摘    要:整体传递系数法是近年来发展起来的计算大型复杂转子系统动力特性的新方法。本文应用整体传递系数法分别对单转子、双转子系统碰摩故障进行数值模拟,计算碰摩现象的瞬态响应,应用傅立叶变换对振动响应信号进行频谱分析,得出单转子和双转子碰摩故障的频谱特征,并与实验结果对比,得出了较有价值的结论。

Abstract:In dynamic characteristic analysis of rotor system,a new method Whole Transfer Coefficient Method (WTCM) is studied and proposed.In this paper,transient response is calculated for the rub impact fault of single rotor system and dual rotor system by WTCM and analyzed by FFT.The result compared with that of the experiments' indicates that using WTCM to analyze the transient response of rub impact between rotor and stator in rotating machinery is convenient and simple.
