基于数值模拟的轴对称矢量喷管内流特性研究

摘    要:采用三维有粘定常程序计算了轴对称矢量喷管的内流特性,研究了尺寸缩比、冷热态的影响,并与冷态缩比模型矢量特性试验结果进行了对比;给出了设计工况的内流特性,讨论了几何矢量角、喷管落压比对内流特性的影响.研究结果表明,尺寸缩比、冷热态对内流特性的影响均很小,冷态缩比模型试验结果可以真实地反映设计工况的内流特性,轴对称矢量喷管在设计工况下具有良好的内流特性,并且几何矢量角、喷管落压比对内流特性均有影响.

Abstract:A numerical simulation of internal performance for an axisymmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle was conducted by applying a 3-D viscous flow program.The effects of model scale and flow temperature on the results of simulation were investigated and the results of the simulation were compared to those of scale model experiments.The internal performance of a real engine in design condition was obtained and the effects of different geometrical angles and nozzle pressure ratios(NPR) on it were discussed.The investigation shows that: model scale and flow temperature have little effect on the internal performance;the results of scale model experiments can truly represent the internal performance of a real engine in design condition;the axisymmetric vectoring exhaust nozzle has excellent internal performance in design condition;and both geometrical angle and NPR affect the internal performance.
