缝翼操纵齿轮齿条虚拟弯曲疲劳耐久性分析

摘    要:飞机缝翼齿轮齿条机构研制时,其齿根弯曲疲劳耐久性要求是结构强度规范的主要内容,实测疲劳分析考虑到运动协调和后期试验验证,设计难度大,研制周期长。在空气动力载荷分析的基础上,采用ANSYS和nCode建立缝翼齿轮齿条机构的虚拟弯曲疲劳耐久性分析模型,分析得出不同表面粗糙度因子下的缝翼齿轮齿条机构虚拟弯曲疲劳寿命数据。结果表明:应用虚拟疲劳耐久性分析方法,可以预估出缝翼齿轮齿条机构的虚拟弯曲疲劳耐寿命,确定合适的表面粗糙度参数;可在试验验证前对不符合结构强度规范的设计进行修正,从而得到最佳设计结果的同时,缩短研制周期。

Abstract:In order to ensure the flight safety of the aircraft, guarantee the bending fatigue durability of slat gear-rack mechanism in complicated working conditions, and Improve development efficiency, based on the analysis of aerodynamic loads, the virtual bending fatigue durability of slat gear-rack mechanism was analyzed used ANSYS and nCode. The effect of different surface roughness factors on bending fatigue life was analyzed. The results show that aerodynamic load is the main fatigue load during the working process of the slat gear-rack mechanism. The bending fatigue life of the slat gear-rack mechanism can be predicted under specific conditions. According to fatigue theory and virtual fatigue durability analysis, the integrated fatigue durability engineering method is applied to get the best design results, and the design cycle can be greatly shortened.
