摘    要:介绍了航空发动机预测健康管理(EPHM)系统的定义、设计目标及其功能;结合EJ200,F119等国外第4代战斗机发动机健康管理系统的技术特点,设计了航空发动机预测健康管理系统与飞机、发动机的交联方案;完成了航空发动机在线机载EPHM系统及离线EPHM系统的基本结构设计;提出了航空发动机机载预测健康管理系统应实现的技术指标;总结归纳了航空发动机预测健康管理系统设计的关键技术.

Abstract:The definition,design objective and functions of engine prognostics and health management(EPHM) system were introduced in this paper.Along with the technical characteristics of EPHM systems of the fourth generation fighter engines,such as EJ200 and F119,the association scheme of a new EPHM system with its airplane and engine was discussed.The basic configurations of both on-line and off-line EPHM subsystems were further discussed.The technical specification of typical EPHM systems in modern advanced fighters was then presented.Critical technologies for aero engine prognostics and health management systems development were summarized.
