摘    要:采用商业软件CFX研究了内部具有不同间距的周期性交替大小肋片的方腔通道的换热性能.结果发现:流体流过斜置肋片时,从肋片的上游端点开始形成一个紧靠带肋壁面向斜下游发展的喇叭状涡,此涡使肋片之间形成卵形高换热区域;高换热区域面积的大小与流体流动情况有关,而且受下游肋片影响.与采用单一尺寸肋片的通道相比,在适当的位置加入小肋片能够改善再附着区域下游的换热,同时降低通道的流阻系数,增强综合换热能力.

Abstract:To study the heat transfer characteristics in a rectangular duct rib-roughened by periodic alternate scale ribs,six models with different rib scale were studied by employing commercial computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software CFX.The results show that,as fluid passes through each rib,a trumpet-shaped vortex is generated from the upstream vertex of the rib,shaping a region with high value of heat transfer coefficient(HTC).The area of high HTC region is affected by both the fluid flow condition and the locat...
