摘    要:针对传统的数学建模方法在对飞行模拟器运动系统——液压驱动Stewart平台进行动力学建模的过程中存在建模过程相对复杂、 仿真无法提供可视化信息等缺点,提出采用ADAMS和Matlab/Simulink联合建模的方法,建立了液压驱动Stewart平台的虚拟样机.通过研究与仿真分析,并与真实的Stewart平台进行实验对比,结果表明,虚拟样机在动力学性能方面与真实的液压驱动Stewart平台相比具有很高的相似性,可代替一般的数学模型,为液压驱动Stewart平台的研究和研制提供理论上的指导和验证,同时也证明了联合建模方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:Using the traditional mathematical modeling method to build dynamic model of motion system of flight sim-ulator—— hydraulic driven Stewart platform, there existed defects such as the modeling process is relatively complex, the simulation can't provide visual information and so on. To solve the problem, it adopted co-modeling method by combining the ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink together, using ADAMS built the dynamic model of Stewart platform, using Matlab/Sim-ulink built the model of hydraulic servo system and control system, then through the seamless interface provided by the soft-ware, it established the entire virtual prototype of hydraulic driven Stewart platform. By study and simulation analysis, and then compared with the real Stewart platform through experiments, results showed that the established virtual prototype has high similarity with the real Stewart platform at the performance of dynamics, so it can substitute the general mathematical model to provide theoretical guide and validity in the process of research and development of hydraulic driven Stewart plat-form. It also proved that the co-modeling method is correct and effective.
