| 摘 要： | 针对军用航空动力系统的制造过程,分析了其质量形成的不确定性的影响因素;从理论探讨的角度,提出了消除或降低该不确定性的思路,即,借助合同并实行合同约束下的主观质量——合约化质量管理模式,构建监督机制、激励机制、约束机制等.

| Abstract: | The quality forming has a big uncertainty,which is the basic feature in the course of manufacture of aerospace power system.First,the factors that caused the uncertainty were analyzed.Then,the schemes that would delete the uncertainty of quality was given,which was to build supervising mechanism,encouraging mechanism and binding mechanism. |
