种调控发电机输出的控制方案;文中最后给出了6/4,6/6和8/8三种结构开关磁阻发电机样机的特性试验结果。研究表明,开关磁阻发电机具有结构简单、能量密度高、过载能力强、容错性好、动静态性能好、效率高等特色,在许多场合有开发应用价值。  相似文献

针对开关磁阻发电机在低压系统中输出功率较低的问题,本文根据开关磁阻发电机的运动原理,对传统主电路加以改进,提出一种新型主电路拓扑结构。从新型主电路拓扑结构中可以看出:在励磁阶段,定子径向相对齿极上相绕组的线圈为并联关系;在发电(续流)阶段,定子径向相对齿极上相绕组的线圈为串联关系,这样就达到了强化励磁提高输出功率的目的。为验证理论的正确性,分别用传统主电路拓扑结构和新型主电路拓扑结构对8/8结构开关磁阻发电机样机进行了实验。理论分析和实验结果表明:在相同工作条件下,其最大效率可提高60%,可见该新型主电路在低压系统中作发电运行时,能获得较为满意的效果。  相似文献

开关磁阻发电机的可控参数,控制灵活。首先分析开通角,关断角对发电运行性能的影响,然后根据数值仿真结果,提出一要用调节开通角,优化关断角的角度位置控制模式,并成功地运用于6KW变速恒压开关磁阻发电实验系统。实验结果表明,角度位置控制模式具有控制简便,系统效率高及动、静态性能优良等特点。  相似文献

本文介绍了开关磁阻电动机低速时的斩波控制与高速时的单脉冲控制方案,论述了控制参数的优化选择范围及其变化对电机效率和转矩的影响,在分析了模糊控制,比例积分控制以及系统本身特点的基础上,提出了基于上述控制方案的Fuzzy-PI复合控制算法,并详细地讨论了这种算法在开关磁阻电机系统中的实现,采用的粗调、细调技术有效地解决了动态性能与稳态精度之间的矛盾。文章最后给出了在5.5kWSR132-8/6样机上的运行试验结果。试验表明:这种控制方法性能优良。  相似文献

由于开关磁阻起动 /发电系统结构简单、坚固、成本低 ,具有高容错运行能力、较高的能量密度和高速运行能力等特性 ,使得其被发展应用于航空领域。该系统很容易实现起动和发电双功能 ,发电运行的额定功率为 6 k W,输出 2 70 V直流电压 ,最高转速为 12 0 0 0 r/m in,其电压品质满足 MIL- STD- 70 4E标准。文中重点介绍该系统的工程设计及预定试验 ,在起动运行时采用开环控制 ,控制很方便 ;在发电运行时采用调角度电流斩波方法、双闭环控制 ,使得电压在较宽转速范围下具有很好的稳态特性和动态特性 ,试验结果表明该系统的特性优良。  相似文献

在大功率磁悬挂系统中,电磁铁电流必须采用开关频率较高的大功率斩波器来调节。本文介绍一个用于磁悬挂系统的大功率晶体管斩波器,它的工作电源电压为200V,输出电流为60A,斩波频率为2kHz,试验负载从阻性到感性,电感量达2.5H。该斩波器在一个单自由度大功率磁悬浮试验装置中完成了磁悬挂控制试验。该斩波器由不对称半桥、开关辅助网络、最优基极驱动电路UAA4002、一次脉冲源MC34060及电流反馈环等部分构成,具有多种保护功能和良好的传输特性线性度。  相似文献

讨论无刷直流电机调速系统中C-dump(电容储能型)变换器新波开关的工作方式对变换器储能电容电压和电机电流的影响,对斩波开关提出了三种控制方法:滞环控制、PWM控制以及滞环结合PWM控制。本文对其与主开关的配合方式进行了详细的分析与比较,给出了系统在各种方式下的实验结果。研究表明,C-dump变换器的新波开关采用滞环控制与PWM控制相结合的工作能较好的减小电机电流脉动,进而减小电磁转矩脉动,有利于系统稳态性能的提高。  相似文献
