摘    要:通过对着陆支腿数量和构型进行对比仿真分析,提出了可重复使用运载火箭着陆支腿的总体布局方案,同时建立了着陆支腿参数化仿真模型,将着陆支腿的关键几何参数作为决策变量,基于多体动力学仿真软件开展着陆稳定性仿真分析,以提高着陆稳定性、降低运载火箭返回级受到的着陆过载系数及支腿轻量化为优化目标,对着陆支腿关键几何参数进行优化和确定。仿真结果表明,优化结果能够满足工程使用需要,可以为可重复使用运载火箭着陆支腿总体方案设计提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the comparative simulation analysis of the number and the configuration of landing legs, an overall layout scheme for the landing legs of a reusable launch vehicle is proposed. At the same time, a parametric simulation model of the landing legs is established, and the key geometric parameters of the landing legs are established as a design variable. Then, landing stability simulation analysis is carried out based on multi body dynamics simulation software. In order to improve the landing stability, reduce the landing overload coefficient of the returning stage of the launch vehicle and the lightweight of the legs, the key geometric parameters of the landing legs are optimized and determined. The simulation results show that the optimization parameters can meet the engineering needs, and can provide a reference for the overall design of the reusable launch vehicle landing legs.
