| 摘 要： | 建立了斜齿面齿轮的加工和传动坐标系,推导了斜齿小齿轮和面齿轮的齿面方程,对面齿轮进行数值仿真并实现了齿面可视化;进行了斜齿面齿轮传动的轮齿接触分析,计算了斜齿面齿轮不同安装误差下的啮合轨迹和传动误差,并对不同旋向下的面齿轮齿面和啮合轨迹进行了对比,研究了通过轴向安装位移调整啮合轨迹的方法.
