空间对接机构结构锁的优化设计

摘    要:结构锁是实现两航天器空间对接的机电装置.本文在分析结构锁的5种机构方案优缺点基础上,通过优化比较选择了结构简单、自锁可靠的偏心轮加凸轮机构;然后对其在摆正阶段和拉紧阶段进行参数优化,其中在拉紧阶段又分别以负载最大扭矩最小、消耗最大功率最小和动作时间最短3个目标对偏心轮方案的结构锁参数进行了优化设计.结果证明: 经过优化的方案消耗能量最少.

Abstract:Structural lock is an electromechanical equipment that connects rigidly two space shuttles together. In this paper, the eccentric wheel plus cam mechanism scheme is selected. Based on analyzing their advantages and disadvantages, it is pointed out that this structure is simple and self-locking is reliable. Then the parameter of turning and pulling process are optimized. The optimization of structural lock during the pulling process is discusses in view of minimum torsion, minimum power and minimum time. It has been proved that the scheme optimized consumes least energy.
